From the moment we walked into Julie's Dream over a year ago, we knew that this vineyard was special. We were referred here from more than one winery multiple times, and we finally decided to go. We were warmly greated and shown to a spot at their beautiful counter. Time was taken to find out each of our wine preferences. My mom loves her whites, while I love my reds and whites both. The staff worked with us to find the wines that best fit each of our pallets. My mom loved their Chardonnay and Reisling, while I loved their Reisling, Chardonnay and Cab Franc, plus many others. We walked away wine members in September of 2025. Angie was absolutely amazing!!! She heads the wine club, and was incredibly understanding when it came to the fact that we live in a "hot state" and shipping is difficult during the bulk of the year. My mom and I make trips twice a year to Temecula and try and pick up all of membership shipments during those trips. Angie has been more than accommodating about this. They recently rolled out their new red and white sangria, which took up a lot of their storage floor space. But Angie made surr to keep or wines stored for us. I have had other wineries push for shipping despite being less than optimal temperature and weather. But Angle will not compromise on the quality of their wines. Every week a news letter gets published showing what food and entertainment will be happening. And, if anything changes, you can could on Angie and her crew keeping you posted. When we walk in to Julie's Dream, we feel like we are home and part of the family. If you haven't been to this amazing Vineyard, give it a shot. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

I had a glass of the Muscat, their moscato offering. It was great, and the best part is they don't use any funky ingredients, so you know they have quality products! It was a lovely afternoon spent with amazing company. They even offer memberships. This…read morewine bar just recently opened mid-May 2025 and their spacious, comfy patio is conveniently located adjacent to the historic Hotel Palomar. Our group brought along lots of yummy small bites to accompany our tastings of Pamec's natural wines using wild yeasts and minimal intervention. Anthony was our server extraordinaire. He was so knowledgeable, patient, super friendly and such a great ambassador for Pamec. Bonus points for the sweet wine menu - all Pamec wines are named after Temecula animals, with each label explaining why that animal represents the wine. I was especially intrigued by their Pét Nat (Pétillant Naturel or "naturally sparkling"), made with their Vermentino grapes using the ancestral method of bottling before the initial fermentation is complete. Fermentation continues in the bottle and the result: unfiltered, unpretentious, effervescence with a side of spunk! And with a low 9% ABV, it was the perfect casual patio-sipping wine for a sunny, post-thunderstorm kind of day! Pamec is a great wine bar addition to Old Town and I'm looking forward to stopping in again!

Based on some decent reviews, we tried it out. Ample parking, a handful of electric vehicle charging areas, and a nice/inviting atmosphere. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and some fun and games on their themed nights. The venue is family owned and operated (although we didn't meet Jordan, his mom was onsite to chat with guests). There were two other associates pouring in the tasting room and they greeted us warmly upon entering. We ended up doing a tasting of 6 of their wines ($25 fee): 2021 Grenache, GSM, 2018 Field Blend, 2020 Tempranillo, and Dessert Syrah. The staff was well versed on each of the wines poured, and I actually got to try a taste of the Sangrias. I preferred the white sangria since it was very refreshing and easy to drink. My husband really liked the Field Blend, so we opted to bring that home with us. It was reasonably priced at $40. We didn't purchase any of the snacks or food as accompaniment to the wine pours ( the charcuterie board, chips, other savory options and some sweet options too). The staff member did tell us that there were some great food options available in the area, so we just decided to focus on what was in the area, outside of this venue. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, as well as clean and rustic looking outdoor bathrooms. The decor is pretty industrial style meets cozy and casual. Chapin has their own specialty blend called Sangue Di Giuda and I highly recommend you get it! It is a red wine that is sweet but not overly sweet. It's quite fruity with a hint of bubbles. We had to seat ourselves and weren't even sure if we were taking someone else's reserved table. Bartender just said "sit wherever you want." Then why require reservations? This used to have a great speakeasy vibe. No windows, dark, exactly the kind of spot you want on a 100+ degree day. Without anyone managing the door, it stayed open constantly with people coming in trying to take table that had "reserved" tags. Ordered the (4) spirit flight and the server said they were out of whiskey and had to "check if it was okay to give me some of the rye because they were saving that for members... to make sure everyone could have some." Well apparently not "everyone". What a joke, saving product for "members" while regular paying guests can't get what's on the menu? The menu doesn't say any of the spirits or any part of the menu is for "members-only". Apparently that rule didn't apply to the whiskey!.... they already ran out of. Should've left then, but we hung in there to see if the waitress could make a recovery.... The spirit flight eventually came and apparently the powers that be decided I was allowed to partake in the rye. Cool, I'm thinking they are going to turn this train wreck around....and they forgot my wife's cucumber martini. I had to get up, walk over to the bartender, and ask for it again because the waitress was nowhere to be found. So...recovery? Naw, more like they kept digging the hole. We came to this place on the Saturday after my official birthday which was good because my palette was fresh and ready to try new wine. They have been open since 2010 and they The property itself is gorgeous, but the coolest part is definitely the main tasting room. They have this massive glass floor where you can look straight down into the barrel cellar. It's such a unique vibe and makes for amazing photos. And on this day you can even see the set up for a wedding they were having later on that day. We did the premier tasting flight out on the patio by the water and the wine was fantastic. We also ordered some food from the bistro-the strawberry salad with chicken and Parmesan truffle fries-which had great portions we really didn't even need the fries. The salad with the goat cheese went perfectly with the wine we were drinking. A huge shoutout to Matt, the Operations Manager, who took such great care of us. The entire staff was super welcoming and really made my birthday feel extra special. Highly recommend stopping by whether you're doing a couples trip or a girls' weekend! I can't wait to come back!
