Second time here after supporting a coworker at a big event, and this is just such a solid brunch spot! Loved it, again! We were seated outside on the patio and with the fans it was super comfortable. I started with a cortado and it was smooth and strong - so good. We shared a couple pastries including a spanikopita, baklava coffee cake, and cinnamon roll. All were fresh and delicious! This time I went with the strapatsada 15 (v) greek scramble with caramelized onion, roasted cherry tomato, creamy feta, grilled baguette. It was light yet super savory and flavorful. It was a filling breakfast before a busy day. Great service and ambience too. I hope I can go here again on my next visit to Tampa! They offer valet parking for a few dollars - totally worth it and keeps it simple. 5 stars!
Finally got to try the Greek frappe and the famous olive dip. The Greek frappe was good, not the absolute best coffee I've ever had, but a solid choice if in the area. The barista was kind enough to remake it when she realized the foam on top was missing. The olive dip was really good! I think I read too many hype reviews, but I want to say it's very good and you should try it and I'll leave it at that to not overkill.
Another big wow for Tampa! A Greek friend of ours encouraged us to try Psomi. We are so glad we did. The restaurant is beautiful & tasteful & classy. Parking was the only challenge. Inside the staff could not have been more kind & professional. Our server I think was named Becky & she was so fun & personable & excellent at what she does. We ordered baklava lattes, chicken souvlaki, & Greek potato salad. The latte was so excellent & satisfying & unique. The chicken souvlaki wrap was leaps & bounds more tasty than others I've had elsewhere. The ingredients were high, high quality & the chicken incredible. And the potato salad seened simple & crave-worthy. I was initially taken aback by the prices. The gyros & wraps for example are about $25. The extra $10 over other places yielded a far superior quality wrap, & far superior service.
Alright so this one is an interesting one. Went with the homie - felt like there was no other homie duos running it in there. I was surrounded by Zara final bosses and IG baddies. Which is cool, just not my cup of tea. Coffee ripped. Knew it would. They had some sort of maple oak milk concoction. I'm not entirely sure if that's the real government name of it but it was great - homemade they say. See the lil wrap/gyro deal in the picture, yeahhhh good stuff. Took it all down. Fries were a good cut. Sauces were house made, what was it you ask - no idea. But don't care, they were great. Food was great. Just felt like I didn't fit in. Or maybe I just was not prepped/dressed to feel like I was in Mykonos on a cruise and that was the excursion for the day. Idk, good stuff overall.
Been meaning to write a review for awhile. Great restaurant in Tampa for brunch. Haven't had a bad meal from our multiple visits. They make their own bread in the premises. Their handheld and gyros are excellent. Pizza is delicious. Pastries and drinks are pretty good. They have valet parking but have street parking and self parking down the road. Our last server Emma dealt with us well.
Absolutely speechless. . . . We stumbled upon this place and I can now say, without hesitation, that this is my favorite restaurant in the state of Florida. Beautiful decor, fantastic staff, and out of this world food makes this place top 5 in my books. Shoutout to Adriana, our server who was incredibly kind, helpful, and helped make our experience an absolute delight. She suggested the croissant cinnamon roll that is now cemented as one of the greatest sweet treats I've ever had. My wife and I shared the lamb pita and Greek dip. The lamp was shredded and absolutely delicious, we added feta (You have to add the feta). The pita and the tzatziki tied the whole gyro together. The Greek dip has a fantastic chicken and an aioli. All this tied together with the dip they give you a full sandwich experience. The baguette has both a crunchy exterior and soft interior that soaks up the dip perfectly. Fries and homemade ketchup are als delightful. Coffee is also great quality. We had iced lattes and they did not disappoint either. This is a 5/5 experience from start to finish. What a cute place!! The decor and ambiance is incredible but so is the service!! (And definitely the food) My avocado toast was one of the best I've had and my friend enjoyed what she ordered too. The flavors were some I've never combined before. This is a cute spot to meet up with friends or family and I'll be back with my mom!
Psomi never disappoints. Their service is very great, always quick and helpful with menu. The food is delicious. I typically get the burger and my is it tasty. For desert I get these donuts and they seriously just melt with each bite. I go here pretty regularly and have nothing but great things to say.
Everything was great! We came for brunch and left very happy with the experience. The service was very attentive and accommodating. For example, someone at our table ordered the croissant cinnamon roll, which usually sells out quickly. We thought we had made it in time, but unfortunately they had already sold out. Our server went above and beyond by going to the market next door to get one, warming it up for us, and bringing it to the table. That level of service is exactly what you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The food was delicious. I ordered the lamb pita and really enjoyed it. One small downside is that they charge for many add-ons, like +$2.50 for feta. I would expect feta to already come in a lamb pita, so it felt unnecessary to charge extra. That said, the food quality is excellent. I really like that most of what they serve is made in-house, using freshly sourced ingredients and higher-quality options, like grass-fed beef and fries cooked in avocado oil. Overall, it was a great experience and I definitely plan to come back.
I wouldn't recommend if you like Americanized food because this is authentic, tasteful, clean eating. I can't complain about any of the dishes I've tried ! This was my first time dining here. The service for food was speedy and the ambiance is relaxed, perfect place to dress up and enjoy quality time as well with indoor and out door seating. Wheelchair assessable. Order the Lamb burger on sourdough which came with there fries, the French toast, as a starter. The valet does take a long while when returning your vehicle. Valet Only $5 at the time of review
We went to Psomi for my dad's birthday brunch and had a fantastic experience. We sat out on the patio which has a relaxed vibe. We ordered a bunch of items (see pics): loukoumades, Greek donuts, coffee, octopus salad, avocado toast, and more. I especially loved the octopus salad -- the server recommended it and it didn't disappoint. Everything we tried was really delicious, fresh, and flavorful. The dessert was also good though not my favorite. Also, Psomi is on the Michelin Guide, which makes total sense after this meal. Definitely a great spot for brunch or a special occasion.

