Came here for dinner on Saturday night with the family with high hopes. I heard from a friend who heard from a friend it's pretty good so I wanted to try it. I ordered the prime rib sandwich which was $13.99 which was basically a hot lunch meat sandwich. No prime rib in the prime rib sandwich, it tasted more like warmed up cheap beef lunch meat. My wife's shrimp scampi was mediocre at best, tasted dry and the shrimp tails were still on. Server was respectful and nice but it took a long time for the sever to take our drink orders and we ordered fries as an appetizer to keep the kids happy and never got them. All in all it's an expensive third rate restaurant, won't be coming back again. read more

One of my favorite places to get food with my boyfriend!! Everyone is so kind and sweet when we go. We loveeeee the food, especially the garlic knots. We even go there just for those. Now way overpriced. Strutting peacock of a waiter/greeter was slightly condescending to us. He needed to inform me that he was going to ask my wife for her order first as she was a woman. I guess he figured I needed that to be explained to me. We asked to sub olives for tomatoes, he said it would cost extra!!! Then he returns to let us know that the pizza slinger ok'd not to charge us, was our lucky day he says...gimme a break! Love this place! The mozzarella sticks were amazing. Our waitress the other night was super friendly and on top of things. My favorite dish is the pasta primavera. Only downside is how small the place is meaning it's usually very busy and you may have to wait for a table. read more

Hands down, the best hamburgers, anywhere. Period. Anyone who says otherwise is a liar and most likely piece of artifical intelligence that has short-circuited. The quality of the ingredients, particularly the grade of beef, is what makes the difference. It is noticeable and a delicious improvement over the standard burger fare found elsewhere. This place apparently does a booming pizza business too, as orders are constantly going out. Great Burgers, and great beer selection. We came here because of a coupon we had but will definitely be back again. I had their mushroom and Swiss burger and it was great. Cooked just to medium, and came with just enough fresh fries to finish off the meal. We also ordered the garlic knots (HIGHLY recommend these) and they were great. They have 8-12 beers on tap, and more than half of them are craft brews, including their own Primo Honey Ale (a blonde ale). I am a beer and burger snob, and love this place. Everything was absolutely amazing! Pasta and chicken Parmesan were cooked perfectly. At the same time we were able to get an exceptional blue cheese bacon burger. This is absolutely the best pizza I've ever tasted! When you get their pizza (I usually order the Pizza Supremo) ask for the regular crust and a side of chipotle ranch dressing to dip your crust in. The last time I was at primos with my wife and daughter it sucked.my wife and I have disability s they had a few tables with bar stools seats that are too high hey also had a seat by the door that sat eight. Now it doesn't take us maybe an hour to eat so instead of giving that table we had to wait for a seat outside, don't get me wrong the pizza is good but because of that we won't go back. read more

We had Primos cater our office Christmas party! Everything was delicious, hot, on-time and did I mention delicious!!! Stuff shells, Meatballs, Tortellini in pesto, Spinach artichoke dip with perfectly toasted bread and the fried raviolis! Scrumptious!! Everyone loved the food!! I used to think this was a great restaurant and have been going here for almost 4 years however the quality and service have severely declined this past year. From missing parts of the take out orders, to go soup lids not secured properly, and lack of compassionate customer service when the error was on them I feel it's time to write a review. I have never seen a restaurant owner or manager so rude and blatantly call me a liar over a soup lid not being secured on a takeout order. Upon putting the order in my car I felt like I should check that all meals were there as my last visit was missing 2 of my burgers. I noticed the lid to my soup was not on all the way and had toppled to the side a little so I secured the lid and stood it up not realizing all the soup had already spilled into the bag (realized that when I got home). We called the restaurant to let them know what had happened where the "boss" said they couldn't control something exploding and that they secure the lids. After calling me a liar he said he would replace my $2 soup and that was it. This soup had spilled all over the side salad and almost all over my seat of the car! I wasn't expecting a comp meal but merely a "I am so sorry, I will talk with the team and make sure they know to be extra careful when securing the lid, can I get you another soup?" A little compassion would have went a long way. Instead I think I am done going here and want to share my experience because I work hard for my money and didn't appreciate being called a liar. I also didn't get the new soup as that wasn't the point of the call. This place is too busy and obviously can't handle the demand. A very good experience for my first visit. Went in at 5:30 pm on a Tuesday evening and was seated at the bar. Friendly greeting. Tried a meat lovers pizza and Cajun Penne Pasta with chicken served with Bolognese sauce. Pizza could have been cooked longer but it was still very good and the amount of pasta you get is amazing. We love love love this place. We come here every week with our Jiu Jitsu team. The service is great and we are generally greeted by Nasser or Rula themselves. Anything you order is delicious. However 3 days ago we ordered a large pizza for pickup and when our son arrived after pickup we found the cost to be over $25.
