This is a cool place. My review is solely based on the pizza. Vibe checks out. Employees were cool. Not a great drink selection unless you like beer. Only soda four the kids. No bottled water. My problem is my pizza was way under done. It's pre baked to start with. Then reheated which I have no problem with. However they just didn't leave it in the second time long enough. The cheese wasn't even all the way re melted. Zero crisp. Just a floppy soggy mess. Tasted amazing. Just needed another 3-4 minutes in the oven. Maybe that's what they intended but I just can't think that pizza is good when it has no undercarriage. Worth a second try but I hate having to ask for it crispy or well done. It should just be enjoyed how they intend to serve it. Great idea. Just poorly executed. read more

This place should be on every "best of" list in the Bay Area. You can find great NY-style or Neapolitan pizza in Sonoma county (pizzaleah, diavola, rosso, hazel, Raymond's, huria's) but no one makes Roman-style pizza and that is what differentiates Psychic. I've eaten here more than a dozen times and each time I'm surprised and delighted. The dough is a 3 Day slow rise. They literally pickle their own veggies for toppings. The my MAKE all the toppings for the soft serve. They use meat sourced from local sonoma county salumi houses. And they make some of the most eclectic and unusual flavor combinations. This pizza is outstanding. It is best eaten on site--I've also done takeaway which is great but eating it there is the way to go. And don't you dare leave without trying the tahini cookies. read more

My first and last visit. Got the sausage (it's pork, not Italian) and pickled onions. It was 8"x8", enough for one good appetite...for $24!. My bad, they did say 20cmx20cm on the website, but I didn't notice...wouldn't have ordered if I'd realized. It was dry cause there's a painting of sauce, only enough to color the dough. On the plus side, the quality of the sausage and onions was very good. Cheese OK. As expected, the directions (once you finally find them...they don't give them to you and hard to find on the website) are deficient. However I used a toaster oven and not a pizza stone, cuz I wasn't about to fire up my big oven for such a small piece of pizza. Pizza was delicious, loved that we could choose the slice size. The bruschetta pizza came with the most delicious fresh tomatoes on top. We tried the kale caesar salad which was so good! I am so happy to have Psychic Pie in our town! The owners and staff are super friendly and welcoming and the pizza is delicious. I have seen some people complain about the price. Is it the cheapest pizza in the world? No - but that's due to the quality of the locally sourced ingredients. If you want cheap, shitty pizza - there is plenty of it in Sonoma County. On the rare occasion that I eat cheap pizza, I feel awful a couple hours later. Psychic Pie has never once made me feel sick and I've probably dined there roughly 25 times. Incredible pizza! They cut you as much as you'd like in as many differ varieties as you'd like and then you enjoy. They options were unique and incredibly flavorful. The sauces and toppings all seemed to "pop" - there was nothing blah about their pizzas. And the crusts might have been the best part. Very disappointed. They sell by weight. The pieces are rectangular about 3" x 7" which is about the same amount as a regular pizza slice. The issue is the price. $9 for one piece. Incredible! We came here last weekend for a quick brunch bite on a rainy day. We had heard a lot about it already and so we were hesitant to have high expectations as not all of the other highly suggested places that we've gone to have been a hit for us. This however was everything we wanted it to be and more. As a person who can't eat dairy I was thrilled that there were such good options at a pizza joint for people who don't eat cheese. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming. The options for ordering are simple. And I really can't say enough about the quality of the product made in this place. It was probably the happiest I've been upon leaving a restaurant in a really, really long time. it was the kind of food that actually elevates your mood for hours afterwards. It was just so satisfying. I can't wait to go back and try more of the flavors. This place sets itself apart, as far as the flavor palette and the care taken in what they turn out. You can tell it's a labor of love and a lot of thought and hard work goes into the pies. I've seen a few people complain about price, I left feeling like it was a bargain for that level of quality, it's not your typical pizza. I go for the usual 3 finger slice, each week their menu varies. They always have great options with fresh ingredients and delicious vegan options also! Their sourdough crust is the real show stopper and makes for a delicious crunchy flavor! The mushroom pizza and the one with pancetta this week have been my go to! They also have great salad options and delicious cookies! Super great spot for dine in or you can do take and bake and cook at home! Sorry to leave a two star but the prices are outrageous. I ordered a single slice of cheese pizza (about three fingers wide and maybe 6-7 inches long) and they charge by the weight, not slice. The single cheese slice ended up costing $9.40 and it was not even heated all the way through. I am sure they are using really good ingredients but I don't think the cost to slice ratio is in line. read more

Low and behold we found ourselves at Psychic Pie. First and foremost, the food speaks for itself. The sourdough is some of the best I've ever had rivaling the best of what SF has to offer. Couple that with an assortment of premium ingredients, you're looking at a pizza experience you've never had before. The restaurant itself has modest space, but when you're so focused on savoring each and every bite, who cares where you're eating? The staff is also incredible.