Joined our friends here today for lunch and it was a great choice. Server was very attentive and didn't feel rushed at all. Food was fabulous!! We're all already planning on going back. Thank you to the bar for creating a sangria even though it wasn't on the menu. Oh and as a ketchup fanatic... highly HIGHLY recommend fries do taste their ketchup read more
I recently came here for brunch with friends. Here's what I thought. Atmosphere: Psomi is located in what feels like a quaint old home that's been converted into a restaurant. It has has large indoor dining area with another bar seating area near the front. They have lots of beautiful, shaded, and cooled outdoor seating areas. The building has lots of big windows which allows for lots of natural light. The inside is decorated so you feel like you're in Greece. Restrooms: They have two single restrooms. They were nice and clean! Service: Our server was Patrick and he was so helpful and kind. Everyone we encountered was very friendly! The tables were kept nice and clean. Food: I've been to Psomi several times but haven't been in a while. The food was amazing as always! I got their Cappucino (decaf) with their homemade baklava syrup - YUM! I wish baklava syrup was sold in stores! It came with a delicious Greek cookie. We shared their bread basket which had a variety of bread. It had breadsticks, regular bread, bread with berries, and a bread stuffed with feta. All of them were delicious. They came with butter, olive oil, and jam on the side. For my entree, I had the 'Lamb Gyro' it was sooo good. The lamb was perfectly cooked and melt in your mouth. It was so flavorful, I enjoyed every bite. The fries were delicious and I loved the olive tapenade it came with. There's a reason Psomi is so popular. The food, atmosphere, and service are always outstanding. I will definitely be back. Psomi now has valet parking or if you're lucky and find street parking you can park for free. They also have a free parking lot that's a block away. The one downside is that parking can be tight. Finally made it to Psomi for brunch and I it was so worth the wait. We parked in the back and entered the patio which has garden seating but decided to sit inside. The inside makes you feel like you are in Greece. The menu is outstanding. We started with the Med Morning yogurt bowl with berries, granola and honey so good. Then we all ordered the Strapasada. Two of us decided to split one because we learned there are five eggs in each dish. It was really good and very filling. This is a wonderful brunch place and we will definitely be back!!! read more

MY FAV PLACE IN TAMPA. They only do brunch 8-3 wednes-Sunday but they have utterly perfected it. Service is always surprisingly quick even though it is always packed & busy (even on a Thursday @ noon it was). I've never had a bad dish here & have tried so many things. I always go back to the Benedict (with pork gyro) and Greek dip. I tried the Greek chick salad recently and also was shook at how good (and crazy portion and comes with their fries which are goated). Pro tip aka for garlic aioli for ur fries (or in general it's SO GOOD). read more

