This is my first time using this company and probably will be my last. They travel around to different businesses. I did the service at the Anaheim location in the arena corporate center. I dropped off my car at 7:00 am and I told the employee that I would be out by 1:30 pm. I paid $110 for the mini detail, and honestly was disappointed. I got out at 1:00 pm and headed to pick up, but the employee said he wasn't done stating "we go by the order of the time you provide us for picking up, I thought I had till 1:30." Understandable that I was early but.. Ok... would you not go by first come first serve since I was the first one to drop off my car?? Mind you this also corporate complex where people clock out at 3,4, or 5pm. So I would think that dropping off my car at 7 am and picking it up at 1pm it would be reasonable time. He was apologetic for the delay bc they were busy.. but it didn't seem sincere. Once I thanked him, I sat in my car and immediately the back of my pants got wet. I was suddenly irritated. I checked my passenger seat and my back seats and they were dry. It led me to believe either 1) they did not shampoo ALL the seats 2) they shampooed the 3 seats minus the drivers seat till the last minute. This is very unprofessional within the reasonable time for a car wash and interior detail, that the driver seat is still wet when picked up. For $110, the exterior was ok, and the inside was clean to some extent. I have attached pictures below. I don't think their service of "interior detailing, spotless interior, and shampoo seats" is accurate.. What I really didn't like was driving 45 mins home with a wet bottom :/ read more

First time here and unfortunately it will be my last. Although I appreciate how quick they were (about 25 min) I paid $45 for a car wash and it was not a good job. Please see the photos. Water stains everywhere, there was still grass and dirt behind my tires and they did not wipe the inside of the doors. Also they didn't have the decency of clipping my mats back on. Very rushed job and for the price point, I am unsatisfied. I would suggest you look elsewhere at this price point. read more

He's the one who is normally working hard for us and we appreciate him!! Pricing is reasonable, especially since we can just pull our car up to the top level and then receive a text when it's done. Cheapest wash is $30, $5 additional for a truck or larger vehicle. I've actually opted for the cheapest wash a few times and my truck comes out sparkly clean and beautiful. Owner called me and we discussed. Great owner. The service was excellent and car was thoroughly cleaned so it sucks to put a 1 star but one of the guys was very rude. The gentlemen that handed me my keys did a great job and was willing to go above and beyond about my additional asks. I paid 10 bucks more to have my dog net vacuumed thoroughly and I asked if they could clean the side of the baseboards a bit more. I asked if they could have been done a bit more thoroughly after completion and one of the guys was just rude about the ask, as if it's an inconvenience. And when I asked for the plastic baseboards to be cleaned a bit more, he asked his partner if I paid for the "5 star" and mumbled under his breath. So rude I just walked away. read more

For first impressions I spoke with someone thru Yelp the night before my appointment just to make sure where to park. It was all handled and very nice however in the morning I guess it was a little stand-offish? I parked where they told me to but I got honked at by one of the service staff and so I was like oh okay and just parked in a nearby different spot. However he got out of the car to tell me I can't park anywhere here and I was confused as it was my first time getting my car detailed and I spoke with someone last night specifically about where to go. I apologized and asked where I could park and he just said somewhere else just nowhere here and I said I'm sorry. He said you can only park here for carwash only and I was like oh I am actually here for a car wash which I felt I got ignored as he went back to just servicing another car. I was a bit confused and frazzled and just stood around because I didn't know who to talk to then about my appointment. However I saw a woman working by their logo truck so I let her know and she was very nice to accommodate me after I let her know I made an appointment for interior detailing the night before. She handled the phone call and payment too and she was very courteous about telling me what they did and if they found anything they just left it clean on my dash :) They did well! It took 3 hours but it so was fresh and so much better. They took their time with it. My seats looked brand new and they took all the weird old crusty food stains and pet hair out. Overall the service was great. I just felt a bit unwelcomed in the beginning by the other guy working that day. I think just for constructive feedback instead honking and telling a stranger they can't park in a certain area the employee should ASK* first if they're here for their car wash service. And if they're not just kindly let them know they have to park somewhere else. Instead of just assuming I'm here for another reason and getting in their way. It made me feel a bit bad. read more
