I paid him good money to fix a garage man door, and it still hasn't worked right. First, he did a shortcut and replaced part of a door frame, saying that's all it needed and it didn't work, but he still charged me anyway and said it was good, which it is obviously not. I explained it to him how it did not work, and he brushed it off. I have to throw my shoulder & hip into the door every time to get it to latch, after I paid him to fix it and he said it was good. I also had him put a security gate on the man door to my garage, and it was not done right despite my extensive preparation with extra materials that I paid for, all brand, new materials, primed and painted and prepped for him, at the job site, and he brushed it off, saying it was unnecessary. He was wrong The security gate swings into its own frame, always has to be yanked out. It's ridiculous. I showed him and he brushed it off. Hey Jack, this is your many times client that referred work for you from other friends of mine, and we all paid. if you feel like coming back and fixing your bad work, let me know, and I can modify this review. Thanks for moving to Apple Valley, but you should really come back and fix the problems you created back here in Yucca Valley, that you got paid for, and where your past customers are suffering from your work.

He showed up diagnosed the problem almost immediately and fixed my door opener, replaced my door seal, and replaced a broken hinge all within an hour. Jack was professional, courteous, attentive and obviously a fast worker. One more thing, the price, affordable. Definitely didn't feel like I was being gouged or anything of the sort. I highly recommend their services and will be calling back if I need anything more.

The price was good and our installer Tim was very careful to do a great job. We wanted solid wood doors that are hung from the top instead of the typical bottom track. Redlands Door was able to find the hardware to accomplish this. They ordered the doors and had them painted to match our current color. Two bedrooms had double mirrored doors and the master had three plain doors. All are non-standard sizes, which made buying them from a Home Depot or Lowes impossible. As mentioned, Tim was very through and made sure everything was installed correctly. He found that there was some additional siding that needed to be added to be sure the doors closed with no gap. It was extra challenging as besides being non-standard, the wall are slightly off square. He also did a great job in cleaning up the area when done. I would not hesitate to recommend Redlands Door as well as call on them again.

I had no idea the heat would cause it to expand and warp--and my contractor never mentioned it. After dealing with that frustration, I decided to finally replace it. I called Redlands Door, and they handled everything from precise measurements to recommending a fiberglass door that would better suit my needs. I took their advice, and now I have a beautiful fiberglass entry door that looks so much better than the one I had before. I'll definitely be calling them again for future door projects!

From the beginning, Gerson was very professional and kind. He answered all my questions and showed me photos of previous projects. The windows looked like great quality, and the price was very fair. The windows were ready and installed in exactly two weeks. On installation day, they arrived on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up everything afterward. One window was for the restroom (frosted glass) and the other was for the master bedroom. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company with fair pricing and good quality windows.

Then he recommends that the doors open outward at the main entry, which that usually is not how it works number one number two in snow country we would never be able to get out in a good storm. When my wife brings up the fact that we won't be able to get out, he suggests we should build some patio covers. Fortunately, we have done a lot of research and the other door companies who came out validated our research, so sadly, we will be going with another company.
