Terrible. This place has been there for awhile, and it has always been hit or miss, but after today's experience, I am finally going to post a review. First off, the place is dirty. I am a hair stylist and I am very familiar with the rules of sanitation for tools. They try to make it look like they sanitize, but they do not. I have seen them put their used tools directly back into the box they took them out of. The constant, non-stop chatter at a very loud level is trying at best. It is pretty obvious when people are talking about you, even if it is in a different language. At one point, one manicurist actually pointed at my daughter and started talking in a low tone. It was very awkward. When I go to a nail salon, the expectation is to be able to relax--not possible at this salon. If you are looking for a rush job, don't care about relaxation or sanitary conditions, then this is the place for you. If these things are important to you, as they are to me, look elseware. read more

The salon itself is pretty nice, and so are the staff- BUT, when I got acrylics put on they started lifting the very next day. Prices are also a little on the higher side. read more

Very nice place to get your nails done! They did an awesome job and the staff goes above and beyond. When I was there in Dec one of the staff went to Starbucks next door to get a customer some food while she was getting her nails done. I'v never seen that before. read more

I went here a few weeks ago. I was hesitant to go given the mixed reviews here on Yelp, but I was pleasantly surprised about the high quality of my pedicure. The place was PACKED, and I thought I would have to wait forever and then they would rush through my pedicure. That was not the case at all. I had the guy (I'm not sure of his name) and he was phenomenal. He scrubbed my legs and feet for quite and while and then gave me the longest leg massage I have ever gotten in a nail salon. Additionally, the polish on my toes lasted two weeks (that never seems to happen). I would highly recommend this salon and plan on returning when I am back in town! read more

This place is weird- no price lists, old polishes, they do not properly sanitize, paint job it horrible, and they rush you out as fast as possible. The women there speak in Vietnamese loudly in a rude way... They just want to make money and clearly do not care about if the nails look good. Lastly, she put the cuticle clipper away after having only wiped it off!! And when she scuffed HER OWN NAIL, paused to file it!! Please take your money elsewhere! BUT- the massage is great!! If you go for a pedicure, this place is amazing. But skip the mani :) read more

This place is pretty good for pedicures and the girls are pretty nice. Every time I've gone there for a set it comes out horrible - no matter who does them. The nails always look flat and wide although the pink and whites do hold up for a good 5 to 6 weeks. Go for pedicures but that's it. read more

Walked in yesterday to get my gel nail polish removed and get a normal manicure. The girl that did my nails used a harsh nail file to scrape the first layer of gel polish off, then she put polish remover on each nail and wrapped my fingers in foil. She didn't even let the nail polish remover sit for 10 minutes before she started to remove everything and scrape my nails. She even peeled off parts with her own fingernails that didn't come off with her scraper tool. I have been to other nail salons and they usually use a buffer to remove gel polish. The odd technique that she used did not remove all of the polish and the light pink polish I picked out for my manicure ended up looking like crap because you can still see that there is gel residue left on my nails. I could have done a better job at home myself. The thing that irritates me the most is the fact that she butchered my cuticles and now I have pain on both sides of my thumbs where she took off too much skin and scratch marks on my pinky and middle finger from her ridiculously harsh filing technique at the beginning. This place might be OK if you know who to go to, but I will never take a chance here again. read more

The worst service I've ever received!!! I just moved in the area & was looking for a new nail place. This seemed very decent & the prices are comparable to what I was paying when I lived in 4S Ranch. Had SPA manicure & pedicure done. Well, it took them 15 min to do BOTH!!! The massage lasted no more then 30 seconds, using oil, no lotion!!! and all that for $32.00. Would never come back to that place & would not recommend to anybody!! read more

This is a GREAT place for pedicures - especially if you like good, long foot massages. They will usually accomodate all walk-ins, even staying after closing in order to do so. They take cash or check only; however, there is an ATM in the Albertsons next door. I've been coming here regularly for years after bouncing between other salons in the area. Most of the clientelle are regulars, and the place is usually very busy. Are they perfect? No, but they certainly deserve a much higher rating than the previous reviewers gave them. I've been coming in for about seven yrs now..love the girls...always very friendly, take their time..and are nice to some customers that are outrageous and rude...I have compared their pricing many times, and they're right in there for the area...Ask for Lisa and Lani if they are available..but..any of the girls are really good or they wouldn't be here...And yes..they speak Vietnamese..but English as well, and are more than happy to teach you a few words or phrases while you're there..enjoy their culture, and learn a little something while getting a beautiful manicure, fill or pedicure..DON'T LISTEN TO THE COMPLAINERS...if you go in happy..you'll leave even happier....God Bless..... read more

