I have trusted him with over 20 pairs of Louboutins, he has put permanent red soles on all of the bottoms, and I have never had any issues with them. First of I want to say that the craftsmanship is great. Especially if you want to repair your Red bottom shoe, this is probably the best place to take it. My 2 stars rating comes from poor customer service. I feel like the owner felt above me because I brought in regular shoes and not high end Christian Louboutins; he made me feel like my shoes were not worth repairing. I felt like I was over charged. And finally, one of the repair he did was on a new leather suede boot I've never worn because the zipper was broken. Upon picking up the shoe, I notice a damage on the suede part and i pointed it out to him. I said this looks like some type of burn here, his reply was " No, that doesn't make any sense. It look like it was probably from the other shoe". This is where I got pist. You damage my shoe that is brand new, never worn, wrapped in paper in a box, and said I dont make sense?!?! I had ripped my Adirondack Boots and pretty badly on the leather after last winters snow storms. I just through them in the corner and kissed them good bye. I then realized its a Vibram sole you idiot, go get them fixed!!! I came here and laughed as I handed them my boots and said good luck, he said to me I'm going to try my best. Its probably not going to match and not exactly look pretty. I said as long as it functions that all I care about. Literally the next day I go back to pick them up and was blown away on what a nice job they did. Clean stitching and riveted the back.
