When I followed the link to fill out the contact form you mentioned I saw this.

Comment regarding the Exton locatio. I can't comment on the hoagie I wanted. i stood at the counter. There was a guy dutifully fulfilling an order. The young person who was supposed to be working the counter was talking to someone eating their sandwich. I waited for longer than I cared to and I walked out. Happily, there was a location a little farther away. I drove there and the young person on the counter took my order. He gave me "sirs" was polite, suggested additional toppings (which was good because I forgot to ask for sweet peppers). As they say, you get one chance to make a first impression. This was my first visit to the Exton location. They lost this order and all my future orders over one poorly trained inattentive counter guy.

The Turkey Schwarzie- Turkey & Swiss with Thousand Island and Cole Slaw. Very good.

Let me start off by saying that this place is corporate-ized. Which I generally don't like. The prices are not super cheap but moderate. It took $10.50 to fill me up without and drink. This was the Primo size which is what I'd suggest if you are hungry. I got the Turkey Schwartzie and it was good. The standouts in flavor were the 1000 island dressing, which was superb, and the turkey, which tasted fresh and delicious. The bread was very hearty and good, but not great. Overall, the lunch atmosphere was inviting and casual. It does feel pretty franchise-y though. If that's not an issue for you, check this place out. My sandwich was very good.

My kid had to spit out the meat because it was rancid! Look at the lettuce!?! I should get a full refund!!

We used to love this love this place. Unfortunately, they've spiraled downhill at an alarming rate. They changed their rolls and then new ones are cheap and the ones we got were obviously stale. The turkey tasted rancid; up all night vomiting! Look At the pic - brown lettuce!! So sad because they used to be really good. You know a hoagie place is bad when wawa sells better hoagies!! ** I gave them 2 stars based on their excellent customer service. The girl at the register was sooooo pleasant and professional!!

Great hoagies. Their seeded rolls makes all the difference. Employees not overly friendly though. Thus my 4 star rating

Delicious with vegetable choices like broccoli raab, not available elsewhere locally. Wish for whole grain rolls and lower prices.

We chose the patio for several reasons, it's a lovely area and we brought our puppy, (20 month old Newfoundland) for her first visit to our FAVORITE restaurant. She was well behaved too. We were greeted by Julia, our server, who immediately provided a large container of fresh water for our Lizzy Lou. Julia was very attentive and so pleasant. Made us feel like family. Samantha, one of the talented bar staff, made me a delicious spicy margarita, it was on point! My husband had a Grapefruit Crush, one of his favorite cocktails there and he was pleased as usual! As long as our pup was enjoying the shade provided by the big umbrellas we ordered food. We both decided on burgers, Turkey burger and the CH grille burger. Made just as we ordered! I am all about presentation, I know they were burgers, but the way they presented with the variety of layers and the rolls with grill lines on them, made them look extra appetizing. DELICIOUS Our visits to this Chophouse Grille in Exton is always a huge treat for us. The managers always make it a point to check on us, they are so very special. Thank you Mo, Natalie and Lexie ( sorry we missed you Katie) The servers there are amazing, we just can't thank them enough for making us feel so much like family! My wife had the pulled pork on a pretzel bun which was very good. Drinks were good and the wine, which was a local brew was great. I'm really not sure how they manage to find so many people who are completely indifferent to their jobs spread over such a large area. We arrived right on time for our reservation and checked in with the hostess. The place was 3/4 empty so seating should have been fast, but she ignored us, fiddling with her computer for 4 minutes before bothering to pick up menus and lead us to a table... in the bar. The waiter was nice, but he was never around when we needed him and it took 15 minutes after us being seated before he even asked us about food. At one point my daughter needed to use the restroom but we didn't know where it was. I couldn't see the waiter, so I walked up to the bar, only to have the three people there ignore us, even though one was looking right at us. Bill was over $300 for three people. 3 appetizers, 3 entrees, 3 drinks, a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card, and 5 separate people who didn't seem to care about their customers. Ridiculous.

It's tough for these types of restaurants to really stand out and distinguish themselves. They have to pretty much be doing everything right. The place is fairly cozy - read small. In fact the bar of the same namesake right next door is actually twice as large as the restaurant. The place is done up to be slightly upscale in terms of decorations and table settings. As for the food, we were there on a Friday night and it turns out they have a buffet on Fridays. It smelled good and the price was right so we opted for it. For starters they had mixed greens salad which was fresh and delicious, a mozzarella salad, breads and chilled shrimp. The chilled shrimp where the medium-small size and they had a really off/chlorine taste to them. Fortunately I only took a few of the shrimp. For entrees they had a cook to order station with choice of pasta, toppings and sauces. They also had a chicken dish, tilapia in a butter cream sauce and prime rib. The sides were mashed potatoes, squash and a few other typical sides. The pasta was so-so. The chicken was the same. The big stars of the night were the tilapia, the prime rib and the mashed potatoes as all were delicious. My wife even commented that the tilapia and the mashed potatoes were amazing. The desserts were in a word, horrible. It was painfully obvious from just looking at them that they were the mass manufactured type (you know, the kind that taste like Little Debbie) and not at all fresh. We sampled a few between my wife and I but were disappointed by it all. The service was half decent and friendly, though not exceptional. Our server was MIA at various times which for how small the dining area is and how empty it was when we were there is a bit ridiculous. Another strike was that the first wine glass I was given had obvious lip marks on it. YUCK! This is a fairly benign place that I think wishes it was more than it is but just doesn't have the tools to quite get there. I would really be curious as to what items from their regular menu taste like but I doubt we'll bother going back just to see.

I'm so tired of the fake k-pot style bbq....I've eaten authentic Korean BBQ in KOREA, in Vegas, my mom's house ;), NYC Koreatown, Annandale/Northern VA, and plenty of other places over the years, so I'm probably a little harder to impress than most when it comes to Korean food. That said -- this place in Exton is legit. I drive about 40 minutes just to come here, and there are plenty of restaurants much closer to me. That alone probably says enough. The meat is consistently fresh and good quality, the banchan actually tastes like Korean banchan should, and the whole meal just feels authentic rather than some watered-down version of Korean BBQ made for people who have never had the real thing. The flavors, marinades, side dishes and overall experience remind me of the Korean food I grew up eating and the places I've eaten at in Korea. That's hard to find around the Philly suburbs. Open late like good kbbq spots are supposed to, good drinks, not fancy, but authentic. What brings me back to my childhood - stainless steel thin metal bowls, cups, water out of a jug, absolutely nail the combination of quality, authenticity, and price. There is a reason I'll drive 40 minutes each way when I'm craving Korean BBQ instead of just picking somewhere closer. If you know Korean food, you'll appreciate this place. If you don't know Korean food yet, this is a pretty damn good place to start.
