They also didn't fill the entire cup with ice which is good. They filled it about a quarter of the cup. Interior is spacious, have tables, they have a corner closed off for employees only. It's a coffee roaster(?). They sell bags of coffee so I assume it's a roaster. My only complaint if I have any, is that for my iced mocha, I didn't see any straws anywhere. I saw lids, wooden stirs, but no straws.

Another downside was that they didn't have almond milk (not sure if they don't carry it regularly or if it was just the day we came that they didn't have it). Prices are a tad inflated. The service was quick but not the most friendly/welcoming.

I spent a while trying to figure it out and got nowhere. I brought it to him where he promptly kept it for over a month without looking at it. When he did look at it he only looked at it for a day and told me it needed a simple cleaning. Since I'm not an expert, I went ahead and did this. A day later it was ready and he said it was working perfectly. I brought it home to find it had the same exact issue within 24 hours. I'm sure that the cleaning was perfectly fine and needed to be done anyway, but he did not bother to find the actual issue. I spent the next couple of months checking it on my own and discovered that it had to do with the tape monitor button. I can now correct it and we'll get it fixed either myself or somewhere else. Feel it's also worth noting that whatever capacitors he used don't seem to match with the original as my sansui now sounds different than it ever did before. He told me he had to replace a few and I don't think they were the correct ones to keep the sound signature that it needed. He also switched my lights to blue LEDs without even asking me. It's not the end of the world but I would have liked to have been involved in that decision before it happened.

No good-faith attempt, nor any attempt, was made to make it right even after my spending into five figures with them at this shop. I spoke to a different person each time I inquired about the problem and each sounded unconcerned. I got the brush off. They couldn't even take it in for a look towards repairing it (with me offering to foot the bill). In addition, and perhaps most importantly, the 3 product reviews I've submitted to their site about this unit have been not been posted which leads one to the assumption that only the positive reviews of their products are posted. Which, of course, means the whole review section of their website is potentially untrustworthy, misrepresentative and useless. The cynic might say "Of course!" And I would have said that also, but I thought this place was different. It's not. Kevin's an expert salesman and pitchman, but save your duckets and keep moving.

I scheduled the appointment to have a 12.3 Android Car Play unit in my Mercedes-Benz. I showed up this morning and met with Arian, a true professional at his trade as well as a kind, honest and knowledgeable individual. The shop is meticulously maintained and has a vast array of tools, work bench areas, awesome LED ceiling lighting, a waiting area, front office and conference/training room. This shop and team of professionals are a class act. Arian explained the installation process and timeline and I was quite impressed. The Rolls Royce in the shop that was getting customized with lighting and sound was a testament to the quality of work that Arian, Sam and the other team members provide when you bring your car into the shop.
