Lynn is the best one there! Every time I would get acrylics I would rip them off in 2 days. They always seemed boxy & wide. I decided to try it one last time. I explained what I wanted & Lynn did it perfectly! Now, I go religiously. Every 2 weeks I'm there. She has clients that have been coming to her for over 15 yrs - that alone says a lot. Excellent staff, great prices, great COVID protocols. They have curtains between the chairs, so you are separated from the other patrons, and have built plastic "shields" in frames to protect the staff. I was able to walk in, and they took care of my pedicure very quickly! Looks great! read more

The door to the shop was propped open and when I stepped in I was greeted immediately by the pleasant staff. Even without an appointment they were happy to help me. Horrible just horrible. Very poor customer service at this establishment . Went in today for a mani and pedi , I was barely greeted when I entered. When the Nail Tech did look up she looked as if I was there to rob the place. I let her know what service I was looking for and she said she was the only one there . I said okay I will wait. The Nail Tech ignored me and it was the customer who actually said that I was willing to wait. Nail Tech repeated "I am the only one here". At this point an option for a different appointment would normally be offered, not here. I said I'm willing to wait, to which she replied "I have an appoint at 1." It was already 1:05 and said okay well how is 2 or 3 ? The Nail Tech then said "I am the only one here" and said "okay how about 4 ?" The Nail Tech again said "I am the only one here. " I left. I have been to this location a number of times and end up disappointed by the service every time. They'll book you but you'll have to wait around and they'll get distracted really easily so what should take an hour takes like an extra thirty to forty. They always push more expensive products on me and I can't always understand what they are saying to me. She had me pick out gel nail polish for my acrylics which I'm inexperienced and assumed that's what we have to use. As she started putting it on, after twenty minutes of waiting for her to disappear, she tells me it will be $42 instead of $30 and then basically forced me. I'm a broke young adult working minimum wage and trying to get through school so I felt extremely uncomfortable. I wanted a simple color but it didn't seem to come in gel and I asked if I could get it in normal because Saw tons of bottles and she said that they "don't have any". The colors, shape, and overall look is not what I wanted. While still pretty, I feel pretty cheated of my money to leave unsatisfied and without what I wanted. They also only take cash so bring big bills with you. I had to run around to another store to try to get cash. Every time I have been in there the ladies are talking in a language I don't understand and always seem to be gabbing about customers. One of the workers daughters, who looked maybe fifteen, came while the lady disappeared and sanded my nails and appeared to be starting the work. She then put everything away and sat there staring at me and said "sorry" about five times. I was left really confused and uncomfortable in many ways. My nails have been slightly crooked both times I've gotten sets. The lady was nice but overall too pushy. read more

They squeeze me in even if they're busy! It's very affordable and the girls here are very friendly. Ann is the reason why I've been going to this nail salon for the past 5 years. She is really friendly and great with nails. Ask for the French Pedicure with a flower. She puts a little fake diamond in the middle of the flower to finish it off. The design is so cute! I look at feet for weeks afterwards because she does such a great job. Place is super cute! The over all experience I had wasn't the greatest. Came right in and sat, the water was cold but she warmed it up for me. An older lady did my toes she was nice but kind of all over the place. Answering the phone talking to people making phone calls just scattered. She also coughed on my feet (pretty gross) I can understand if it just happened unexpected but it was about three times. I'm also pretty sure she didn't do a top coat. After my toes were done drying I went to pay and they don't accept credit cards! CASH ONLY! I wish they would have said that on the phone when I made an appointment. I had to leave and go get cash. The only reason that I even step foot into this particular place is only for ONE of the women that works here. Her name is LYNN. This woman is the BEST at what she does! If I could give zero stars I would!!! Me and a co-worker tried this place about 2 months ago, I wasn't that happy but my co-worker was, so I decided to give them a second chance because a regular pedicure is $20 and it's close to my work so I can go on my lunch break. We went again today and it was a shit show! First of all, both of our water was ice cold, like WTF, did you even turn the hot on? The young girl who did mine didn't understand english but she had a nice big legible tattoo in english,(ironic), she cut and filed my nails down to nothing, there is so much skin showing between the nail and the actual end of my toe it's ridiculous. She cut my cuticle too low and it hurt like hell, and she pushed way too hard with the rough file, very uncomfortable. My toes look "special" Then my co-worker, had a nice but very "mature" lady do hers, who obviously can't see! Her paint was all over her skin, even after she tried to wipe off the excess, color and clear coat! The paint was un even on every toe, some went to the cuticle some didn't, some edges were straight some crooked. I learned my lesson. The place is very cute but the results are not!!!! read more

Sadly, I have to give this place two stars. My lady was SOOOOO nice so they get 5 stars for customer service, but I wasn't happy with my manicure. She took off my nail polish and immediately put on my new coat of shellac-this is where the deficits come in. She didn't clean anything! She didn't cut my cuticles, my nails-just simply painted my nails. I'm not sure if that's common here but it was the first time I have ever had a manicure where they don't throughly clean my cuticles. I love this place! I've been going to Linh for my nails (pink & white) for about 5 years now, and her work is outstanding. I tried 3-4 different nail salons (usually good job the first time and then it would become sloppy and my cuticles would hurt like crazy) before I was referred to this place, and now I won't go anywhere else.
