To me the biggest issue here is the drastic inconsistency in quality of service. Sometimes you score a great server, but I'd say 75% of the time it is someone who seems to lack training in basic steps of service (getting the order right, following up on satisfaction a few minutes after food delivery, following up on drinks, etc.). Pro-tip: put the last bits of your Cactus Blossom in a bun with both butter and sauce for a treat that is much more unhealthy and delicious than you bargained for.
