For example for April 2026 I was in an auto accident and forgot all about the storage unit. I had just been trying to deal with the injuries and the aftermath of the accident along with multiple other legal issues, which the auto accident created a chain of events that caused my legal issues to be put on hold because of the exhaustion of my injuries and dealing with the headaches of the auto accident. I mean it in the literal and figurative sense. I had been experiencing headaches since the auto accident and it has been impacting my life. I have nothing to complain about. The facility is clean and there's no loitering presence there so I felt safe being there without my husband. It is easy to get in and out during business hours and the couple times I had a question, Laurel was there at the desk, sorry if I got your name wrong now I'm not sure which one is right. But she made us feel at home and not like a burden to help us and when we got our stuff out both times and closed the storage, she was courteous and kind and always very friendly. Had an encounter with the fix it guy last time we were there too and he was funny and nice as well. I think the most noteworthy part of storing here though is the fact that they never raised our storage rent. While my sister in laws storage was raised three times at a different facility, ours stayed the same. That makes them seem more honest to me. And very competitive prices to begin with.
