The service is friendly and efficient, but the food wasn't great... I ordered teriyaki chicken and it did not look appetizing at all. I came in right before closing expecting to be shunned but the guy behind the counter was extremely patient and waited as I read over the menu 100 times. I was starving and couldn't decide what I wanted but finally decided on the pork egg rolls and the traditional Combo Pho. I asked to make it extra spicy so he gave me two additional spices to go. It was amazing! The portions are huge and I had three meals out of it. The broth was perfect, not too salty, the meat was tender and the egg rolls were light and crispy not overly done and chewy like some places. I was absolutely be back! read more

I still love the mango boba. But they changed the curry to what she said is "authentic curry". Meaning previously it wasn't authentic?? I want what I've always gotten which is why I wrote the review before and gave 5 stars. I gave them 5-star because although there are lots of Pho restaurants around the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, many are terrible. A couple disappointments from this place 1. the banhmi sandwich is extremely small with minimal filling. 2. we specifically asked for utensils when we ordeded delivery but it still didnt come with the food. it is definitely frustrating after waiting for an hour for your delivery to arrive and then cant eat your food because there were no utensils. read more

This place is a joke. I've eaten at their locations for YEARS and always order the same things. I've eaten at this particular location about 10-15 times and always order large veggie pho no onion extra broth extra noodles with cilantro. No problem paying extra for what i request. I also order veggie egg rolls that ALWAYS come with lettuce, herbs and peanut sauce on the side. EVERY SINGLE VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT SERVES THEM THIS WAY, it's tradition. I went inside to order my meal today to go because they didn't answer 3x. Fine, they're busy, no problem. But i walk in and see 3 tables with their food and 2 employees standing at the register. Order my food, leave to get drinks, and come back to get my food. The woman tells me many times there is sauce for pho in my container, even asked if i wanted more chili and i said it's fine, just wanted to be sure the the peanut sauce is in there, thank you. I get home and find no cilantro, no chili, no sriracha and no hoisin sauce... again, EVERY PHO DISH COMES WITH THESE SAUCES. Also, no lettuce and herbs with my egg rolls which is what makes the dish, it's really what i was going for, something fresh and yummy. I call back and a male tells me it's in there, i didn't look, and it's not his fault but i can come back for the sauces. I wasn't interested in doing that so i asked if there's a chance he could give me a small credit for next time because the meal is incomplete. He said in a very condescending tone that my meal was fine I'm just missing sauces and there's nothing he was going to do about it. I hang up and decide to call back when my meal was bland as shit and my egg rolls weren't what i wanted at all. A woman answers and says it's no problem, she's so sorry they should have been in the bag... he's not the manager and to come back tomorrow and she will do half off my egg rolls. Cool- see ya tomorrow! I was satisfied with this $3-4 credit i would've been satisfied if the first guy even apologize but he was so unprofessional i was in shock. She then has the AUDACITY to call me back at closing time and tell me she spoke to the chef and egg rolls never have came with lettuce and herbs and she knows she put the sauce in the bag. Now, I've been eating at multiple pt pho locations for over 5 years, and i know that's bullshit. so i told them it isn't right to factor those items into the price they charged me and not even give them to me. she then said well actually they charge $1 for the pho sauces now. Well which is it??? Because they both told me they were in the box with the noodles and she checked it she knows they are there. I have no reason to lie about sauces hahaha. She told me they were too busy to notice and she will not honor the half off egg rolls tomorrow after all because i should have came back for the sauce. What a complete joke. Why not just admit you were wrong and fix it!!? Who eats plain pho anyway? The "Pho Burrito" is disgusting.. I had it delivered with some spring rolls to the hotel I'm at. No forks, spoons or chop sticks were included in the bag, nor any napkins. Excellent! Best Pho I have found in Phoenix. I am From San Jose, CA and I know Great Pho! Been eating Vietnamese food for 30+ years. This is as good as any Pho I have ever had. So are the Banh Mi sandwiches and the Spring Rolls. Lastly, they have something unique: a Pho Burrito! All the noodles and meat from the Pho in an awesome Vietnamese wrap, and comes with a small bowl of their awesome Pho Beef broth to dip it into. To Die For! Staff? They are fabulous too. Nice new pho spot in my 'hood. My son actually recommended it to me stating how fresh the food was and how reasonably priced it was too. I would have to agree wholeheartedly! The beef spring rolls with the peanut dipping sauce were very tasty. Don't know what is in the peanut sauce but that was definitely a winner. And the vegetable with tofu pho was so filling I literally only ate half the portion. The beef broth was good but didn't knock my socks off. But overall decent food, clean restaurant, and decent prices. I have been to this restaurant a few times, and the food and service has always been great, but today there was an employee that particularly stood out, her name is Sierra. I observed customers waiting a while for their order and the manager really didn't acknowledge that but I DID see Sierra step up an apologize to them for their wait and really making a point to make it a good experience for them! The food is good and the prices are very affordable. We have been here 3 times and the service is very random. You never know if it's going to be fairly prompt or lag. Food often comes out at different times. Half of us will be eating and the other half is waiting for food their food. I am not sure if they are under staffed or still figuring things out. Delicious food, I'm not normally into pho food but my girlfriend brought me down and I couldn't believe how good it was. Guy working was super nice and happy and made the whole experience one that I can't wait to try again. I've been waiting to head back as soon as I can to eat more! I have given this place three chances to win my business since I line 1/2 mile away. Each time I go in there the service is rude to the point that it feels like my presence is an inconvenience. The first time I ordered Pad Thai Chicken. Awful. Then I went for the Pho as I figured had to be decent. It had no flavor. The broth was almost sweet and lacked salt. I went back to the Pho restaurant 2 miles the other way which offered Pho that was amazing for half the price. Unfortunately their lack of location caused them not to survive the pandemic. Post pandemic, after a bout with a stomach bug, I came back to this place for the Pho to make my stomach feel better. It had to be better than last time as they survived the pandemic and still had customers. I Ordered the veggie Pho. The broth was cold. The noodles were hard. I had to go home and cook it myself. One word, "Pho-rrito". I've been waiting for this location to open for months and it exceeded my expectations. What originally caught my eye was the PT Pho Burrito, or "Pho-rrito"as I call it. Visited yesterday at lunchtime. New restaurant is large, clean and has plenty of seating. Staff was friendly, food came out relatively quickly, and was delicious. Portions are very generous and prices are very reasonable for what you get. I will definitely be regular if they keep this up! BTW, the name is misleading, while they do have plenty of pho options there is also a large menu of other items that are stir fried, noodle based and etc. also, since you can pick your protein, including tofu, there are lots of vegetarian options as well. We had shrimp spring rolls, pad Thai noodles with chicken, and a combination shrimp, chicken and beef and vegetable stir-fry. With two drinks including a Thai ice tea, it was about $30. read more
