The office manager girl Michelle and Sarah and Kristine that work's there whom is prejudice against me and only likes a certain group people has her homeless chronic boyfriend sleep there in the back over night till next morning every day where nobody can see him whom which uses a DeWalt disc cutter grinder to cut locks. She and her boyfriend was very rude and wise and disrespectful towards me on many occasions. She and her boyfriend is suspected of over 5 locker break in's and 4 motor vehicle break in's. She lets her friends smoke them reggie cigars inside the building in their locker thus contaminating all of my personal belongings in the adjecent locker. They never admitted to it and never took responsibility for my damages. She likes a certain group of people and gives them $1 first months rent or half off first month rent. However i did not get my first months rent half price, rather i had to pay regular retail price for my locker. And every six months there after they raised my rent $90 on top of my allready increased retail rent rate. She also falsely acuse me of staying in my locker after hours. The other girl there falsely accuse me of loitering. She is rude and sassy. Ungreatful for the amount of money paying customers pay for their rent. They need to be sued for defacing me at other locations that don't want to do business with me. The cost of rent there is enough for a person to take a vacation to LasVegas. I would have an attorney sue them for all of my money back. read more

If you want all your things stolen store here! Left my explorer here for a few months while I was in California because I didn't want to leave it on the street or unattended. I wanted a safe place to leave it. About a week ago I got a call to say it appeared that the battery had been stolen. Asked them to please make sure it was locked and if they could give some description of what was left in the car.. I guess that was too much to ask but they said they locked the doors up. They said they wouldn't cooperate in a police report but they would look at the security footage. No call back, no nothing.. called the 800 number and a district manager was supposed to call. Nothing. I fly back to Hawaii to deal with it and find my car totally unlocked, thousands of dollars of personal property gone.. Looking around my car I see that practically every other car on the lot had smashed windows, missing wheels. Come to find out that the cameras on the property don't even work. You don't need a gate code to get in and the gates are wide open with no one on duty from 6-9pm. Written in the lease is that Public Storage assumes NO liability for theft.. They have zero security on the property and really don't seem to care that the property they are being paid to store is being looted on a regular basis. read more

0 stars. Do not use this place if you want your items to be secured. The customer service is a joke. They switch their stories around and rent out two spots in the same month. How can a place be secure when the gate has been broken for a year. They claim to watch their cameras but were surprised by the video of the many chronics who deal, sell have domestics there on various nights. Cars parked all night every night with all kinds of activities. Biggest scam artist ever. Guess they're taking a profit of the game room they're running and the other items being sold. Guess they got part of their name right it's definitely PUBLIC. Open for everyone to do anything. Meanwhile you pay believing your items are secured. If you're looking for great customer service skills on top of storage, than Public Storage waipio Uka is the place to go.   I had the pleasure of meeting Adrienne and Antonia while looking for storage. Right off the bat I was greeted with friendly smiles and they took care of me. I was not ready to rent yet,but they took the time to inform me of the process and showed me several units I was interested in for the upcoming months. I will definitely be storing with Public Storage when the time comes. GREAT customer service skills and very clean, secure facility. I was there to help a friend out and noticed that this facility was very clean and very friendly. Both women Annjannette and Michelle was very helpful. I asked questions pertaining to storage units and prices and it seemed that everything I asked them they answered with answers that I wanted to hear. A generic self storage company with unethical business practices. Be prepared for them to jack your rent every 4-6 months like clockwork. The rate they will charge you to stay will be dramatically higher than the rate for a new customer, irregardless of incentives. If this was a landlord-tenant rental agreement their rates hikes would be illegal by Hawaii state law. Happened to me twice. My advice is pick a different place to store your belongings read more

the whole crew is professional, courteous. extremely helpful! its hard to gauge how much space you will need for storing items that are otherwise spaced out in your home but, at p.s. dont worry about being upsold or price gouged, they really ask the right questions to find the best bang for your buck. i had angela and he was an absolute blessing! good job hun! mahalo! read more

Makerita is the best. Anyone looking to getting information about storage and/or merchandise she is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to, she is the person to go to. Also, there are lots of Public Storage locations in Oahu, if anyone is interested in getting boxes including storage. I didn't get a storage, but I did purchase boxes from her. Our experience at this facility was great. Sid helped us by answering all the questions we had about the facility and storage unit. He was able to help us pick out a unit that was very accommodating for what we had to store. He was also very friendly, from when we walked into the office until the time we walked out. My storage unit was broken in and burglarized by an in house renter this pass February (2021). Five units were broken in. Not safe, not trust worthy storage if you're storing your personal items. read more

Laura is my go to girl for all my storage needs! Very knowledgeable and always has a great attitude when I come in!
