They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! They are the best plumbers and I will continue working with them on any future projects or improvements that we may need.

Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! There are many many plumbers in our area but after years of consistent quality workmanship and customer service, I only use and trust Efficient Plumbing.

The inside of the piping was corroded and needed to be repaired. From the moment Sean and his team came out, they were professional, honest, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain exactly what was happening and even used a camera to show me the condition of the pipes, which made everything very clear. There was no vague explanations, just straightforward information and transparency. Sean was wonderful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was handled properly. Jorge and his teammate came out to resurface the pipe, and another technician completed the epoxy lining. Chris responded to a call over the weekend in the early hours of Sunday morning, I think it was about 3 a.m. There was a burst pipe that my oldest child notified me of. I woke up and turned off the water immediately. I looked for a plumbing company that would respond at that hour, as most companies were closed. I found Emergency Response Plumbers via Yelp. I called and had Chris answer the phone. We talked for about 20 minutes while Chris walked me through doing some minor assessment myself. He gave me the option of either himself or another technician coming to the property with an emergency visit fee or waiting until the next business day. In a household of five, with one being a three year old, I just needed the repairs done immediately and running water working as soon as possible. With multiple people now waking up and needing to use the bathrooms and no running water... I didn't see waiting as a viable option. Also, washing the three-year-old's hands has become as frequent as breathing. The kid is always getting into something. This was an immediate emergency. Chris came out, assessed the situation, and completed the repairs himself. All while answering my million questions regarding what he viewed from within the walls (the house is a little older, and I just thought since the walls were open, why not). Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?
