They have the most delicious breakfast sandwich. The garlic potatoes were sooooo tasty. Everyone there was very kind and so helpful. They check on you and make sure you are happy throughout your meal! This is the best Hawaiian spot I have been to! Their spam was sooooo yummy! The food is delicious. We had breakfast sandwiches and both were goods. The coffee was also delicious. They have a large selection of baked goods: cookies, muffins, cinnamon rolls, etc behind a glass was display. They had vegan versions as well. The service was friendly and it took about 5-10 mins to get our food. Average price for breakfast was $15 and drinks were about $5. The place was busy but we were able to find a table easily. Came here the previous weekend while on vacation with friends. This is always my spot to go to while in town. This time around, I came with friends. For newbies, once you walk In , you will need to scan there QR code near the entrance to locate the menu. They have so many options to pick from, depending on what your looking for. I haven't had a bad meal yet. Once you know what you want, you will stand in the line to order and pay. The only tricky part is finding a place to sit. ( it can get very busy and crowded). I would suggest having someone in your party hunt for a seat while everyone waits in line to order. Also try any local f there deserts, your welcome you won't regret it. We ordered and paid at the front register, then were given a number to place at any table of our choice. It's a very artsy fartsy place, so feel free to sit at whatever creative nook suits you. For larger parties, they had a few big rustic, wooden tables and benches; I noticed a few groups who were there for a co-working meal with all their laptops out. Utensils, napkins, and condiments like hot sauce are self-served at a station near the front register. Food: - Garden Farm Benedict ($14): My partner had this and enjoyed it. - 8oz Grilled Chimichurri NY Steak ($10): The steak was dry, sadly. The chimichurri helped out a lot. - Brekkie Burrito ($13): Yummy and a pretty big burrito. I took half to-go. - Lemon Lime Iced Matcha ($5): A little too much lime for my taste. If you love limeade, go for it. Overall I think it is a cute, hipster place in downtown Vegas to grab breakfast or lunch. Or maybe even a quick coffee or tea -- they have a fairly extensive menu. I stand by my 4 star review for now of this place but want to say that the flavors are unique and in some cases unexpected in a good way. On this trip, I tried their homemade lemonade, which while a bit expensive is probably one of the best tasting lemonades I've had with just the right amount of sour notes and acidity. For my dessert, I got this massive vegan cinnamon roll, which had that soft and gooey texture that you want on a cinnamon roll. You couldn't even tell that it was vegan but I do feel like the icing was missing a bit of flavor. It was also only $5 and built for sharing. For my entree, I got the corned beef hash, which had this beautiful spicy coconut sauce underneath but I feel as though there might have been too much sauce. The beef and spam were crispy and the potatoes were just the right texture and seasoning level to not be too salty next to the meats. However, I do feel like the egg wasn't a perfect over easy and that the sourdough while a great vehicle to mop up the delicious sauce was a bit gummy and tight for my personal taste. It was much busier this time but staff gave the necessary attention to customer in front of them and reported back on wait times on food accurately as well as checked in on seated tables. Hidden in Downtown Vegas is this cute cafe that serves hefty brunches & good coffee! It also has a little of Hawaii influence here! For example, they have Musubis and loco moco! ***What I ordered **Brekkie Sandwich Supreme (10/10) ~ This was so good. Super hefty and delicious. I loved that they kind of use Hawaii local influence to some of their dishes. For example, they actually use Hawaiian Sweet bread for the bun which tastes good. Anyways, this sandwich was LOADED. The crispy hash brown, over easy egg, and crispy bacon. You really can't go wrong. I highly recommend ordering this if you want something filling. **Kyoto Tower (10/10) ~ Loved how this was not acidic. It was mellow and super smooth. The bitterness wasn't overwhelming too. I asked for a side of simple syrup just to make it sweeter and it was perfect. I liked it both plain and sweet! Overall, Super cute interior. This used to be the place we had to go for breakfast whenever we were in town because of those blueberry cream cheese scones. Hot, crusty, steaming when you broke them apart with creamy cream cheese and ripe blueberries; they were magical. So