I have been going to this salon for years because it is close to my home. I have now decided not to go. They are inefficient and rude. Last Sunday I was the first one in the salon after it opened. I asked for a pedicure and fill. Since there was only one technician she started my pedicure. Quickly other technicians and customers arrived. I had to remind my technician three times that I also wanted a fill for my acrylic nails. Finally they got the message and had to tell another customer that they had started on to wait a little longer. Very unprofessional. Less than 24 hours later two of my acrylic nail chipped. I went in after work the next day and they were "too busy" to fix two nails and asked if I could come back tomorrow. Really??? You can't squeeze me in at all? What a joke. So rude that all u hear is loud Vietnamese language being spoken between them . They are not professional at all. So so so rude not fair they can go for hours talking in their native language and lauphing and gossiping. They never want to give me a recent is almost like if I have to beg them. and wen they give me a recent they get upset and all they put is a price. they don't write date, name, or nothing. read more

i personally haven't gone to this place but my mom went and had a horrible experience. For whatever reason when my mom put her feet in the water to get ready for a pedicure...the faucet turned right towards her and all this water came out all over my mom and it kept going... until 2 workers came to help ..give my mom a towel. She was soaked.... and they still excepted her to pay full price...and gave a rude look when my mom didnt tip them! .. my mom paid because accidents do happen...but be more kind! read more

Horrible, horrible experience DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!. I went for a FILL I had coffin shaped nails and left 2 HOURS LATER with ugly boxed lopsided nails!. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and asked if they can do a ombre color and if not I would pick a full color. She said she could do it and priced me $39. The lady was falling asleep while filing my nails she, turned my coffin nails into square nails, and put 4 coats making my nails thick and not dry properly. When she was done she said my nails we're $44!! I told her I wasn't happy, my nails we're blotchy NOT EVEN DRY, and I told her I wanted a different color because she didn't do what I asked. The other employees then came to look at my naild and THEY ALL AGREED that my nails did not look like the picture I showed her. They were telling her how to do the ombre look but didn't offer to help or fix my nails. Another lady said she had to go home to take care of her sick mother In law but was still talking to me trying to convince me to come back the next day to fix my nails . Everyone of them ganging up on the lady to fix my nails for 15mins and not one of them offered to help or fix my nails. I was so mad I paid for crappy $44 nails I literally left the nail place crying because I was so mad and not one of the employees did nothing to help! I have never experienced this type of service. This place is awful. It gets one star for comfort and one star for the products used in the massage and the chairs are awesome. I came for a pedicure, and upgraded to the deluxe package with a longer massage and scrub. The massage was sad-literally just a half ass rub down in the same spot on my leg. The products used were nice though and the tiger balm was amazing....the paint job was really the main disappointment. I usually do my own pedicures with a French tip. But every now a then I enjoy to be pampered. The French tip was uneven and unshaped...the biggest mistake they make is they apply the top coat before the white tip sets; causing the tip to run and further misshape. I also wanted a flower-and so once applied the top coat, the entire flower globbed up and started running. It was just overall a horrible job and I literally felt ripped off. 40 some bucks for a job that made me want to cry?! Just sucked. I wouldn't recommend them at all. read more

This place should be called "Un-professionail & spa". I've had my nails done at this place a few times now. I should have never gone back after my very 1st visit but I thought I'd give them another try. Each time, I've had an appt but I've always been kept waiting due to "doubling up". They overlap the appts causing me to wait everytime and it's annoying. I've been kept waiting as much as 20 minutes! Un-acceptable! Now, about my nail job. My nail person uses cheap and I mean cheap polish. The polish chips the very next day. I won't pay extra for gel due to it causing my real nails to dry out and crack. A typical french manicure should last about 1 week with quality nail polish like O.P.I. which they display on the wall but use a cheaper brand. The other annoying thing AND un-professional thing is the native tongue they all speak the entire time I'm there. I often wonder if they are bashing us clients in their native tongue. I'm done going to this place. Shame on the owner who obviously doesn't take the time to read their reviews on Yelp, otherwise, they would have cleaned up their act already.
