dont rent here and cancel if you do. they have rats!!! ok honestly one star is too much. we had a unit with them for a few years and they have a infestation of rats don't rent here unless you want almost everything destroyed. they also have the audacity to tell us if we don't clean up all the rats poop ourselves they'll charge us $70 cleaning fee. they dont clean period when we rented the unit it was disgusting!! office staff is also rude as hell. thank you guys for ruining everything we owned and trusted to store with you. read more

Personnel are very professional, helpful, and courteous. Facility is clean and convenient. I would feel even more secure with my locker at this site if there were a closed-circuit television security system. Such systems are not that expensive. I mean come on, it's 2016, and that there are not 24-hour personnel on-site makes cameras a no-brainer. read more

When thinking about this particular facility all I say is I thank God- Tracy is absolutely phenomenal - I absolutely love her and the other gal that works there who I believe is the manager. None the less they are all WONDERFUL- Tracy is very sincere and I am grateful that she has always been able to assist me as it relates to my account! The staff is great and that's about it. The storage door is bad, hard to open. It also got stuck once and the staff helped to close. They jumped the rate from $131 to $164, this was too much. read more

Paid thru 10/1, moved out before 10/1. Just got a collection notice from them, 11/15. Scheduled a move out date for 10/1 on their site as well. This place is a scam. I'm fighting it, but damage has been done. They do not have their affairs in order. A mistake that can cause issues on your credit is not one you take lightly. read more
