Tater tots and a flat white
    Elaine S.

Provisions is definitely a popular, buzzing spot in the morning! I noticed tons of people ordering their breakfast sandwiches--which looked great--but for me, the tater tots were calling my name. I am so glad I went with my gut because they were incredible! They came out perfectly hot, nice and crispy, and were tossed in a seriously flavorful sauce that took them to the next level. The space itself has a few tables if you want to sit and enjoy your food, along with a super convenient self-serve water station. Definitely a great, lively little spot to kickstart your morning--don't skip the tots!

Let me start off, the food here was amazing and I came back here to try more items during my short stay at Whistler. I tried the below items - Provision egg sandwich (9/10) the fried poached egg was a nice texture and super yummy, but one egg is a bit little - Crispy Parmesan Chicken sandwich (9/10): amazing sandwich and huge portion, but can get a bit heavy after awhile - passion fruit cruffins (7.5/10) very nice pastry to try recommended by the cashier, but definitely super messy to eat - Truffle fries (10/10) MUST GET! - Lavender matcha (9/10) I really appreciate how they were able to minimally sweeten my matcha because I just like a tiny hint of sweetness - matcha latte (9/10) - chicken salad sandwich (8/10) very refreshing - blueberry sweet cream cold brew (8/10) refreshing and not too sweet Highly recommend this place for the food but it's always packed. Both times we were able to get a table but the tables are so crowded.

Breakfast sandwich is delicious. Sausage patty is def hand made and tastes almost like a bomb burger. Coffee is good too. Highly recommend

    Matcha latte & Assorted cakes.

Always very busy, but cozy ambience and easy access directly in Whistler village! The do great lattes & great matcha, with a large assortment of small cakes to choose from! I also tried their avocado toast this time and it was one of the most fancy and delicious avocado toasts I've had. Not sure if worth the price. But it's Whistler after all. In that moment after a long day in the mountains it was worth it.

We went to Provisions for breakfast on our trip to Whistler. I keep hearing about this place but it's always so busy inside. I can see why after I checked out this place. The cafe was beautiful inside with colourful cakes on display. We ordered coffee, maple matcha latte and a breakfast sandwich. Everything was delicious. This place is a must try in Whistler and I suggest going early to grab a seat! (I wanted to give 5 stars but the service was just ok and could be improved. Eg. The staff at the counter didn't look like they wanted to help us)

excellent cortados and other coffee drinks, beautiful pastries that i didn't have a chance to try. i did, however, go out of my comfort zone and tried the recommendation of the cashier (chicken parm sandwich) and very much did not regret it! High quality ingredients as it's owned by the same folks as Oso and Araxia, and great service. Long lines, especially in the morning, but clearly we find it worth the wait. Also, don't be shy and sit with someone you don't know when it's busy!

A delightful little breakfast spot. Great for grab and go before hitting the slopes or easing into the day.

This upscale cafe is always super busy but the staff are great at clearing the tables the moment a guest leaves so if you're quick you can most likely grab a seat. The avocado toast is available all day but it can get pricey depending on which toppings you add. The sourdough was so fresh. I also ordered a matcha latte and enjoyed sipping on this while I enjoyed my me time. There's a self-serve tap water station in the back next to the booths.

    Tuna melt and truffle fries

Stopped here for quick bite. My wife and I ordered a tuna melt and truffle fries. The food probably took about 7-8 minutes to come out. - Tuna melt - OK. I appreciate the quality of the bread and cheese used, but not sure it translated to a better taste - Truffle fries - OK. Hot and fresh, but not sure I tasted much truffle As a cafe, the service was limited. The staff weren't particularly welcoming but at least the person who brought out the food recognized we were sharing and brought out an extra plate and utensils. Overall, it was fine. The food filled us up, it was decent and relatively quick, which is all we really wanted on this stop.

Came here on a Tuesday in September for lunch. Two of us split the Brussels sprouts and an Emerald Bowl. Both dishes were tasty and I loved the Emerald Bowl. The servers bring your food to your table. Pastries looked amazing.

Recommended by friends, we went straight to Provisions after arriving in Whistler. 5 people ahead of us but the line moved quickly. Friendly staffs and pretty crowded during lunch time. 1. Matcha latte 5/5, so good that I ordered another one to go 2. Latte with oat milk 4/5 3. Avocado toast with egg 5/5 4. Bacon, egg and cheese 4/5 5. Provisions burger 5/5

    Cesar salad and chicken parm!

Had the loveliest time at Provisions! We had an amazing lunch, incredibly friendly service (shoutout to Bailey boy at the front, he was so kind!!!!!!), and the yummiest matcha. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Always make sure I visit this place every time I come to whistler. Love the coffee. Cortado is good but I often love their matcha to have more time here. Their avocado toast is yummy! The egg is soft boiled to perfection. Service is good. And love the feel of the cafe, even the decal on the windows. The only hard part is it is always packed so really hard to ever find a seat.

It appears that Provisions does not hire white males. Other than that, I enjoyed their pastries. Would highly recommend.

Busy place but efficient. Coffee is good and deserts are above average. Definitely a place to go instead of the usual Starbucks .

We thought it was because of the tucked away location out of the main center, and decided to give this place a try considering its many reviews. Then we realized everyone else probably knew better. -Overpriced mediocre food $28-$35 for burgers and sandwiches that were small, dry, and bland. -Dirty, dusty, tables, and flies everywhere. -Bad service The overpriced mediocre food would have been acceptable considering its tourist location. We could have even excused the flies ...but then you add the bad service and understand that this place just sucks. Every time we needed something we had to hunt our server down-ketchup, water, a quick picture. The place was nearly empty. They didn't tell us the iced tea was sweetened. Most places mention this. No biggee. When we realize it is, we told them we didn't want sweetened iced tea and didn't touch it, but then our server gave awkward attitude when we asked (very politely) to have it removed from the bill. Is that not common sense? We asked for a box and after nearly 10 minutes went to check what happened...our server forgot. Maybe she didn't care to put in any effort because of the mandatory 20 percent tip charge for parties over 6 ppl. This would be fine if the service was near acceptable, or even if the service existed at all after dropping off our food. This place is a waste time, money, and your opportunity to try the businesses that actually deserve your patronage.
