Took me what seemed like forever to get her back into my yard and several of my immediate neighbors complained. When you trust someone in your property for service, you expect them to respect your property. This was not respectful of the money we pay for services or my personal property. And also wore his shoe protectors before coming into the house too (I honestly didn't expect that). Gabriel was great, very friendly and informative. I called the office to schedule service for wasp removal and signed up for the monthly service. Gabriel came out the next day and walked the entire property and found multiple wasps nests and let us know about roaches living under the foundation. He took care of everything and scheduled a return visit in 2 weeks to finish taking care of our problems. Pro Active is great, they also offer unlimited reservices so if we ever notice any bug problems outside of their normally scheduled visits we can call them and they'll come right out at no additional fee - great value all for $45/monthly. read more

Currently having a mice problem in our neighborhood. I went with this company because they were the fastest to come. They actually came that very 1st day. Initially they were very responsive and came for trap check daily and then the company became less responsive over time. I had an inspection with the city and it turns out the bait boxes this company uses are supposed to for be rats and not mice. I've seen mice come in and out of the boxes and the box not triggered. My neighbors have different companies and they are happy with their companies. Also, when they came for trap checks often times they don't give you a set time, just a day. One time they called me at 5:15pm and said they were on their way but it would be dark by the time they got to home and rescheduled. I took the day off. If you are not a remote employee this probably wouldn't be the ideal company to go with. read more

Jeff was communicative, prompt, and thorough. He not only asked great probing questions, but he listened to my answers. He addressed my initial concerns, as well as tackled a few I forgot to mention, well before they usually become an issue (spider nest, ants, rodents, etc.). It took some convincing my in-laws to accept hiring a pro to finally our yard of the flea infestation (3.5yrs+). Jeff, unfortunately got a small dose of their "not-quite-sold" attitude, but remained professional, polite, and confident without breaking a sweat. My husband has since noticed (with the rest of our family) a huge decline in the number of bugs, and especially the flea invasion that consumed our backyard. We're very thankful for the great service Jeff provided, and do look forward to even more progress to come. Jeff goes above & beyond the customary service expected when hiring a pro. 5-star, Top Tier, hands down. Unfortunately, my rating is based on the whole package (company, Service Tech, quality of products, results, etc.). I was provided a service contract stating my service visits would be every other month, except following my first visit/treatment. The 2nd treatment/spraying would get the critters scrambling to the surface, but in order to break the fleas life cycle, my 2nd treatment would take place 2 wks after the initial. I've just received the approx. date of that 2nd appt... which is 40days later. Yet, my monthly payments have not been lowered for things not being scheduled as it states in my contract (maximizing the end result being a success.). I have yet to address this with Jeff or management, but plan to on my next week visit. read more
