I went in yesterday for a rapid covid test I still have not got the results, the lab says the doctor will call me in the morning, still hasn't called, they only took me off work for one day and I've been showing symptoms. You would think that with all the reviews of the staff and "manager" being rude they would do something about it but sadly that is not the case. To work in the medical field you have to have some sort of people skills and your manager has none. She is rude and not cut out to deal with patients. Will not be coming here ever again. read more

My experience would of been better if it wasn't for the non-white/non-Hispanic receptionist (long black hair, brown skin, 5'5) working in the front. Every time I've gone to this urgent care she has a BAD ATTITUDE, she is rude to any person I've witnessed. I went in on Tuesday, to be tested for the corona virus. It is now Monday and I just got my results. First off, I recommended this urgent care to a friend of mine to get tested, he went a day after me and go his results by Friday, while I was still waiting. Next, the link to get my results from a video call was sent to the wrong number. I never put that number on the Solv app to contact me by. I had put my current number, which they were texting me by while I was waiting for my appointment on the day I was tested. Speaking of my appointment, my appointment was supposed to be at 3 so tell me why I was not seen till 4:15? Thirdly, when I called to report this issue of the link being sent to the wrong number, the lady on the phone said that they didn't even have me in the system! How is it that you don't have one of your WAITING clients not in the system? Next, when I got into the video chat and waited for the provider, I waited 30 minutes! I then decided to call back and tell them that I was in the chat waiting to be seen. The lady on the phone, I believe heather, said that I was not popping up that I was waiting on the call. I then had to close the app and return to the call. All of this just to get my results from the provider in 1 minute. Can everything be fixed? Who knows how many clients had an experience like mine. Not only was the wait time terrible, but I was told that I would get my results in 3 days and 5 tops. Because of not wanting to expose anyone to anything, I was stuck in my house for 6 days, missing out on work who were asking me if I had gotten my results in yet, and I would constantly cry because I could not see my family or my partner at risk of exposing them. This was absolute torture for me, being alone. This experience was the worst experience I have had at any clinic. They do not do what they say they are going to do. Would never recommend this urgent care to anyone again. Worst place to go to. read more

After being told the wait would be about 45 minutes, I just left almost 1.5 hours later (and almost none of that was with a doctor). The doctor didn't read any of information I was required to write about medications, medical history, or symptoms. After I repeated everything, he listened to my lungs and looked in my ears. Then he prescribed antibiotics and was done. Upon leaving, I asked them to fax the Rx in, so I didn't have to wait again in the pharmacy. "Unfortunately" they don't fax. So I'm apparently never going home tonight. Ever. I will not be returning to this urgent care. Both my husband and I had good experiences when it was run by Sendas; I'm so bummed they are gone. read more

Was able to get in and out very quickly for my daughter's sport physical. Went back a second time for pneumonia and was seen immediately, X-ray completed, and meds given in less than 1 hr. Was properly diagnosed and received scripts for medications appropriate for my diagnosis. read more

As soon as the PA Steven Muchinyi walked in, he had this stink face on and looked like he did not want to here what I had to say.. I felt rushed with what I had to say about my symptoms. Have been here 2 times. The first time the providers stayed about 1 hour after closing to finish the IV treatment. They constantly provide Quick service, a clean professional setting, and the staff (especially Paulette) is very friendly. Highly recommended! Last night, I took my child there he had hurt his arm at school. The ladies at the front desk, were very respectful & helpful. They made us feel welcome even though it was close to closing time. They answered my questions. The man that took my child's blood pressure ECT. was cool when the other man came to take my child to xray he talked to my child & when we was on our way home later ,my child had very good things to say about him. The Dr. that treated my child was caring & took wonderful care fo him. The office was clean the exam room was comfortable. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you. I went in yesterday 7/20/19 in the morning to take my 19 year old daughter to be seen because she had a horrible headache and the front lady at the desk asked for her ID. I told her she didn't have one and that she was under mine and my husbands insurance. She told us my daughter couldn't be seen. So we left and went to another urgent care. This front desk person didn't even get a nurse to evaluate my daughter before we left their facility. My daughter could have passed out on our way to the other urgent or something. Thank god nothing bad happen to her, but someone else may not be so lucky next time. I lost a job before because I turned away a patient for something similar to this and it's not safe to do this I learned the hard way. I've been here plenty of times and the staff have always been great. Don't understand why this happened to me? read more
