This store (and only this store) found a match to my existing engineered hardwood floor - which was both a rare brown-red color and an uncommon 3/5/7 plank variation. Shallyn and Matt were my customer service representatives, and both were excellent. Shallyn was instrumental in finding a match for our existing flooring and getting it ordered seamlessly. During the installation, I needed extra boards, and Matt set me up to pick up several boxes of extra wood up near El Monte/Downey within an hour of my phone call. I spent at least a month shopping for new flooring, and when I finally made my way to ProSource I was especially pleased with how friendly the team greeted me, and how knowledgeable they were about their inventory - and they have a huge collection. My husband and I are SO grateful for the expertise and cabinets that we received at Prosource. From the first visit to the install, Daniel and Michael (our designer extraordinaire and account manager) took great care of us and listened to all our needs. Initially we had a handful of appointments set up but after our first meeting we both knew we didn't want to bother going anywhere else. Daniel was extremely thorough and yet never made us feel rushed. We appreciated that Daniel and Michael had ideas to try to save us money (as we mentioned we're on a budget) but in the end we decided to go for it and although we are broke, we could not be happier about the design and quality of cabinets. Our situation was unique in that we were trying to "switch" our old kitchen and dining spaces since the kitchen was tiny and dining room was bigger. Daniel had multiple ideas and we absolutely loved his ideas and how they took into account our needs and all our many adjustments. Most importantly, his design was both functional and gorgeous. He thought of everything! We learned so much just by listening to him explain every detail. And like any remodeling job, not everything goes as planned but we were never worried as Daniel and Michael always knew how to address any unexpected events. Right now there is a wait for any sort of remodeling as it seems the pandemic has inspired everyone and their mother to remodel their homes (contractors, vendors are all impacted it seems). I spoke Jon Adkins from Prosource and he not only gave me the lowest price, he assured me he would beat any price that I may receive later. He was super helpful; I decided to get my carpet from there too and he was very patient with my many color and measurement changes. I was able to take their samples to my home to color match with my cabinets and shades which I really appreciated. Their showroom carries everything: all flooring, countertops, stones and fixtures. I wish I had known about Prosource when I first started my home remodel! I recently went to a store in Mission Viejo that is very close to my home to order some tiles for my fireplace, and the sales person nearly doubled the price of the tiles from the quote he gave me my first time there just a couple of weeks prior, wanted to charge me $85 to deliver the tiles to their store for their own warehouse, and 3% for using a credit card ....after I walked out of that store very frustrated and disappointed with extra charges, so they lost my business. I emailed the Tile's manufacturer and they told me about Prosource in Irvine. When I called Prosource and explained my bad experience with the other tile store, John was very kind, gave me the price of the tile (which was $4 per sq ft less than the other store), told me there was a $50 fee to get the tile delivered to the store....no more charges! When I went into the store, John was very kind and actually took the time to show me the different tiles that they have because I wanted to make sure that I still wanted to order the original tile I was interested in. I decided to have him order the tile that I had originally called him about, and the tile was delivered this week. I saved hundreds by purchasing the tile from Prosource...I'm a happy customer and would recommend John and Prosource to my friends and family... they really do have some very good customer service! read more

I highly recommend you do your shopping somewhere else! After confirming availability of our order, I paid for the order and was promised delivery the same day or next day the latest. Since they failed to call me for a pickup, I called and was shocked when I was informed that my order is in back order until mid January, contrary to what they've told me less than 24 hours prior to secure my order. This is our first remodel! Our contractor recommended ProSource. We were just going to do some research there. We were fairly sure what we wanted and knew what the prices were before we went to ProSource. The process STARTED in mid March. We met with Jon Adkins to look at Tile, Quartz Counters, Kitchen Cabinets and Wood Flooring. With all the COVID issues, we delayed everything until July. We again met with Jon to make sure we were still interested in the items we selected. YES! The prices there are much less than other places...For the exact same thing! Jon set us up the a kitchen designer, Mari Yokota. What a gem! Because of COVID, we video taped our space to give her an idea of the space and worked with our contractor to get the measurements correct. There was a tile I was interested in, but ProSource did not have it in the right color and pics on a computer are not the same. Jon sent me to the manufacturer (which happens to be local) and I found the exact color I needed. I have samples of everything, so we can see what it looks like in our house. I would give less than one if I could. Absolutely terrible. I ordered over $7000 of custom rugs, they delivered an incorrect order. Not only did they not refund me if they denied that it is even incorrect, when it is grossly wrong. Not it even the same carpet or color. I recommend staying away from this business at all costs. Anita Ward did not take any responsibility And did not even look at the rugs before delivering them. When comparing the rugs that I returned she showed a different picture of a rug. Now I will be taking them to court. Do not go here. read more

We recently did a complete renovation of our kitchen and family room. Our contractor referred us to Shallyn Blandford at ProSource. At the start of the project Shallyn met with us to discuss our styles (I'm traditional and my wife is transitional), and what we were imagining.
