He also gave me a much better warranty on the work he did than anyone else. The team worked fast and efficiently. And once they started, they finished within a week. I got tired of paying the water bill, constant fertilizing and feeding along with mowing and weeding. Iver promptly came out and gave me a fair bid. Because I had used him previously and had vetted four companies before selecting him, I did not feel I needed to get any further bids He immediately started on the work and finished as promised. However, due to the weather at the time, he knew he was gonna have to come back to stretch and tighten the turf once the weather warmed up. Ivar and his team returned to the house over the weekend and made all the necessary adjustments to tighten up the turf and make it look pristine!
