Before making a decision, I took the time to vet five different contractors, and I'm very glad I chose One Stop Plumbing. From the beginning, One Stop Plumbing stood out because of their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Terence came out and provided a complete, line-by-line estimate that clearly explained the work to be performed. This was very important to me because several of the other contractors I contacted provided incomplete estimates or vague information. I like having everything clearly documented, and One Stop Plumbing delivered exactly that. Communication was another area where One Stop Plumbing really impressed me. They were consistently responsive to my many emails and text messages, while some of the other contractors I contacted were difficult to reach. I was kept informed and updated throughout the entire process, which gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. Terence was excellent from start to finish. He called before arriving to let me know he was on his way, arrived right on time, and came fully prepared with all the equipment and materials needed for the job. He was extremely thorough with his work and took the time to walk me through each repair once everything was completed to make sure I was completely satisfied. The quality of the work was outstanding. Everything was completed properly and to my satisfaction, and Terence left the area spotless when he was finished. I also really appreciate the hard work he put in while working in 100+ degree temperatures that day. Despite the heat, he remained professional and focused on doing the job right. After comparing five contractors, I can confidently say I made the right choice with One Stop Plumbing and Terence S. Their combination of quality workmanship, professionalism, communication, and attention to detail is exactly what I was looking for. He does not just come to do a job, but genuinely cares about each of his customers. He tries to establish a relationship with his customers by making it feel like he is taking care of a family member. He tries to get to know you and is willing to hold a conversation with you and hear you out. Plumbing issues can be very expensive and Stephen is sensitive to that. It is never a great time to get plumbing work done, but Stephen is there to talk with you, hear you out, and just be someone who genuinely cares about the customer. I will be using Jim and Son's for any plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone. I wish I remembered the name of the other plumber that helped him out during the job, but he was awesome as well. He showed me proof and explained it to me. It was under the cement slab in our garage. I was not happy about the possibility of tearing out concrete. He suggested running the pipe above ground where it would be accessible. He rerouted the line and used materials that saved me money. Instead of taking several days, it was done by lunch. I cant say enough good things about these guys. They really helped me out of a scarey spot. I highly reccomend them. They are ethical, honest and don't waste time. I owe them my thanks.

They installed new shutoff valves at the major fixture groups and replaced several old connections that had been added during previous repairs. The project required opening sections of drywall, and the crew kept the work areas organized and clearly marked. We now have one consistent plumbing system instead of a collection of old repairs.

This is my second 5-star review for Professional Plumbing, and they continue to exceed my expectations. A few months ago, Chris and his son quickly resolved a leaking toilet and kitchen leak issue. Their work was efficient, thorough, and completed without any complications. Recently, I called them about a faucet that wasn't heating properly. It turned out to be user error on my part - I simply hadn't been operating it correctly! What impressed me most was their response: they were incredibly patient and understanding, and they didn't charge me for the service call despite spending time diagnosing the "problem." Their combination of technical expertise and genuine customer care sets them apart. Even when the issue was my own oversight, they treated me with kindness and professionalism. He quickly diagnosed our water pressure issue--our main valve was sitting at a dangerous 100 PSI--and installed a new 1-inch Zurn Wilkins regulator (our old one was 24 years old!). He also performed a hydro-jetting service on our main line to clear out all the debris. Giovanni was polite, professional, upfront with pricing, and worked incredibly efficiently. I also really appreciate the client portal they supply--it made it super easy to view my paid invoices and will be great for keeping track of any future estimates all in one place.
