When I followed the link to fill out the contact form you mentioned I saw this.

Comment regarding the Exton locatio. I can't comment on the hoagie I wanted. i stood at the counter. There was a guy dutifully fulfilling an order. The young person who was supposed to be working the counter was talking to someone eating their sandwich. I waited for longer than I cared to and I walked out. Happily, there was a location a little farther away. I drove there and the young person on the counter took my order. He gave me "sirs" was polite, suggested additional toppings (which was good because I forgot to ask for sweet peppers). As they say, you get one chance to make a first impression. This was my first visit to the Exton location. They lost this order and all my future orders over one poorly trained inattentive counter guy.

My kid had to spit out the meat because it was rancid! Look at the lettuce!?! I should get a full refund!!

We used to love this love this place. Unfortunately, they've spiraled downhill at an alarming rate. They changed their rolls and then new ones are cheap and the ones we got were obviously stale. The turkey tasted rancid; up all night vomiting! Look At the pic - brown lettuce!! So sad because they used to be really good. You know a hoagie place is bad when wawa sells better hoagies!! ** I gave them 2 stars based on their excellent customer service. The girl at the register was sooooo pleasant and professional!!

The Turkey Schwarzie- Turkey & Swiss with Thousand Island and Cole Slaw. Very good.

Let me start off by saying that this place is corporate-ized. Which I generally don't like. The prices are not super cheap but moderate. It took $10.50 to fill me up without and drink. This was the Primo size which is what I'd suggest if you are hungry. I got the Turkey Schwartzie and it was good. The standouts in flavor were the 1000 island dressing, which was superb, and the turkey, which tasted fresh and delicious. The bread was very hearty and good, but not great. Overall, the lunch atmosphere was inviting and casual. It does feel pretty franchise-y though. If that's not an issue for you, check this place out. My sandwich was very good.

Great hoagies. Their seeded rolls makes all the difference. Employees not overly friendly though. Thus my 4 star rating

Delicious with vegetable choices like broccoli raab, not available elsewhere locally. Wish for whole grain rolls and lower prices.

I rarely give a one star review…read more I have passed this place twice a week for the past several years and finally decided to stop and order something to see what all the good reviews were about. I should've kept driving. I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and interrupted the cook eating breakfast. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. The cook kept trying to convince me to get bacon I guess, because he kept asking me if I wanted bacon. No, sausage. I was in full view of the flat-top and nothing went on it. Never turned it on. My egg got scrambled with some cheese bits and got put in the microwave. I think that's how my sausage got "cooked" because there was no browning. I guess my roll had to be defrosted because it too went into the microwave. To make matters worse, the paper menu said $7.99. He charged me $10 and some change. He kept offering me "free coffee". No thanks. Nothing about this experience was positive. The ambiance here is lacking. The food and service do not make up for it. One star and that's a gift.

Also their menu prices have changed and a sandwich that says $5.49 is actually $8.49. Overall, save your money and immune system, so unsanitary.

A friend tipped me off just two days ago about how he had found an EPIC Philly Cheesesteak out in…read morethe suburbs (without driving to Downtown Philly to Angelo's or Uncle Gus'!) Right near the Exton Mall, I swung by yesterday after shopping at Boscov's for Christmas presents and opted for a slice of the ir Pizza for a light lunch. Yes, I saw several of their cheesesteaks carried by to other customers but tasting one will be on my next trip, but the thick , generous portion of rib eye steak, Coooer cheese, spilling out of a seeded roll for an astounding $15 looks like an incredible deal. But I digress- this family- run restaurant knows how to make astonishingly great pizza, and can do any of their offerings on GLUTEN-FREE crust. They use Imported Italian flours and cook up their crusts crispy, well done, and delicious that beats the mouth-feel of anything I have had in the area. The meats are of superior quality and flavor, and everything is available by the slice and displayed in a case of fresh slices in so great a variety you will have difficulty choosing just one! The slice named "The Charlie" called out to me, totally on visual appeal, and I learned secondarily that it sported classic pizza sauce, creamy Mozerella, pepperoni, finished with pecorino Romano, fresh Basil, and hot honey- It knocked my socks off! Whether you are in the mood for an amazing pizza, or a cheesesteak, you've gotta try this place. It is clean, well staffed, with a great vibe! Find it a coupla blocks from the mall, on Lancaster Ave across the street from the Sherwin Williams paint store.

Ordered them both a standard cheesesteak wit. Unfortunately, mine had a nasty chunk of gristle, but was otherwise an 8.5. My companion was very happy with her usual chicken cheesesteak... Waiting for their feedback: don't let me down Gentili's. The feedback: the chef, very picky Italian chef, was blown away (his benchmark was Geno's, so). The Jersey Mike's fans were likewise impressed admitting Jersey Mike's is a bad facsimile... My mission to conquer mediocre and bad cheesesteaks, and uninformed/misinformed opinions, continues...
