Nothing is better than quality delicious products paired with amazing customer service. Nick is very passionate about making his customers happy. Please go try their products and visit their next location opening in October in Glendale. We got the classic, Italian, and rosemary & olive oil sourdough breads. Hopes has the BEST sourdough!! My husband and kids are now bread snobs and will only eat this bread. We have only came one time (towards the end of the day) where they didn't have any bread. We have tried the Classic as well as 9 grain and they both are amazing. The 9 grain is just slightly different than the classic, and isn't filled with huge grain chunks like store bought bread is. Staff have always been positive and appear happy to work there, which is a huge plus for me. The cookies are soft and not too sweet and the kids always want one! We enjoy the confetti one the best. I love supporting a local business and hope one day there will be shirts! read more

Hope's Artisan Bread makes the absolute best sourdough I have ever had! I have tried every sourdough bread out there, and this bread blows away the competition-the organic ingredients are a huge bonus as well! My husband picked up a loaf while buying milk at Danzeisen Dairy because he knows how much I love sourdough. We live in Chandler and have since made several trips to Litchfield park to buy multiple loaves to have on hand. If you love sourdough, I can't recommend this bread highly enough. Found this place after seeing it on TikTok and I was super impressed. The workers were so friendly and even let us try a sample of their fresh, amazing sourdough bread. Quiche- Parmesan artichoke, tomato basil, spinaCJ florentine- creamy, soft and rich but light and delicate in the mouth with a buttery crust yummy! Best place for Honey Lavender Lattes in town!!!! Stephanie has a super welcoming, friendly personality, and she makes the best lavender lattes ever! We've been to Hope's bakery twice so far and enjoyed every single item we purchased there - from bread to cinnamon rolls to fruit tarts to carrot cakes. Not a real sourdough, this is another bakery who advertises artisan bread but it's not, the sourdough lack pretty much of everything, flavor, crumb and baking time, those like me who know about real sourdough or artisan breads knows that this is not the real thing, you can tell there's no fermentation, no folding a, no resting times no quality flours nothing, the quiche same thing, thick raw crust done by some amateur baker or some family member who has no idea what a quiche is, and finally muffins, cinn rolls and the rest is pure raw flour with some flavor like Walmart, what a waste of time. read more

The Hope's team uses quality ingredients and it shows, they also have the crazy ability make sweets decadent without being insanely sweet, such great balance. Their cinnamon rolls have a great zing to them, the Belgium brownies are simply amazing. A rotating selection of cheesecakes are sure to please, cookies are huge and scrumptious, seasonal tarts are also a crowd pleaser. There is a sourdough for everyone, from traditional to fun flavors. The white chocolate raspberry sourdough makes a perfect French toast. Their grilled cheese sandwiches are a new and addictive addition. Hope's also has a small pantry of other locally created items. A coffee and loose leaf tea bar can complete your visit. They have recently begun staying open until 5pm which is awesome since I can now stop by after work. Awesome place if you are looking for real sourdough bread and fresh pastries. I was not a fan of the 9-grain bread as it was too dry, but the regular sourdough is probably the best I ever tasted And the aroma is wonderful. Not cheap but not too much more expensive than the breads in Whole Foods and AJ's. The quiche is very good and has a nice thick crust. I hope someday they start making croissants. read more
