Amazing steak & seafood with life music! Service was great, seated right away. We really enjoyed this dinner as a family. We had the filet mignon, dry aged rib eye, regular rib eye, salmon, and scallops. Then shared all of these sides, wedge salad, garlic mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and truffle Mac and cheese. Everything was delish, would def done here again. If you love a good martini, get the Sinatra , it was incredible with both vodka and gin!!!

This was a very romantic setting. The entrees were perfectly cooked and very filling. We also ordered a side dish of the garlic mashed potatoes to split (which were amazing!) but we almost didn't have room after eating our main dishes!

Another great experience at Prime for my birthday. Service was attentive without being overbearing and she was on top of it with having 5 tables with a party of 20! Waitress explained the menu and some off menu items. Drinks came out quickly and very strong. We ordered a wedge to start. And then ordered the Australian Wagyu NY Strip. It was amazing. Medium rare. Melt in your mouth and had some great flavor. If you've never had Australian wagyu, I'd highly recommend. We also got the stuff and turf which was a nice 7oz filet and a fat lobster tail. Side we got the garlic mashed potatoes, macaroni, and creamed spinach. All very tasty. Had the Molten chocolate cake for dessert and it so decadent and rich. Also the piano and singer were fantastic.

It's a great place to have dinner after a good day on the mountain. Located on Main Street, it is beautiful this time of year. The service was excellent. Esmeralda, our server, was friendly and had a smile the entire evening. The piano bar made for a great atmosphere. The French onion soup and filet, along with a glass of wine, made for a great night out with my daughter. I look forward to coming back.

Steakhouses are tough for me to review. My wife cooks the best steaks I've ever had and being from Nebraska, she knows her meat. But last night we had a date night and wandered into Prime. Now, Park City is a destination city so prices are going to be higher... get it. But quality should be next to price. I think. Pretty place right across from the in city lift with inside and patio dining. So great apre ski spot in winter. Last night was really hot so we sat inside. Started with a glass of wine. Wine prices are high...$26 for a glass of nice Chard? Bread was good and then we were told by our server Andres that Crab cakes were the best. If we didn't love them, they are free. They were the best thing we had. We split a Rib Eye and mine was way undercooked, but my wife's was good. Baked potato and some beans. $200 out the door. I should have been more blown away. But fun night thanks to a young guy named Franklin. He made our night. Clever and on it. I'd imagine on a cool night with music, this is the place to be.

We had such an incredible meal and experience here celebrating some things, in particular our dog Gerbert's birthday! And who doesn't love a great steak? BIG shoutout to Tyler who gave us a free yummy chocolate molten lava cake with vanilla ice cream to celebrate. It made our night, and especially Gerbert, whose head was covered in vanilla ice cream by the end. The sweetest. That's what we'll remember about this meal. Tyler made it an experience. That's what we got with their crazy flavorful, rich, tender juicy bone-in aged ribeye and their delicious New York strip. If you're debating, get the bone-in ribeye. Skip the mushrooms (way too strong) and get the crab cakes and the perfect spinach with garlic and olive oil. 5 stars!!!!!

Horrible service. The food is delicious but the service and attitude of the employees is not worth it.

This restaurant is on a second floor so if you've been on the slopes and jello-legged - be prepared for a few steps. The space is nice and the service was so kind and inviting. It can get a little loud depending on who the other patrons are. We've been where the din has been muted but also there when raucous kids provided an unwanted accompaniment to dinner. The food is definitely top notch and the servers are happy to provide some insights to what is good. Complimentary hummus with crudite kicks off the meal - but don't be afraid to order the bread it's carbolicous and baked in house. What we've had: * Fried mushrooms. A mix of battered and fried earthy goodness. We liked this and those who like these nightshades will too * Spicy clams. A big hit with us with the slight spice to it - dip the crusty bread in the broth and savor * Creamy Celeriac Soup. A delightful surprise - a creamy soup that has wonderful flavor accented by the spice oil. I would recommend this for soup lovers. * Miso Chilean Sea Bass. A very solid dish with greens and lotus roots. It's not a huge portion but enough. * Crispy Duck Leg - Delicious and full of flavor and the potato perogis are a great accompaniment * Filet Mignon - This was a perfect medium rare and a well composted dish. The Yukon potato mash - ridiculously good (we ordered more to go) * Banana Cream Pie Stack - this topped off a great meal For a cocktail - The Night Shift was a winner.

Definitely a good spot if you're looking for a place to grab cocktails and sit somewhere that feels a little elevated. For drinks, we ordered the Smoked Old Fashioned and the Prickly Pear Mezcal Margarita. Both were solid and nicely made, though nothing particularly memorable. Appetizer wise we tried the baked brie dessert wise tried the baked Alaska, and banana pudding. The baked brie came with lingonberry pomegranate jam and crackers, but the rind gave it a bit of a stronger flavor than expected and it didn't quite hit for us. The desserts overall were decent, but none were standout enough that we'd go out of our way to order them again. One thing that stood out was that it felt a little pushy toward ordering entrées, even though we mentioned we were just there for drinks and dessert. Happy to come again and try the entrees maybe that is where they truly shine.

We met our guide Pam in the village at Solitude where she welcomed us and outfitted us with snowshoes and headlamps for the slightly moderate hike up the mountain to the Yurt. It was so refreshing to hike through the trees and the snow to our dining adventure. Once inside the Yurt chef Andy introduced himself and welcomed us with a glass of bubbles and explained our dining experience for this evening and the menu that he had planned. He was conscious to ask about any dietary restrictions or allergies. The majority of the menu is locally sourced and includes lots of farm to table elements. We started with a plate of fresh breads and cheeses from Beehive Creamery. Next we were served a fresh mixed green salad with a vinaigrette dressing. Then the soup was a potato leek soup with bacon which was so warm and comforting. The main course was a NY Strip Steak in a special cut served atop pureed cauliflower and asparagus. The flavor was amazing. To wrap up our meal we enjoyed some salted caramel ice cream. The only thing that was lacking is the beverage menu. Only water is offered as a beverage. There is a wine and beer list available with options by the glass or the bottle and all at moderate prices which is expected at a resort. They do permit you to bring your own bottle with a modest $35 corkage fee. With this experience being so magical and modestly priced it would be nice to have a few other beverage options "included" in the cost of the dinner. This is an entire dining experience with the snowshoe hike up the mountain, a chef curated meal inside the Yurt and the opportunity for communal dinning with some new folks. The prices for this meal are really the price for the experience. We were celebrating my birthday and what an amazing way to celebrate.

Significant volume difference in other rooms. The large room sounded like a cafeteria. - Wine glass was dirty. - half of us tried the halibut (the signature dish) and it should have a macadamia nut crust but it was more a macadamia nut mush. It wasn't crusty which would have been really nice. The halibut itself was cooked very well. Only half of the group truly loved their food.