I'm so glad I was able to make it to this restaurant as it's been on my bookmarks for a while. I was very intrigued by its Greek menu and I'm so glad we came. We ended up parking on the street as there was a close enough spot but I saw they have a designated parking area or valet parking as options. The place is beautiful on the inside as well as on the outside. We did not make any reservations and were able to get a seat on a table outside. I usually go for savory items as my main course but this time I decided to try their Med Morning yougurt bowl and wow was it one of the greatest things. I believe the sliced apples in the middle were pickled in some sort of juice with thyme because they were unique bites. Everything in the bowl was delicious and made for the perfect breakfast. I of course still wanted something savory so I got a feta and spinach pastry which was delicious! My husband orders everything but the bagel bowl which had all the traditional fixings of a salmon lox bagel but then he added the bagel as a side and honestly I thought it was such a great combination. Service was good and I thought the food was fantastic. We learned they have a gift shop next to the restaurant so we checked that out as well. read more

This place was too freaking cute! I was in Tampa for the weekend and I wanted to end with a cutie little bunch for early Mother's Day so we came here! It was perfect, my only regret was that I had to drive home a few hours so I couldn't try any of the brunch beverages which all looked so delicious! It was quite busy upon arriving and they said we can sit at the bar or wait so we had no problem grabbing the last few seats at the bar. The bartenders were very attentive and friendly to speak with! The food came out fast and was also very good. I ordered a smash burger and my mom got the americani, there were no complaints! I can't wait to go back and try some drinks! read more

I loved Psomi, it is an excellent place for a Sunday brunch with friends, they have a fairly varied menu where you can choose Greek or traditional American food. The octopus salad was delicious, I still dream of it. The feta cheese dip and Hugo spritz as a drink is worth mentioning. The service was excellent, we were more than 12 people and the attention was up to par. read more

Psomi truly transports you to Greece--right in the heart of Tampa. The name literally means "bread," and the bread basket is a must. Everything is baked fresh in-house, and the whipped butter it comes with is absolutely unreal. The Santorini Spritz is light, bright, and insanely refreshing--perfect for a sunny brunch. The Psomi bagel special is next-level, but here's the pro move: add the smoked salmon. It's some of the best I've ever had--super fresh, silky, and full of flavor. I've also had the chance to meet the chef, a young Michelin award winner who's not only incredibly talented but also incredibly humble. I do wish it was open for dinner, but there's something about it being a breakfast and lunch-only spot that keeps it feeling extra special. Service was excellent and vibe was quite nice the moment you enter. Our servers name was Brittney and she checked up on us often and recommended great pastries. Very bright and vibrant ambiance. I thought the price was a bit steep but for the quality and ingredients they say they use is worth it. No seed oil and chef is all about quality and excellent ingredients so that was awesome. read more

Psomi well deserves it spot on the Michelin guide for arguably the best brunch in Tampa. While, you often need a reservation due to limited seating, the impeccable food and service is worth the weight. They have a wide array of homemade breads, pastries, and desserts available for dine in or to take home. Their cocktails are creative and delicious with their homemade syrups. We enjoyed a lovely weekend, brunch outside on the patio, and shared two entrées. The Greek dip is absolutely delicious, and the brioche French toast was decadent. Our server Patrick took excellent care of us despite a busy weekend afternoon, and multiple other staff members came by to check and ensure our meal was up to standard. Psomi is truly a personal favorite and a highlight on my "Tampa All-Stars" list! read more

Psomi is a one of a kind hot spot in Tampa. The food, service and ambiance make for the perfect brunch or lunch date. Even a to go coffee and bakery item is a real treat. The food portions are large, we like to share the Greek salad and chicken souvlaki. The menu is plenty with Greek items ranging from flavorful octopus ceviche to a personal favorite, house-made dolmades. Arrived and immediately loved the vibe of the restaurant. The inside is so cute and reminds you of Greece and the outside seating makes you feel like you're on an european patio on vacation. It was very busy, every table was booked and we had to wait around 15 min past our reservation to get seated. Service was a little slow, but I was in no rush and prefer taking my time so I didn't mind that part. The food was very tasty. The lamb pita was packed with lamb and the french fries are very well seasoned. The chicken soulvaki was very fresh as well as the mixed greens side. Good portions for both plates! read more

