They are AWESOME! From scheduling to completing the work, everything was stress-free and efficient. My kitchen sink/countertop was leaking so decided to install new one. Leif came out to take a look and he inspected the leak and suggested the size of the sink that we should get. He explained every details thoroughly and was being honest with their cost and quality of service. After we decided to have the work done, they were able to schedule Leif to come out within few days. He came right on time, completed the job as scheduled and made sure all are good to go. Unfortunately, there was a little leak/drip so we called back and asked if he can come out. He came back the next day with his supervisor. They inspected everything again and did admit that there was some leaking. They spent good hour to repair and spent some more time to observe any issues. We are very happy with their work and service! They are ON TIME. For the first appointment for estimate, they called me 2 hours before and asked if he can come by earlier and came within 20 minutes! They'll get their work done as promised and will provide the quality of service they promised. They may not have the lowest cost, but with that service quality, I would be happy to paid that cost! In 25 years we have had a lot of plumbers at our home,but never as efficient as Tyson. I didn't think he would have to get under the sink so I didn't remove anything. I had the Company install a new A/C unit in my condo and from the outset, Craig Orr, the sales tech was there and assessed the needs. He determined, unlike the other companies who quoted, that there were problems with the existing duct work. He gave me a detailed proposal and the price was the best and included repairing the duct work -- He made sure the install was perfect, and in fact it was. Tom and his 2 Technicians were great on the install-- professional, courteous and completed the job without a hitch. Their attention to customer satisfaction is stellar and they, as part of the install will come back in 3 weeks to make sure all is functioning as it should. I called ProSkill after finding out our water heater had corroded through the top of the tank. Within 45 minutes of my call, technician, Jeff, was at the house and ready to replace the unit. Unfortunately, due to the abnormally-small space built for the water heater, he had to call for backup to assist in the removal of the old unit and install of the new one. The job only took them a couple of hours and they even connected a drain pipe to the drip pan to lead and water away from the drywall. Despite having to add a second technician, the original quote was honored without question and we had hot water again. Overall, a 5-star experience from start to finish. We called ProSkill Services when our AC went out Friday night and another company failed us miserably. Our neighbor had recommended them and a few people on Nextdoor did as well. They were very responsive and came right out the next morning. Found the problem. Let us know that we may still be under warranty to save a lot of money. Ordered the parts. Called and got us scheduled as soon as the parts were in which lucky for us we only had to wait two days. Eric was great. Very professional cleaned up well. The communication with this company is great! They let us know by calling, texting, and emailing whee we were in the process. I loved the man that installed our water softener and carbon filter. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I only give them 4 stars is because it was a fortune and the credit service they use for financing are real a-holes. $1895 for a customer supplied newer water softener, and a new carbon unit. I would recommend this company just for the service of our professional. Another gripe is that to do financing we were required to go through another company and they wouldn't work with us at. They denied me and my husband credit because of "activity" on our cards. Of course we are going to put everything on credit when we buy a new house. An hour later and it put our service tech behind schedule and inconvenienced everyone involved. No, we were not able to get financing. If you're in a bind this plumber will not help at all because of GreenSky. That's money back on our CC bill every month. Our credit is perfect by the way, since we pay all CC each month. GreenSky is the company that refused to take us for monthly payments. Screw them! ProSkill needs to ditch that credit company because it left a sour taste in my mouth. read more

These guys are awesome! I called about some electrical to dos and they were able to get a tech out the next day. I was scheduled the day after that for the repairs after being happy with my quote. The tech that came out was fabulous! He was so friendly and never let his frustration show when dealing with a stubborn oven issue that took forever.
