I was referred to Johnny and Jason and I'm so glad I went. I have acrylic with gel and Jason is absolutely fantastic with both. My nails were a complete disaster when I walked in, the previous technician had made them way too thin and they were actually curling on the sides. Jason completely transformed them. He was incredibly patient and a true perfectionist, taking his time to make sure everything was just right and my nails honestly look better than they ever have. Johnny has such a great personality and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, they placed a cold water bottle right in front of me, took my purse and hung it on a hanger next to me and even put a warm heating pad around my neck, I felt like a queen. And to top it all off, their prices are fantastic. This is hands down the best nail experience I've had in a long time. Do not hesitate, Stop searching and just book here, this is the place.

I know the time I was given over the phone was 6:30. I have been coming to this salon for nearly three years, so I expected my loyalty--and my word--to be valued. Instead, I felt dismissed. Since Elaine left, it seems like the level of care and customer service has changed. Brian was not there for my scheduled appointment, and had left no one contacted me beforehand to let me know. My birthday dinner is tomorrow, and this appointment was important to me. The way I was treated left me feeling embarrassed, hurt, and even questioning whether my skin color played a part in how easily my concerns were disregarded. No loyal customer should leave a business in tears or feeling discriminated against. Sadly, after this experience, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. They don't care about your loyalty. They just care about your money. I hope management reviews the phone records and takes this matter seriously. I had Pam for a deluxe pedicure and she was awesome! She was very gentle, took her time, and the massage was incredible. I never felt rushed and really enjoyed my pedicure. My mom got a gel manicure and she was really happy with hers too. I'm very happy with how my pedicure turned out, and I thought the prices were reasonable as well. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the payment process. They charge an additional 3% for credit card transactions, so you can pay through Zelle instead. When I paid with Zelle, they asked me to pull up the confirmation on my phone and then took a picture of it. I wasn't comfortable with that part since most places I've used Zelle would receive their own confirmation that the payment went through.
