I really like this nail salon. Had a pedi with Debbie and a shellac gel mani with Ann. Both ladies are so nice and remember me. They take their time and make sure that I am 100% satisfied with their service. I also like the quality of their polishes. They don't dilute the polish with other stuff to make it go farther which in turn makes the shellac crack on the nails or chip quickly. My shellac always lasts with this place. read more

I needed a pick-me-up late on a Sunday after laying around with a cold for four days and I was happy to see Princess Nails was open until 9 p.m.! Debbie told me to come at 6 p.m., I arrived on time and soaked my feet for 10 minutes while she finished up another customer. (Let me preface by saying I have given this salon a chance on at least 15+ occasions over the last couple of years.) Julie has been regularly doing a terrible job on my nails. For years I go back every now and then because they are always free and I desperately need to get my nails done, but Julie disappoints every single time. She asks personal questions for the entire hour, doesn't care about taking care of my nails, doesn't file properly, makes every single nail uneven, and then complains TO ME that she wishes I came in at a different time because someone walked in and asked for a manicure. She always HURTS me by clipping my skin and complains that she has a new customer, rushes through my nails, and I watch her TERRIBLY slab nail polish across my nails disgustingly. Also-- every single time I have come in she COMPLAINS that I want a light color - it's obvious that she's sad because she can't paint nails and knows she will mess up. She does a terrible job in every single sense. This nail salon NEEDS to shut down, as they have no sense for customer service or common sense as a whole. I'm horrified with their ABSOLUTELY terrible service. (The pictures I posted are after going home and trying to peel off the polish on my skin, and using acetone to wipe off everything. My nails are also NOT shiny anymore because she insisted my nails were dry and took a rag to them while they were still sticky.) read more

Princess has been my go to nail salon for the past 3 months. I was hesitant to go because of the mixed reviews I read but I went ahead and called to make a reservation. I haven't looked back since! Ann is great. She's always accommodating and even came in early morning to see me since my schedule was inflexible. I went wanting a manicure to just fix my cuticles then a full set of acrylics but i was having trouble finding a salon that would do that for me. When i called princess nails Ann told me she would take care of it for me. I got there and she did what i wanted and along the way she made sure it was exactly how i liked it from the color to the nail shape. Ann gave me a lower price for everything and was very sweet. They did not clean the sides, lots of polish on my skin, barely there primer and too coat. But i thought maybe they were having a bad day. I highly recommend this salon for manicures and pedicures! I have been going there for over two years--the first time I was a walk-in! Ann is great! She's been doing my gel french style manicures and Julie does my toes! The place is wonderfully decorated and warm. The pedicure stations have massage chairs too! I have been coming here for over a year a now, and I am definitely a fan! I love this place and I see Lynn and she always gives me fabulous nails and toes. I love the prices as well, they don't try to over charge you. And to be honest I am a busy person so being at a nail shop for over a hour does not appeal to me, Lynn gets me in and out in less than an hour. The one negative about the place is they constantly call to reschedule me. If I have an eleven am they call to see if I can come earlier or later without fail. I'm a busy person and I scheduled this because it works in my schedule. And being constantly called before my appointment can be quite annoying. However, they do make up for it with their quality and productivity so the calling does not stop me from coming! I love Princess Nails!! read more

The salon is very pretty so I was hoping to love it and make it my go to nail salon since I'm new to the area. But as soon as I got there with my boyfriends 7yo daughter the ladies started asking all kinds of personal questions. At first I just thought they were being friendly but they were way out of line asking details about our relationship and even my relationship with her dad like who does that?!!! Once the older lady asked more than I was trying to answer the other lady started my pedicure so they decided to start commenting about us in their language!! So one lady would say something and then the other would ask me in English and then comment again!! like if my life was any of their bizz. I'm bilingual myself and I know how rude it is to use that advantage to talk behind someone's back and when it's a bizz setup it's completely unacceptable. Then they kept pushing for me to add to her nails some extra details so they could charge more but my BFs daughter kept saying I don't want that and telling me i just wanna be done here but the lady kept pushing the issue. They didn't even pay attention to what they were doing so we went home with my gel mani and pedi all wrinkled up with missing spots and gel on my skin and my little friend feeling sad because they asked her ridiculous questions she didn't want or know how to answer. This place is okay if you don't expect much. Lynn has been my technician who does a good job with the basics, but don't ask her to do designs. I wanted a simple design for my son's boot camp graduation and she didn't do what I asked stating "that's too much." And what she did do looked like crap. I love Princess Nails! I was searching for a new salon and Princess Nails was highly recommended by friends. What I love...calm, relaxing, spa-like atmosphere, soothing, soft music, upscale decor, spacious, very clean, OPI polish, owners are polite and customer oriented, NO TV and Ann! Ann is friendly, listens, cares about the health of your nails, very flexible in scheduling (comes in as early as 8 am if needed) and of course does a great job on my nails. There is also a separate room for reflexology which is awesome. Prices are extremely reasonable. The only reason that I give a 4 star rating instead of a 5 is because of their pedicure chairs. While they are comfy and have some massage, the massage is weaker than I prefer and you can't seem to adjust the settings. Certainly not a reason for me to go anywhere else! read more

As I was leaving two other girls walked in and asked for a pedicure and a gel manicure, and they told them they could help them immediately even though they didn't have an appointment.
