All were professional and knowledgeable (e.g. they knew my specific neighborhood and its parking constraints; they provided realistic estimates about how many cars I'd probably need parked based on number of confirmed guests, and all three gave honest advice about whether a valet service would even be needed), but Jose's price was by far the best deal. The point I'm making is that Jose's knowledge and professionalism easily matches the other highest rated, but more expensive options. On the day, Joes's team arrived exactly when scheduled, setup with no difficulty, and confidently provided service for the entirety of our agreed upon window. In comparison, we had other vendors for our party (Bar Tender; Hot Dog Man!) that required varying degrees of support and interaction. But not Jose's team from Logistic -- I literally never had to do ANYTHING for them. They just took care of their work all on their own. As their shift wound down, coinciding with the end of our party, they easily handled moving remaining guests' cars so that they were easily visible from our front door, handed off the keys to me, collected their check, and packed up and said their friendly goodbyes, leaving nary a trace that they were ever there. When we were ready to leave, we retrieved and drove our cars ourselves, as they had parked the cars right outside the restaurant. We left some tips to the valet attendant, Edgar, who was also the owner of Luxury Valet and Shuttle. He counted the money in front of us and became rude and started complaining about the amount we had tipped. We explained that was the only cash we had on us at the time, but he continued to complain. He then started speaking in Spanish in a hostile manner, apparently assuming that we would not understand him. However, my husband understands Spanish. I feel that, regardless of whether the valet service is complimentary, a service provider should never complain about the amount of a tip or pressure customers to give more. A tip is discretionary, and customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable because of the amount they give. On the other hand, the lady who actually parked our cars at arrival was extremely professional and courteous. She was even apologetic about the owner's behavior. They were vocally asking for tips from the guests around me and were showing attitude even though they were prepaid a large lump sum of money to cover tips (I was part of the event organizers that arranged the prepaid lump sum to the crew) On to the crazy part: One of the guests was leaving and as he was pulling out, Jose, one of the valets, acted like he was hit and pinned between the cars. But look at my attached video and pictures and make your own judgement if that's truly what happened! The whole family business went into a faux panic and called emergency and police to demand insurance from the guest and proceeded to open an insurance claim against him! The security guard, also part of their company, claimed he witnessed everything when he was never there during the embarrassing event! Unfortunately their outlandish behavior left a very negative effect on the attendees of the event. They are actually dangerous and a harm to your guests and event you organize! Not to mention they pulled out my car and parked it in a handicap spot before I ever called for it. Note: Yelp removed my review once "because it wasn't clear that your review described your firsthand experience as a customer of the business."
