Super great and reliable brewery restaurant in downtown Longmont right on Main Street. Exactly what you would expect from a brewhouse - decent beers, a big diverse menu from salads to other more typical bar, entrées, and lots of starters. Fast, friendly service, and overall a cool brewhouse vibe.

This restaurant was fun. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We loved the ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server was friendly and attentive. The chicken parm sandwich was as crispy and delicious. My husband was happy to see a vegetarian version of the nachos (ie not immediately adding meat). My daughter liked her kids meal and was happy for the surprise cookies. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We liked the arcade too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The draft beer options were great.

Pumphouse has a huge menu, they fresh grind their beef for their burgers, their beer is really good, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the atmosphere has multiple options. The have a large sports bar area, a more traditional seated section, and a outdoor patio[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The service was friendly and attentive. The waiter help explain their beer and food options and the DBL IPA was fantastic. For a Brewery Restaurant they checked all the marks.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place must print money -- they turn seats constantly and there are often lines out the door, and for good reason.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Huge selection of Pump House seasonal and flagship beers plus rotating guest taps from local breweries. Food comes out fast and the portions are massive (I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and veggies -- comfort-food perfection). [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great dog-friendly patio for nice days, and even at busy times we've never waited more than 15 minutes for a table.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Friendly staff, solid beer selection, and reliably delicious, generous food -- a must-visit in Longmont.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Everytime we passed this restaurant it's packed-inside and outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When we finally went in we knew why. They have a very large menu with something for everyone. Their beer selection is one of the biggest I've seen around. I'm not usually a burger person but I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. It wasn't like a sloppy greasy burger. It was tender and delicious with so much flavor. The service was great and we've been back since that first time. I would highly recommend this place to bring out of town visitors too as the menu is so varied.

So so good! Pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Portions are definitely shareable. Yum! **Jalapeño Brisket Roll - Crunchy, juicy, packed with brisket! So good. The cheese and sauce for sure takes it over the top. Must try! The calamari sauce is so goooood! The sweet and citrus really was addicting Cocktails were pretty good. Cute idea to have shooters on the menu. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Fun vibe![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Stopped in here for lunch while on vacation. Excellent service. We ate and drank outside and it was quite enjoyable. I didn't go inside so I can't speak to what the inside is like but it looked like it could be fun. Very good beer selection. Service was attentive and paced well. Broad menu selection with good sized portions. I highly recommend the Turkey Avocado Melt.

This was my third brewery, within walking distance of each other, in Longmont. Pumphouse is clearly a restaurant too, but I did not have a chance to peruse a menu. I sat at the bar and tried a couple of beers. Nothing really blew me away, but the IPA was rather tasty. I did score a sticker, so thank you for that.

We were in a big group of 17 people and our server did a fantastic job making sure we had everything. I had the beer cheese soup as a starter, I highly recommend it! The friend pickles were good, I wish they were a big thicker. The buffalo chicken wrap was really good, I ate the other half for breakfast :) The fries were just ok, they needed to be more crispy and needed more seasoning.

Sliced side view of the Muenster Pretzel Impossible Burger - heaven!

We headed in to the brewery. I had Moondoor Dunkel because I love the dark beers. It was a nice Dunkel. The taproom space was very loud. There is no sound dampening at all so it was really hard to carry on a conversation. It was too cold and drizzly to sit outside as we would have moved otherwise. We sat near the door to the brewhouse. There were employees periodically entering and exiting the door. Whenever that happened there was a very unpleasant waft of off smell. It did not smell like wort or fermentation but more methane like. We finished our beers and headed out.

We had tried several of their beers in the past, and really enjoyed them. However, when we arrived at the brewery, they happened to be closed. After being disappointed for a moment, we, there were four of us, decided to stop at a brewery down the street. Luckily enough, this brewery just happened to be Bootstrap. As you can see from my 5 star rating, I really liked Bootstrap. Visiting at that specific time seemed meant to be because while sitting outside at their outdoor patio, we saw a beautiful double rainbow !! Some of the things that I liked about Bootstrap was the friendly staff!! They were very welcoming and gave us tips about where to go in Colorado. Also, there brewery was large with plenty of tables and a stage for live music, open mic nights and karaoke. And of course their beer was delicious with a wide selection to suit everyone's tastes.

Then more time passed and they closed the Niwot when and now only the Longmont location remains. Recently I had a beer from Bootstrap. It was the Chillax, a Pineapple Golden Ale. I thought it was alright but I'm not necessarily convinced I'm wildly in love with Pineapple beers. Just a little too sweet but I wanted to challenge myself on this occasion and I thought it was just fair. But as I said I have been to Bootstrap before... a few times actually and I have a lot more enthusiasm for their chile beer or their cherry ginger beer. So if you can get a hold of those definitely do. They are older beer releases and at the time I didn't see them but I'd definitely keep your eyes out for those!

Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We waited about 20 minutes just for drinks and eventually had to go up to the bar ourselves. When we asked about it, the bartender simply said, "I'm working on it," which was frustrating given how long we had already been waiting. There were 4 tales in the restaurant and like 8 employees Things did not improve from there. Our food came out very slowly and one of the meals had to be sent back. We ended up having to go to the bar multiple times, including for a to go box and even to get our check, because no one was checking on our table. To make matters worse, the menu states that guests are asked to limit their visit to 90 minutes. However, due to the slow and inattentive service, we were there for nearly two hours through no fault of our own. There also used to be a sense of customer service here, which seems to have changed. To top it off, gratuity was automatically added without it being mentioned or explained. That felt especially inappropriate considering we ended up doing a large portion of the service ourselves. It's like they figured they were getting auti gratuity so didn't provide any service Really disappointing experience overall. Not sure what changed, but this was a huge step down from our previous visit.

My daughter does not have a taste for beer so she sampled the seltzer and settled on the Cherry Popper. I am always for the dark beers so after trying a sample of the brown and the stout, I chose Wired Greasy Grinder milk stout. The seltzer was interesting as it was not back-sweetened like so many are. It was more like a flavored sparkling water, but with alcohol. She really liked it. The milk stout had a wonderful malty, roasty flavor that I love. When my friend arrived, she chose the same as me and we all sat and enjoyed some conversation. This is a nice location tucked away just off I-25. I look forward to visiting again.
