He really nailed the layered haircut and gave me good advice. (It's helpful but not necessary to know Chinese before coming here. I just showed lots of reference photos to describe which parts I liked and wanted to my hair style.) My hair was super long and flat before but I actually love the layers and curtain bangs now. I liked how Yvonne did not stick me under a heater just to speed up the bleaching process and also included bonding treatment to the overall service. Pros: The staff is really nice…read more Cons: I did an overall bleach + color on mostly all virgin hair. They charged me 700$+, the color was far from even and it faded in 3 days (with no wash). They did offer a complimentary toner to try to fix the unevenness, which I appreciate, but after the 1st home shampoo, I saw how damaged my hair was. It wasn't hiding under all the layers of products and oils they put on your hair at the salon to conceal the damage... I sent them photos of my hair and they kept brushing it off saying it must have been like that before but I couldn't see it because my hair was brown? What...? I have always been obsessed about how nice and silky my hair was. NO WAY I would have missed that in 100 years. Makes absolutely no sense. They just didn't want to admit they messed up. Of course they told me my hair would get some damage from bleaching but to that degree? No way. I went to different hair salons to ask them what was going on in my hair and they told me it got over processed. Now i'm spending hundreads and hundreads of dollars on oils, masks and other stuff. It helps but doesn't fix it. I'm really heartbroken. The team was very friendly but the skill level is a whole other thing. Go at your own risk. You've been warned.