what happened to this place? When we visited the scones were cold early in the morning, the scones were cold. There was nothing special about these lifeless pastries and that disappointment spread to the food. The coffee tasted like the stuff they serve in church- made in a gigantic coffee urn by someone who doesn't know how coffee should taste like, so it's so watery that it tastes like the wood stirrers you use to mix in the sugar. The food was solid. Sis had the loco moco but she wasn't impressed. I had the corned beef hash and it was good. My friend tried the chimichurri steak and she ony ate half the steak so I don't know what was going on there. Too bad because the dining room is quirky and fun and I love the vibe. Make sure you check out the cool restrooms that have sinks that look like the necrinomicon from Army of Darkness, but as far as the food? Service was good though. The guys working the counter will all very friendly and helpful. Maybe try someplace that will knock your socks off. This place used to do that for me but that was another time. read more

Everything about Public Us is a 1000/10. The service is a 10/10 the KINDEST employees. The food and drinks are so delicious and so affordable. I always get their load of sourdough, I get the iced matcha and the macadamia nut latte, and the dark chocolate mocha. The brekkie burrito is perfect along with the side salad they give with most meals. You have to try their Cashew, date, chocolate chip cookie. I love going early and they are some of the few cafes that open at 8. The vibe is just immaculate, they have great natural lighting and sun shades, real trees inside! Big portions. Please don't ever change PublicUs. We got the waffles with fruit and whipped cream. I dislike sweet breakfast items, so if I loved this dish, you know they balanced it right. We got 2 cookies to go, a shaken macadamia nut latte, a Portuguese sausage masubi, and a vegan patty melt. Definitely thought we were going to break the bank and be around the $90 range (it's Vegas after all), but all that and it was still around $55. Place just feels like home base. A place to chill with friendly people, get an amazing meal, and recharge away from the excitement for a bit before rejoining the Vegas chaos. I was traveling through Las Vegas for a business trip and then extending the weekend before I flew back. We spent the weekend on the strip, dining at lots of highly reputed fancy restaurants. My husband and I wanted to explore something off of the strip before I had to turn in the rental car, though, and ChatGPT actually recommended this place based on the vibe I said I wanted (for the love of food, basically). Holy moly, this place hit the spot. After meals at Scarpetta and Pinky's and Zuma and all these fancy spots... this is the one that sticks in my mind. I got the Bang Bang Chicken bento, and my husband got the chilaquiles. We both agreed we would come back here in a heartbeat. The line was really long, which we took as a very good sign, but it moved quickly. The ambiance was great, the food was FANTASTIC, and I'm sorry I don't have a picture to share. We didn't get any pastries, which I do sort of regret... we just knew we wouldn't have a chance to eat them with everything else we had planned for the weekend. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place. Just, you know, it's really good so lots of people go there, so you might have to wait a minute, but it was 11/10 worth it! read more

I just discovered PublicUs and found it to be a pleasant surprise to the cafe/coffee scene in Vegas. PublicUs is a cafe near Downtown LV to the east. I Uber'ed there so don't have a clear sense of parking. Coming into PublicUs shows a unique and cozy vibe with lots of tables all-around. Loved the gorgeous restrooms with the sliding barn doors and the eclectic items littered all throughout the cafe. Staff was also super friendly and checked up on me throughout my time there. PublicUs also had a pretty robust bakery lineup as well as cafe menu which included a lot of breakfast items and a full drink lineup with some great specials. I wasn't feeling super hungry unfortunately so opted for two options which I reviewed below: *Spam Musubi: I was expecting a pretty small musubi given that it was about $4 and not sure exactly what to expect from a coffee shop. I came out pleasantly surprised. It was a good medium sized musubi with furikake and some sweet soy sauce. The rice was well-cooked and the spam was solid. *Coffee Old Fashioned: Non-alcoholic but has a similar look as an old fashioned with aspects like maple syrup mixed in. I think it's delicious and the presentation is on point with the giant piece of ice in the middle. Not overly sweet either. I also did some work at the cafe and found that the WiFi speed was up to the task of my work which sometimes requires video conferencing and video/photo sharing work. I didn't take note of outlets unfortunately during my visit so unsure how that looks. Overall, I came away pleasantly surprised and would love to stop by again in the future! read more

