Just came here and the owners were so sweet. They've been open 7 days now and the cookies are amazing. I had the chocolate Carmel cookie and it was so good! It was nice and thick and not dry. I had an appointment to get my car windows tinted nearby and was told that it would take around 4 hours to complete. They pointed to this cafe as a place for me to wait at so I walked over. The place is lovely and clean. There was someone always cleaning the tables as soon as they were emptied and the staff were so friendly. I was here for almost 4 hours and they didn't shoo me out (I got nervous cuz I was sitting at one of their biggest tables and it started getting busy). The drinks, especially their mixed drinks like Sweet Thang and Georgia Peach were FANTASTIC. I also thoroughly enjoyed the snickerdoodles and the Southwest Salad. We met Gary, the owner's dad, such a sweetheart who makes you feel right at home too! to top off the high quality food and drinks and the incredible hospitality and kindness of the staff, the setting of the place is totally chic and exactly where I would wanna meet for a brunch date or coffee stop. Very charming and aesthetically pleasing cafe tucked in a business area in Jefferson. Loved that we have discovered it ( hope others do, too! ) I think it's very new. Husband and I had a peaceful and very filling breakfast of traditional and chorizo burritos. Both made fresh and hot and very tasty. My cappuccino with sugar-free hazelnut was made just right and just like how I like it. My husband had the butterscotch cappuccino and he loved it, as well. It was a deviation from his usual "just americano" order at other places. To balance our meal, we also ordered the matcha cookie. It was the best choice! Hope this place stays! That's not exceptional that's just business. For Me to leave a five star review things have to be absolutely over the top. That's what this place is! I like this atmosphere. The food was really simple, but really good. The prices were good for what you get and comparable to other food in the area. As a very big bonus, they have cookies and coffee (which we got to go because we were so full). I got a Pumpkin Latte and a box of various cookies. The staff were very friendly. Found this spot from a local Facebook post and immediately had to stop by. They truly hit it out of the park with the decor. It's cozy, spacious, and inviting. The service was nice, friendly, and attentive. I bought two cookies: mocha and chocolate chip. They were moist, chewy, and had plenty of chocolate. The mocha was like sipping a coffee. This is a very cute little cafe tucked into an industrial park. It's not immediately apparent from the road, but take a minute to pull around the side and find it, it's very worth it. I was just passing by and only wanted a coffee, but I regret not trying a burrito, the place smelled so good inside, I wish I'd been hungry. Alas, the coffee I got was the caramel cloud latte, and it was exquisite. Sweet, strong, and light. My wife got the sweet thang, which was immaculate. It was sweet, tangy, creamy, and incredibly satisfying. On a hot summer day, the sweet thang would heal me. I also had a caramel pretzel cookie which was really tasty, not overly sweet, but soft, and chewy. I'd go back and try a different drink, for sure, and next time I'll get a burrito. The barista was also very friendly, and personable, and walked our drinks right out from the back to our hands. Excellent customer service! read more