Absolutely love the coffee at Psomi. It's the best part of my week to get either the iced baklava or hot on a cooler Tampa morning. I try to eat gluten free 95% of the time so being able to order the smoked salmon with these sides is not only delicious but light! Highly recommend this spot for breakfast and lunch! read more

This was my first brunch experience at Psomi. Definitely would not eat outside again during these humid months. Even with their outside fans going, I was baking. Our server, Eralba, was very attentive especially once she saw me fanning myself with the cocktail menu. She brought extra ice and kept my glass full of water. I really enjoyed the atmosphere otherwise. The Strapatsada had the fluffiest eggs. I added the thick cut bacon. My plus one opted for the Smash Burger and left no crumbs saying that the burger was "juicy". This is definitely a place to return. read more

Came in on a Sunday morning around 10:30 for brunch, no wait although the place was busy. We got the bread basket to start which was a great way to try all of the bakery offerings. For the main dish, I ordered the French toast, which was excellent. My friends got the pork gyro and the latkes, both of which we enjoyed. Beautiful atmosphere and good service! I can't believe how long it took me to go to Psomi. Every good review was absolutely true! To start, the restaurant ambiance is beautiful. The space is super open and full of light and the decor is beautiful. The service is amazing. The staff was super helpful in making recommendations and very accommodating to all dietary needs even during a very busy brunch time. The food was amazing!! All the ingredients tasted super fresh. The dips were very unique despite being fairly classic concepts. We also ordered the chicken dip which was DELICIOUS. The flavors were so balanced and it felt light despite being a big meal. The spanikopita was also super tasty, but a smaller portion. I can't wait to go back and try more things on the menu! read more

You are taken to a different world when you enter Psomi. A relaxed, spa-like vibe when you walk in. Parking could have been a bear, but valet parking saves the day! Make sure to have a reservation- this place is popular! Service was decent overall- our server(s) were kind and accommodated changing tables due to being too close to the heaters outside. However, service was slow at times. Drinks- the baklava latte did not disappoint! I got it iced, and wished I could've tried it hot to see the beautiful presentation others experienced. The lavendar ube frappe was disgusting! It had too heavy of a lavendar flavor, almost soapy, and absolutely no ube flavor. Definitely skip that one! Food- we started with the KOLOKITHOKEFTEDES which were the perfect balance between warm, hearty fritters, and crisp cool tzatziki! We also enjoyed the KEFTEDES, but the serving size was incredibly small for both- only 3 fritters and 3 meatballs, amounting to $5 per piece which is pricey! The saganaki is a must not miss item in my opinion! Flakey phyllo dough wraps the incredible toasty Greek cheese with decadent sweet honey and sesame seeds to top! We also enjoyed the Greek chick salad which was refreshing and came with a side of crispy fries and flavorful kalamata aioli. If I were to return, I'd be interested in trying the Benedict and maybe venturing to some of the pitas. However, today we just weren't in the mood for those items. Overall, it's a great spot to try. It is overpriced in my opinion, but the food is tasty and the atmosphere is pleasant! I would definitely recommend sitting outside to get the full experience. read more
Yes Yes Yes - this may be my all time favorite place for Sunday Brunch! We had reservations and I am so glad that we did! They do have overflow parking as well as valet parking. Walking in, I didn't mind the few minutes wait as it gave me a chance to look around at the amazing baked goods. We started with the bread basket but may have ordered the tries instead because we ended up with the most amazing basket of breads with dips, veggies, spreads, jam, hummus, and who knows what else. Wow! I was stuffed from all that was included. I had the most amazing Greek Salad called Greek Chick. This place is a must go to on a regular basis! So fresh and so good! read more

