Today a co worker and I ordered 2 9inch lunch specials that come with fries and a drink for 9.49$ (price is 9.99 online). We place the order over the phone and he tells us our total is $26. Already we're confused because where did the extra $5 charge come from?? Anyways, I go to pick up our food and he tells me that my total is actually $29 because we ordered fries and drinks, mind you the lunch special COMES with these! I have to show him his own menu and eventually he says "okay just give me $20", what it should have ORIGINALLY cost! Be careful guys and bring in a menu to double check prices before paying because he will definitely try to add on extra costs! Weeks prior we had a terrible experience with customer service and the owner promised us 20% off our next order. When we went to pick it up he tried charging me the full price and stated that he did not charge us for the fries (AGAIN, the lunch special comes with fries and a drink!!) Ordered food, never delivered, store had no idea what was happening because the person taking the call, when they finally answered after multiple attempts, was an idiot. Wow the new owners are awesome. The pizza's are very tasty the new cheese that they are using is gooey and chewy and delicious. We just had pizza from there last Saturday and tonight we ordered 2 hamburger meals a steak and cheese meal and the spicy chicken salad which lived up to it's name. The hamburgers were a little dry but flavor over came that aspect. The french fries were ok but the onion rings need a little more love. I've ate in, picked up, and had delivery from Primo and it is always good! The service and friendliness of this family owned restaurant is great. Their subs, particularly cheese steak and pizza cheese steak, are outstanding. The fries are always fresh and crisp, the pizza sauce and crust are great, to include the calzones. Their deserts are pretty good too, especially the cheesecake. The inside of the place isn't bad, but they primarily do a takeout and delivery business. I am new to the area. Picked up a menu a few weeks back because we heard the food is good. We ordered from them Thursday(last) night. Ordered three things: salad, sausage roll, and 30 wings. Price came to $47.52. A little high but would question when I got to restaurant. Get there and there are 4 copies of the menu I have at home on the counter and one under glass. I asked the young lady why so much. She proceeds to tell me sausage roll is $8.99. Ok your menu says $6.99. Lady said our new menu's haven't come in. (All prices are wrong I guess on the menu). Then you need to take these menus away or black out the old price. That is false advertising. She just keep saying that the new menu have not come in. OK. Then tell your customers about new pricing and black out the wrong price on the menus you are handing out. I WON'T BE BACK. Very poor customer service and false advertisement. Check your receipt when ordering. I am sure you have been over charged too. Just notify your customer of new pricing would be a better solution then feeling like you have been ripped off. read more

Walked in to order a pizza. As I was looking at the menu the person at the counter barely explains their pricing. I said to her why are you charging 13.99 for one pizza. She told me "oh you get two for that price" then I asked if she had a different deal because I didn't want two small 12" pizzas. She said I can give you one large for 10.99. She wasn't friendly. I ordered a supreme and specifically asked for no black olives. I guess to be a smarta$$ she had the cook hide all the black olives under the cheese so I couldn't see them till I got home. It was the only topping under the cheese. The floors were sticky, so bad that my flip flop was getting stuck to it when I tried to walk. The tables were dirty and the rest of the place was just generally dirty. I won't be going back to this gross place employing rude and unprofessional people. read more

He offers a daily buy one get one free special if you purchase a pizza of any size, and he has a full Italian menu entree selection. His ravioli parmigiana is to die for. It is excellent. They also have a full italian dessert menu which includes Tiramisu, Cannoli's, etc. They deliver up to a ten mile radius and you can call ahead and pick up as well. Called to question an order and the person (female) for the day (July 14, 2017) was very NASTY, when talking to customers. I did say that "We must have an old menu and did the prices change?" and she just said that this is the prices the Owner said. She didn't take the time to explain anything and when I asked for the Manager or Owner, she said that she was the manager for the day. I asked to speak to the Owner and she said that the Owner would not be in until after 8:00 pm. I asked the Owner's Name and was told that she could not give me that, but she will be in later on tonight, The tone of her voice seemed that she was aggravated, because I was just questioning why the bill was high. Our family of 5 was visiting Chancellorsville's Visitor center and wanted a pizza place when it got to be lunch time. We searched for places in the area and found a local place but when we drove up to it, realized there was no seating inside. Just so happened that in the same strip mall there was another pizza place: Primo. Upon entering, there was fully adequate seating and very friendly service. That in itself was good, but when our personal sized pizzas came, it was absolutely delicious! The chicken parmesan was also scrumptious. Highly recommended!! Let me start by saying that I have ordered from primos many times. They were fabulous and the food delish, and then I ordered chicken Alfredo and instead received chicken parmesan, I called to report the error, and instead was told that I was wrong, they replaced it but I still felt like I had been disrespected. I stayed away for a while but my taste buds got the best of me and I started to order from them again. The second time after I restarted I called and ordered the steak and cheese subs with only steak cheese and mushrooms, but when it got here it had everything on it, I called and was told that I never said those were the only things I wanted. They ended up refunding my money because I didn't have enough time to wait another 45 minutes. My boyfriend and I decided to order subs yesterday and while mine was right, his was wrong.
