My unit went out when the temperatures were still dropping significantly at night. Not only did the technician replace the amp that went out, but I also had a smart thermometer/thermostat that I wanted to have installed but had not made an appointment for he was able to do both very efficiently and I would say in about an hour and a half. This also included allowing me to paint behind the new thermostat so that the wall paint matched. I feel like this appointment was one of the most efficient. Appointments I have had in a very long time as I got three things done in about one hour! Highly recommend! Very good technically!

Horrible company. This company was assigned to me by Samsung since apparently they are an…read moreauthorized service company for Samsung. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Your assigned case manager emails back when they feel like it, is never reachable when you call them. When they call they don't say who they are calling with or what their name is. They act like scheduling your repair appointment is a chore. A man a spoke to even hung up on me! The technicians are no better. The wrong part was ordered which resulted in my fridge being completely broken for almost 4 days. The second part was installed and now the same issue is happening again, but even worse. Avoid this company if you have a choice.

This company is apparently used by Samsung Electronics America, Inc. After 10 minutes 30 seconds…read moreof music, you will hear the auto-message, "The person you are trying to reach" (or) "The person at extension 1-2-5 ... is unavailable." Then you will be DISCONNECTED. It didn't say to leave a message, but I figured it wouldn't hurt. The worst thing that could happen is that I was talking to myself, lol. Today, I decided to search this number and the name Tekniton showed up. Good, so here's my review. In general, FYI for ALL purchases: If the transaction is within your credit card company's statute of limitations, I recommend opening a DISPUTE. Samsung referred my claim for a repair within 48 hours. Also, I highly recommend writing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My legitimate claim against Frigidaire was addressed within 24 hours, and I have an email (in writing) that I will receive a complete refund, including taxes within 10-business days.
