Well, luckily we just found that gem, Intune Mobil Mechanic. Wifey's car battery was DOA , and stuck inside our garage. Unfortunately, it's on the type of car that has the battery buried behind the air vent and other parts. Not the kind of replacement I want to take on and if you also have gorilla hands & a poor sense of touch, then you will understand why. Put a call for Yelp in and Julian was the first to respond. Explained the situation and he provided a fair quote for the work. We set it up for the following morning and he was there, as promised. Julian's work was on time , did great work, friendly , easy to communicate with thru text and above all, honest. Glad I got to be his first review on Yelp. At 4pm states he is stuck in traffic but on the way. About 4:30 says he is here. He is not. Call him states is at a different address across town and it wasn't worth it to come do our service. We received a clear quote up front, and they were very transparent about the service area, letting us know there would be an additional charge if we were outside their 20-mile radius. I appreciated that honesty and made sure to confirm the distance between us. We were assured our home was within range, which made scheduling easy. We set an appointment just a couple of hours later. When we received the text that he had arrived, my partner in crime went out to meet him, and he got straight to work. The whole process felt efficient and professional. When I finally went outside to hear the verdict, it turned out the issue wasn't nearly as bad (or as expensive) as I had feared, which was a huge relief. Y/D also let us know he'd be ready to come back out to complete the repair whenever we're ready. So far, the experience has been smooth, transparent, and reassuring. I'll be following up with another review once the repairs are completed, but this was a very solid first impression.

This business is very shady and unprofessional, would not recommend to anybody, dont waste your time or money on these people because they dont care about you or your time just money. I called and the gentleman answered promptly and said they would call me after they were done with another vehicle so they could arrange a time. 6-7 hours no call back. I politely texted that I understood they may have run longer and to please let me know if they would still be able to come out. No response. The next day I waited until about 10am to give them some time in case they were still. busy. I called, and they didn't answer and there was no way to leave a message. I get it if you are booked and can't help out, but to be "ghosted" by a business and not have your calls returned is crazy. All they had to do was return a phone call and say they couldn't help. I must assume that they are flush with business and don't need anymore work so more power to them. In the meantime I will just have to tow my car to a dealership to get something fixed that should have been relatively easy.
