I have been craving a jersey style chicken cutlet sandwich and primo's was recommended. I got the chicken suprimo add pesto. The primo size was $18 and change; I thought it would be a big hoagie! Wrong. I was very disappointed in the size and quality for the price. The chicken was ok but was a little burnt and dry. It was like a bunch of cold, room temp items were put on a toasted bun; the red peppers were cold and slimy, cheese was not melted, and chicken was room temp. The bun was also pretty hard. The sandwich was also very dry, even with the added pesto. Staff was nice but Primo left a lot to be desired. I probably won't return. Wish we had an authentic chicken cutlet sammy!

    Turkey Diablo. Pathetic. $10

Hoagies are awful. Asked for LTO on a hoagie. No toppings were added. A small hoagie is like $10. Service is very poor. Go somewhere else if you want a decent hoagie. Jersey Mike's is much better. Not sure how they are even in business.

We've driven past PrimoHoagies so many times and were excited to finally give them a try. Unfortunately, our experience was very underwhelming. We expected a lot more for the price ($10+ for a small sub). My sandwich was okay but nothing special and definitely not worth the price.

Good taste but I would have wanted more for the price point. My sandwich was very tiny.

I was expecting a little bit more flavor. Not too bad or any good. Convenient location. Friendly staff. I probably will come back again.

The staff was really friendly and the sandwich was pretty good. I got a cheesesteak and they added pickles, not sure why but it was good once I took them off

Do yourself a favor and give it a try. Hoagie reminded me of my youth outside Philly. Excellent in my opinion.

The burrata was beautifully plated and perfect on its own with just a fork, no bread needed. But let me go back a second to the cocktail I ordered. The Green genie was light and refreshing. Maybe not your typical December drink but I was intrigued by the pineapple basil infused lemonade. Not a sweet drink kinda girl, I will say this was perfectly balanced and definitely not too sweet. That hint of basil came through in every sip! Definitely recommend. The brisket with mashed potatoes, and vegetables was plated so uniquely- truly a pleasure to behold for the senses. Now for the taste... tender and lightly smoked. The BBQ sauce is a delicious compliment and not overpowering. I decided that it was impossible to choose desserts so I ordered both the honey cake AND the hidden gem. People!! Save room for dessert! The hidden gem is a fun dessert and the pistachio filling is creamy and light. The honey cake is gorgeous, light and the layers are just perfectly even. I would liken it to a crepe cake. My kids will be happy I'm bringing them home a taste of it! The attention to detail, the cocktails, music and the flavor of the food at the Owl's Nest is definitely worth seeking out for lunch or dinner.

Don't get me started on the bakery!! Their cookies were fantastic, but haven't gotten to the cinnamon roll yet. They have an icing frosting and a cream cheese frosting for the cinnamon rolls. For cookies I had their pecan, chocolate chip, peanut butter cup, and white macadamia nut and they had so many other ones. They were all so soft and flavorful! Only regret is that I didn't get more. The way they did the lettuce, tuna, tomato, and whatever sauce they use was really good and very flavorful. It's definitely better than Subway. The only issue was that parts of the bread were a little soggy. It wasn't the whole sandwich, just certain spots, so in a few places I avoided eating the bread and I ended up with a clump of soggy bread in my little hand. I did love that they put cheese on the top for part of it though and I thought the cheese they used really complimented the flavor of the tuna. I also think the cheese helped protect the bread from the moisture in the tuna salad so the cheese for me was nonnegotiable for ensuring the quality of the sub. If anything, adding a little more of that cheese and layering more of it so it fully protected the bread from the moisture in the tuna would have likely prevented the bread from getting soggy. Lightly toasting the bread first might have helped too. Other than that small issue, I was really impressed with this tuna sub. It smelled amazing too, honestly better than most tuna sandwiches I've had. I would definitely order it again.

I asked the guy at the register why they would put the dressing on it and leave it sit there, He was clueless, put the salad in a new bag and gave it back to me. So, now I get home to eat it and it is a total train wreck. Please dont put dressing on a salad in cardboard and let it sit for pick up.... seems common sense?

I found a spot on the street. The building is a former school, which makes it interesting. It was busy on a Friday, but I was able to find a seat at the bar upstairs. I find it bizarre that sophisticated restaurants have sports screens at the bar. If you're sitting at the bar, there's nothing else for you to look at. Not in the mood for sports? This is not the place for you. I was surprised that an Italian place like this did not have a good Barbera wine on the menu. Bartender gave me some recommendations and I thought I was getting a sip to try, but he just brought the whole glass. I liked it so no worries there. I ordered the breaded zucchini as an appetizer and a meal. There were four pieces. But they are stuffed with goat cheese, and it just felt too rich. It's OK if you're in a group, but in my case, two pieces was all I could handle. For dessert, I had the banana crème brûlée, which was OK . I would not order it again. I wanted actual pieces of banana on my dessert which that one didn't have. Overall, it was an OK experience, but I would not go back .
