Great location on the waterfront inlet with spacious seating and great service. Very clean and well organized staff. Outside bar. Romantic and family friendly. So this place is accommodating for various needs. Pizza, pasta, salad and fish were all excellent. Good wine selection.

There are few places as beautiful to eat as Principessa. Whether you enjoy the indoor dining area or the absolutely stunning harbor views - can't go wrong. Everything we ordered was more delicious than the last. Missed some of the pictures but we started with multiple pizzas. Bianca, kids cheese, and a vegan plain with capers. Beat pizzas we've had outside Italy. Then we moved on to a salad and app course where we shared the chopped salad and the eggplant rollatini. The eggplant was one of the best we've had- so thin and not overly fried or breaded. Will definitely be ordering that every time we go back Then on to pasta and main. We shared the veal parmigiana and the mushroom pappardelle pasta. Both were to die for and super fresh.

Yes to Good Service. Amazing to Ambiance. Food- just gets an ok could have been a lot better. First of all, I am a stickler when it comes to wanting my food hot in temperature- at those prices it should be nothing less. Started with the complimentary focaccia and some of the best tasting olive oil I've ever had- where it's from, IDK but very worth dipping. The Salads were just OK: the Caesar was a tad dry - needed more dressing and the lettuce could have and should have been colder and crispier. The Principessa Chopped Salad wasn't so chopped which is a pet peeve of mine. The Eggplant Parm was not up my alley - it's thicker cut and not breaded- also when served room temp vs hot- not the best. So, the cheese wasn't melted when it arrived making it a yuck fest plus Bechamel not a fit for the dish. The Shrimp Fra Diavolo may have been excellent if it was hot- I'd give that another run if I head back there. What I will give 5 stars was the Grand Finale Dessert: Tiramisu Parfait (pictured). Whoever came up with that did a great thing!

Popped in for dinner at Principessa at a work conference. Wonderful dinner (rock shrimp dish was outstanding) with exceptional service outside at the Bar... many who aren't staying at the hotel may miss this spot but should put it on the list. Great vibe, ambiance, and food.

    Veal chop (small and overcooked)

Had a disappointing experience for a special night. They do not know how to cook meat properly. They served a small chewy well done veal chop and then the manager gave me a hard time to make a new one so I didn't eat a main course. I was then overcharged for gratuity since they included the veal in their 20% calculations and couldn't figure out the math, after waiting a while I just left. The highlight of the meal was the $25 Caesar salad that is $15 at Parm in NYC (same exact salad).

Went with a large party last week for my father's 85th birthday and it was amazing. The chef and owner came out to chat with us about his menu and welcome us. Every dish we ordered was perfection. I had the bollonaise with meatballs.....delicious. My father had the seafood pasta....he loved it. Several others had the branzino.....all loved. And to think that we drove down from Jupiter.....well worth it. Would definitely come b back and can't thank them enough for making my father's 85th so special.

I ordered the Tomato Cream Gnocchi and my boyfriend had the Mediterranean Combo. No exaggeration but this was the best gnocchi I've ever had. The dish changed my view on gnocchi and I'm now a converted fan. The texture was pillow soft with a bit of spring. The magic of this dish is how simple yet delicious it is. I loved a simple dish done well. The Mediterranean combo was a special of the night and it came with prawns, branzino, fried anchovies, and a salad. The combo was also just as goods. The seasoning was yet again, simple but delicious. The prawns were succulent, fish was high quality, and the fried anchovies surprised me. I loved all the proteins. I also tried the squid ink pasta and the seafood linguini. Both were good but the squid ink pasta was unique. I can't put my finger on the flavor but I liked it. Service was incredible and the chef was kind. He came out to talk to us and explained some of the dishes. The restaurant is homey and cozy. I felt like I was in Sicily. Overall, I highly recommend Savia. I can't wait to come back and try more.

While the food was generally good--my veal chop from the prix fixe menu was flavorful, though slightly dry--other dishes were, unfortunately, just average. What truly undermined the evening, however, was the service. Throughout the night, several guests struggled with repeatedly unfilled water glasses and had to ask multiple times for basic items. Our waitress hardly checked in until the end of the meal, with minimal follow-up during dinner. The situation escalated when, after paying, our waitress, Haley B, approached the table in a confrontational manner, questioning me directly--three separate times--about the tip, in front of the entire group. Gratuity should reflect the quality of both service and overall experience; being pressured for a higher tip despite the lack of attention was entirely out of line. To make matters worse, my follow-up call to management was equally disappointing. The response was all talk, no action. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism left a lasting negative impression.
