I used to be a great supporter of this establishment but when I went in for a massage, I was shocked to hear that it's now $70 for a sixty minute massage instead of it being $60 for a one hour massage. Anyways, [[HIGHLIGHT]]the person who gave me a massage, was rude and when I got dressed and came out, he demanded a tip.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I tipped him $10 and he said "that's it?" and I explained to him that I didn't have to tip him anything in the first place l, especially for his rude service/attitude.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After that, I left. My experience here was not a great one. I been here before a few years ago but when I walked in, [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked if I could make an appointment. The guy (Trevor) told me that it was $70. I never leave bad reviews but I truly have to, after my experience. Whatever you do, do not come here. You will not receive a massage, you will receive a body rub. By that I mean, your "masseuse" will simply rub massive amounts of oil onto random body parts over and over again until your time is up. There will be no technique, training, or care whatsoever. Just rubbing and generating heat. Had to get a massage after a long international flight. Reservation was quick over the phone and I didn't have to wait when I arrived, which is always appreciated. I noticed they were very busy that specific weekday afternoon, but it didn't ruin the experience at all. Shawn was great. He focused on the knots on my shoulders and neck (poor guy worked for it). I told the gentleman, that I called for a couples massage and he said yes, but they only have single rooms? Like what?!?. It has taken me some time to gather the courage to write this review. I received a massage from danny in the past and was sexually assaulted by him. When I was laying face down getting the massage, he got really close to my inner thighs and then rubbed his fingers down my anus. I was in shock when all of this happened. My body sort of froze and then he went on and inserted a finger inside of me. I told him (aka vocalized) to "stop" but he wouldn't - he proceeded to do it again. I then took my hand and smacked it toward his hand and said to stop but he still didn't stop. danny is a tall, big guy, and in that moment, I felt powerless and I sort of left my body. I have been harboring this for a while but I finally felt ready to tell this story. I hope this can help to prevent a sexual assault on anyone else. Got to my appt. after work and was warmly greeted by Danny, which turned out to be my treatment provider, and I let him know my areas of concern, knots in my neck and shoulders, and this dude went to town on those knots! He used hands, arms, elbows, and I'm a tough guy, so it was nice to have someone listen to the areas of pain and really do an amazing job working those knots out! Decent massage for the price. I'm more of a deep tissue massage kind of guy and they are probably more of a Swedish massage style. It's a very relaxed place. They massage therapist was pretty good but only my preference, I wanted a deep tissue. 4 stars bc it's much more lax vs a relaxed services and bc I thought they did deep tissue. Today I had the scrub / massage combo. It was lovely. The tub was warm (but no working jets -) The scrub was nothing like the Korean spa scrubs. I actually enjoyed it. It was more of a gentle exfoliate. The massage was good. Not great. It was a little repetitive for me and I wish he would use his body more. Similar to the Thai massages I'm used to. After being in a car accident, I was having back pain. Friends suggested I get a massage. At first, I was like "nah, it's ok. I'll be fine." But the pain wouldn't go away. So, after about a month, my friend recommended I try the place he goes to. So I did. I came to check it out. The place is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and attentive. I noticed they have three standard massages to choose from. The first being 30 mins for $40; 60 mins for $60, and 90 mins for $90, respectively. They also have a body scrub and massage service for $100. I started with the half hour massage. After my massage, my back felt better than the previous days. I went back about a week later and got the 60 min massage. It was the best thing for my back! After getting home, I settled in and knocked out. I had the best sleep since the accident. Good thing I went on Friday, lol! I was also able to cut back on the Tylenol/Advil or the stuff my doctor gave me. I still come every so often for either a 30 or 60 min massage. It's been good for me and my back. I do recommend this place. Just make sure you make an appointment. I have come a few times on a walk-in basis and had to wait a bit longer.
