Our water heater has been broken for over a week needing the thermocouple to be replaced. While we already had the parts, every plumber that came out would try to give us a run around for replacing the entire heater. A previous plumber, when installing our new water softener arranged the pipes so that soft water was going into our irrigation, which is not great for the plants. I reached out to several plumbers to help re-install the pipes so that soft water was entering our home, but un-softened water was going into the irrigation lines. Chris responded quickly to my request, and after looking at a picture of the area was able to give me a quote over the phone and arranged an appointment on the same day. He arrived on time and did an excellent job and re-arranging the pipes the way I needed them. He also was very open to explaining what he was going to do and why he did it, as well as giving me suggestions on how to maintain the setup I had. It is hard to find a company with integrity and honesty, and does quality professional work. They don't try to sell you what you don't need, and they go the extra mile to help. Professional Plumbing is that company. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely use them again. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We had a leak at the water main line, and Chris from Professional Plumbing came out and gave us an estimate. Chris noticed there was also a leak that was on the city's side that had to be repaired first. I had two other plumbers come out for estimates, and they did not even notice that problem. Chris' estimate also beat out the other estimates. Chris advised us to call the city to have them come out and fix their end of the water meter main line. He also offered to comeback and fix the problem the same day, if the city could come out and fix the problem within the next few hours. We decided to have Chris fix the problem, and he kept in touch with us. Chris came back just as the city services finished fixing the shutoff valve on the city side. He completed the repair, and did excellent work, and used high qualify materials. Chris also check the water pressure, and let us know that it was too high. He suggested we get that fixed because it could do damage. We have a home warranty, so we called them for the water pressure repair. The plumber they sent out said we need to pay an extra $250, because they needed to do repipping to install the new water pressure regulator.. That didn't sound right to me, so I called Chris. Chris said he thought it was a double union, and did not need repiping, and asked me to send him pictures to be sure. I did, and he confirmed that it was double union, and the repiping was not need. I contacted the warranty company, and they said I would need an email from Chris stating why it was not needed, otherwise I would have to pay their plumber the extra $250. I contacted Chris, and he said he would send me the email about the double union, and no need for repiping, and that the replacement part is readily available. I was extremely happy when I was told they would not only be out same day BUT they would be out within the hour and would call me with an ETA. I want to give a huge shout out to Chris K. I was having a tough week already my mom had passed away, so I was having a bit of a pity party for myself. I was working from my home office and I realized my floor was wet. I thought I may have spilled something so I wiped it up with a towel, but a few moments later it was wet again. I called Professional Plumbing it was after hours and I received a prompt call back from Chris K. He was extremely patient with me as I explained the situation. He told me if I wanted he could come over in an hour or so. I told him we could wait till the morning. He sent me a message and said he was available about a half hour early. When he arrived he was polite and And courteous. He definitely knew what he was talking about. He was able to locate the leak and stop it. He is going to come back and reroute the water line. Our sewer line between the house and the street connection had back up unbeknownst to us until we could not flush a toilet. Our usual plumber was not available for 2 days.
