This recent time, I came in with butter yellow nails and asked to for the same color. I came out with... something light yellow. It was their lightest yellow. And of course, not what I asked for and definitely not happy. I was vocal about my distaste for the shape, color, and thickness of my nails prior to leaving. The thickness of my nails on one hand is thicker than the other and I asked for my left hand to be shaved down more. My nail tech stated that my nail beds were just wider on one hand. I explained to her that my nails don't usually look like this and said that I've gone here multiple times. The shape is better, but not quite where I'd like them to be. And well for the color, I can't change it until my next appointment. I've come to understand that I just need to ask for certain nail technicians. I learned some of their names and know who to request for now, but they get booked fast.