The parking is quite a situation, there's parking on both sides of the business but when it's busy it's very hard to find parking. You walk in and the ambiance is very brunchy and cute yet fast paced. You stand in line and scan a QR code that pulls the menu up, lots of options on food and beverages. I ordered the Chilaquiles and they were amaaazzing, the iced coffee I got kinda surprised me, I didn't know it was going to be a cold brew without creamer but I made it work. This place came highly recommended by a coworker. We arrived around 9am on a Monday and the place was VERY busy. The line was about a dozen people long. Luckily, it moved very quickly. There was plenty of seating inside, but like I said, it was busy, so we had to wait for a table to come available. The decor was cute and "hipster". I was told the coffee was amazing, but I don't drink plain coffee, so I ordered the cafe horchata, without caffeine. My small group of three ordered multiple pastries that were delicious, but way more than we could finish while we anxiously awaited our meals. I had the chilaquiles verdes, my friend had the brekkie sandwich and my other friend had the waffles with a side of bacon. The chilaquiles were flavorful, but did not have any protein/meat, and could use extra sauce. The brekkie sandwich was great! I wish I would've ordered that! The waffles were amazing! Light & fluffy and cooked to perfection. I don't have any complaints, but I would say a suggestion; our plates all came out at different times. The bacon came out first, my friend ate those quickly as by this time we were hungry. Then the sandwich came, then the chilaquiles. It was about 10 minutes later that we had to remind the staff that we still hadn't received the waffles. Lastly, we were about to leave when we had realized we never received the cafe horchata! Absolutely loved loved loved this place as my last brunch/meal spot in LV before setting off back home. This was conveniently located in downtown away from the strip so it wasn't too inconvenient to drive to from my hotel, plus there is plenty of parking to the side of the building, which you will get validated once you pay inside. The ambience and vibes were extremely hip and quirky, and even though there is usually a line, your eyes will be preoccupied by the baked and various cooked food options while waiting. Friend tried the delicious Brekkie Sandwich, which has a whole hash brown and amazing combination of classic flavors packed in a giant burger bun. Thing is bigger than my head I swear lol. A must try! I ordered the Shakshuka which was mind blowing and so damn tasty and rich with warm flavors. I still think of it every day since my departure, its so unique how this cafe offers it! I'm manifesting another LV trip just for that next year haha. The bread, eggs over easy, and halloumi cheese trifecta mixed with the tomato based sauce was to die for on a windy chilly day. For drinks I decided on a Fresh Mint & Cream latte which was really good, not too overpowering on the mint flavor so it was enjoyable. One of the top restaurants in my breakfast/brunch rotation. I have yet to try a breakfast/brunch/lunch item here that I dont like. Every few months I have a new "favorite dish". I'm not really a coffee drinker but it is mandatory for me to get their Death Cream whenever I come. A perfect mix of cream, not overly sweet, and a strong taste of coffee One or my favorite desserts in Las Vegas is their bread pudding. What sets it apart is that it tastes slightly different every time. It seems they use the scraps of their various pastries and breads, so sometimes there are bits of chocolate, blueberries, carrot cake notes, etc. Then they top it with fresh fruits and a drizzle of sweet cream/frosting. I love this spot. The owner and staff are always friendly. Consistently excellent food and drinks. I'll keep singing my praise of this establishment for the foreseeable future. read more

And also the espresso old fashioned which was left out of the first order but hurriedly added back on after a bit of clarification. Steak n eggs were good though eggs were still too runny for an over easy. Croissants were a bit heavy expecting a light, flaky and airy type. The blueberry scones need a bit more sweetness, but thats a matter of preference. Love this cafe. I just wish I don't have to trek all the way to DTLV for the experience.
