11/27/25 Update working on another 7.3. First off shipping was stupid fast! Got all my parts the same week I ordered them. Ordered a rear main seal kit and installation tool, Stainless steel turbo up pipes, turbo pedestal with EBV delete the and Garrett GTP38 cartridge with billet wheel rebuild kit- Pre assembled cartridge. I have to say the seal was excellent quality and fit perfectly and has the wear ring installed which was not OEM and is a huge upgrade. The up pipes fit great and are a must for correcting exhaust leaks and loss of PSI, the pre-assembled turbo cartridge with billet wheel was a fairly straight forward install, if you watch some videos and pay close attention to details. One socket you must have is a deep thin wall 12 point 10mm. I didn't order the correct kit for the EBV delete and still needed the dongle for tricking the wiring harness where the EBV plugs in. Luckily had one from another project truck that's not complete so I borrowed it from another truck. Buy the full EBV delete kit if going down that road. Definitely makes me happy to have such a good source for diesel parts! read more

I found me a new parts supplier, and I just got my sweet job back and my truck needs new gears, axle seals, solenoids, wiring harnesses, motor rebuild so I'll be using the holy hell out of them soon enough. These dudes are fantastic, I had to buy 2 of the same part cuz one came up MIA. Same exact part - $60 less than the competitor and the competitor wouldn't let me pay with two cards, that's how I ended up buying from Prosource to begin with. I been throwing their name around the 7.3 liter FB group I'm in. Not only did they get me the part much cheaper, but they actually took the time to manually apply a coupon code that wasn't working on my end. Among my 6.7 PowerStroke Ford Friends it is common knowledge that the cold side boost tube from the turbo is going to fail, leaving you limping 10 mph to try to find a replacement. If you pull a trailer, you need to do this! Inspect yours, look for cracks and order your OEM replacement from these ProSource Deisel. Same label as the original I replaced. Perfect fit and a 20 minute fix. I am going to order one to keep on hand or sell for double to a loaded friend in need. Best price for OEM I could find. read more

I needed a FICM to injector harness for an '03 Ford 6.0. Weird truck because it was an early build and apparently things changed not far into the run. The harness that fits most of 6.0 had a different part number than what I needed but I was assured the part they offered was good for my truck. I rec'd it and it looked good. Using a wiring diagram, the old harness, and an ohm meter I verified pins and sockets all good. Except for the placement of a couple hold downs, easily moved, it fit just fine. read more

Excellent source of parts for my '02 Powerstroke. My mechanic gave me the parts list for a Garrett turbo rebuild with the aftermarket billet impeller and I was able to quickly order the stuff on the website. Easy navigating. Parts came in a couple days. Customer service is excellent and Daniel, one of the technicians there was helpful and knowledgeable. To top it off, the aluminum impeller actually seems to have given the truck just a bit more push on acceleration. read more

I order an exhaust manifold gasket set and a fuel return line back on 8/5/22. Parts we delivered one time with no problem. The fuel line was just a little different that the original. I called customer support and they checked to make sure it was the right one. They informed me that this one should work and he explained to me how to fix the new one to make it work. I diagnosed my friends 03 F350 7.3 that was running poorly, turned out the ICP sensor was biased, I recommended he replace the sensor and connector and he asked me to get the parts for him. So I ran across Prosource Diesel's website that offered the parts at good price and warrant, I received them in two days, installed them and the truck runs strong once again! Placed an order for a GPCM for our 2008 F350 diesel and got it in about two-days. It was OEM and ready to go. I wish that I had noticed that they had kits with 8-Glow Plugs and a new GPCM, I went cheap and toasted 6-Glow Plugs (Autolite) that I replaced 4-months ago. Live and learn; replace both at the same time. I will do business with ProSource again! Might have a turbo going away on the bosses' truck. Now where's my hat :) Lol. read more

Bought a spoologic turbo for my 97 7.3. Showed up 3 days later really well packaged. Install went really well as it bolted up exactly like the factory Garrett that was there before. Been running it hard for about 2-3 months and tows really well and EGT's are slightly lower. I ordered a set of valve cover gaskets and wiring harnesses from ProSource Diesel for my 7.3 power stroke. The old OEM wiring harnesses are prone to failure due to the connection point inside of the valve cover. These new updated valve cover gaskets and wiring harnesses are a much better design and brought my truck back to life. Would recommend also arrived fast. Mike read more