Sunday breakfast was a nice surprise. Service was great and food arrived quickly. Would return for: -Dolmades -Treis -Pan Spanakopita -The cafe latte was good but stronger than what I prefer (perfect for dark roast lovers) -The Psomi bagel special had an amazing house cured salmon but would probably try it on sourdough next time. Please research the parking situation if it's your first time. Especially if you're arriving after 930am. It does get chilly if dining inside so bring a light jacket if you get cold easily. It looks like it could get really packed during peak brunch hours so we would probably stick to an early morning reservation. Looking forward to trying other items next time. read more
This is probably one of my favorite places to grab brunch in Tampa. Newly named a Michelin star restaurant and well deserved. Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious and you can't go wrong. Avocado toast was delish. Bread was SO fresh. The French toast was so soft and thick cut. The treis dip with pita... just wow. Eggplant, hummus and tzatziki just amazing! I heard the smash burger was very good as well as the pork gyro. Heidi did an amazing job serving the table and was super attentive. We also got to sit in the outdoor patio which gave all the Greek feel vibes. Loved it! Definitely a must for brunch if you're in the soho area. read more
After trying Psomi, all I could think about was how much Miami needs a location! I instantly fell in love with their modern twist on Greek cuisine. To start, the interior of this spot, screams Mediterranean home -- it's so welcoming and cozy yet fun and refreshing. The service was wonderful and everyone was extremely helpful. We came in around 10:30 for breakfast and ordered a few things to share -- we got the spanakopita, the baklava coffee cake and the monster cookie - the star of the show for me was the baklava coffee cake. I actually regret not ordering a few and bringing them home with me, it was out of this world. I also ordered a tangerine juice - so fresh, and refreshing I loved it. Lastly, I ordered the bagel special -- WOW. I added an egg for an extra touch which made it even more perfect. This is definitely a spot that I would be a regular at if I lived in Tampa. 5 stars to this awesome restaurant's! The food is INCREDIBLE and the pastries are a must! The staff was friendly, the ambiance was the perfect vibe (not too loud, not dull) and the overall experience is one of the best restaurants you can find. We drove down from Orlando just to try their authentic Greek food after coming back from our Greece trip..... and yes it was on par! Food for all ages and preferences - and a great spot for a weekend brunch! My wife and I celebrated our 11 year anniversary here - and the staff was very accommodating with our seating, gave great recommendations, and made the experience one we will not forget. Definitely a hidden gem in Tampa (if you can call it hidden) - we can't wait to come back! read more

For some reason, I've never been drawn to trying this place but my friend planned a brunch and added it to my calendar as a friend date and I'm so happy she did. My only complaint is that parking sucked and they can host a lot of guests and only have 2 bathroom stalls. I highly recommend getting outside seating, if it's available. The vibe they've created for their outside dining feels exactly like what it's like to experience outside dining in Europe! I haven't been to any other local restaurant who's had that feel. I ordered a baklava frapp after talking with the barista. I've never had a frappe or baklava and the drink was so good! I also ordered the boozy cocktail special, which i think i might have let sit too long while I was talking because it lost most of it's cold foam and wound up just tasting like straight alcohol. Food wise, i had the octopus ceviche and let me tell you this was the best, most flavorful ceviche I've had in my life. The texture was perfect. Octopus was perfectly grilled. The perfect amount of citrus flavors. And the seasoned, fried pita chips it came with were an amazing compliment. The portion was small but it was so very filling. I wanted to try the mushroom and whipped feta baked item but they had already sold out for the day (it was 11:30am on a Saturday). So instead, I got a spanikopita. The outside was buttery and flaky and the inside was very rich. I almost wished I had more time left in my day and more room in my stomach to try something else. read more

Place is easy to miss... not much signage. Parking is a small lot. They valet, but honestly you can find parking all around. Service was great plenty of seating inside and out. Clean restrooms, music was a little loud. Food was delicious. Server was very helpful and attentive. We ordered a basket of delicious bread, came with butter, jam, and oil. Both my wife and daughter had lattes which they loved. I had a large pelligrino . Wife had their version of avocado toast, she added egg to it. Daughter had an egg scramble, and I had a lamb gyro. All very delicious. You can taste the meals are made with fresh ingredients.service was quick. They had no problem making adjustments to our orders. Wife snd i are from California, we see why our daughter brought us here.. and has made this a regular spot for her. We wound definitely return!!! read more

WOW. I've driven by this place so many times and finally came for a Sunday brunch. Huge outdoor seating space. Blown away by the service, vibes and delicious Greek food. I got the Meli cocktail which was perfectly sweet and refreshing. Cocktails did take a lil bit of time to come out but worth the wait. Their pita is a mouthwatering pillow. Recommend the treis dip trio to try all their flavors. For mains, I highly recommend the Greek dip sandwich. Best sandwich I've had in a long time. Fries are a great addition as a side. My boyfriend got the lamb burger which was just as exceptional. Menu little on the pricier side but worth every penny. read more
