Even outdoors but I don't know if they have it available for service. Inside a bunch of tables were occupied. I asked to see the menu. After seeing items we wanted we asked to sit. Sat and waited for the server to take our order. She cleaned a table then brought a check to another table then came and took our order. For an Asian establishment I felt like only I and another table were the only Asians there. I usually never noticed that but I do remember the other Thai spot around the corner from them, it's smaller and all the Thai restaurants I've been to, I always see Asian faces. The food was ok, we ate all the chicken satay and I had some soup and took the rest to go. On their yelp page before I came in, I thought they would serve the soup in a different type of dish but the presentation of it was just very simple.

Used to visit this spot often when I lived in Tracy before. Plenty of clean tables and nice setup inside as well as outside patio seating. Lots of street parking. Ordered several dishes: Panang chicken - sooo creamy good 5/5 Beef Pad Thai - very tasty! 4/5 Bok choy with shiitake mushrooms - love bok choy! 5/5 Garlic prawns - i always order this dish, it is so so delish! 5/5 Hot Thai tea - very refreshing Steamed rice The meal was very delicious! Took home leftovers yep yep And dessert to top it off. Fried banana with ube ice cream. Wow it was a big serving! It was so delectable but couldn't finish it all and took it to go. The server was very cool and friendly. When she took my order, she said she wants to sit and eat with me. So of course to be respectful, I invited her to have a seat and join me Lol ;) Will be back again soon. (My Mom was with me in spirit. This meal was after visiting my Mom's grave.)

My review has definitely improved since the last…read more I came here several months ago and may have just had a bad experience maybe someone was having a bad day. after I posted my review, The manager immediately reached out to me, wanting to know the specifics and wanted to make things right. It's so refreshing to have customer service again and to actually have a manager reach out to see how they can improve. I love this. I came back and got another Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and a gyro pita. The service was MUCH better this time !!! The gyro was delicious and fresh and definitely filling. I was worried that one gyro pita would not fill me up, but it definitely did.. the strawberry cup still seems to be a little expensive however it is delicious overall. Thank you to Afreef and stuff for a pleasant experience!

We ordered through app , so it was hassle free. Service took some time though . We ordered a chicken shawarma and gyro bowl , and their zinger chicken wrap. Honestly on plate, they looked delicious , but when you have your first bite , it was just meh. All elements are there but flavor was missing. The amount of protein in the bowl was very less in-comparison to places I have tried before . The tahini served was bitter.Pita bread was the only thing which was on point. Zinger chicken wrap was no where close to what it should have tasted. I really wanted to love this place but could not find a single element in our ordered food, which was amazing or out of ordinary .

I am glad I came here and went with the suggestion of the restaurant owner which was combo plate and falafel. Everything on plate not only looked good, it tasted amazing as well. Service was fast and I loved the cute ambiance there. Not a very big restaurant but a decent place for small families and couples for sure.

The storefront isn't much to squawk about, but it's clean, well lit, and there's a couple of TV screens that you could watch while you're enjoying your food. As we looked at the menu, we discovered that in addition to kebabs and other exotic offerings, they had burgers and it really peaked our interest. If you love a good burger you'll enjoy what they have to offer. I do not know what they are using to season their patties as it was so unique from what I've eaten before, but the burger patty was moist and perfectly cooked, very tender and juicy as well. In each bite there seemed to be a symphony of flavors that I couldn't really name, but that had me wanting more after I finished it. It was the most exotic tasting burger I've ever had, yet at the same time, it had all of the fixings of a traditional burger. We found it to be an absolute delight. While the restaurant appeared to be unstaffed when we entered and nobody came out to serve us until we were just about to turn around and walk out, we observed that the young man who came out had gloves on and he was probably in the back doing some sort of food prep, so the delay was reasonable. He swiftly and politely greeted us upon sight, and answered our questions about the menu. I appreciated his hospitable demeanor and the food was amazing! I'm going back for kabobs and I want to try their colorful desserts. So glad to have found them.

Everything looks the same and the same friendly atmosphere resides. Service is always awesome, and so is the food. This time we both chose the fish and chips lunch which includes 3 good sized pieces of batter dipped fish, and perfectly crispy fries. It was all great. Prior visit - This is a great little place to be for a meal. Totally unassuming from the street and even when you walk up, as it is in a small strip business center off of 11th Street. When I walked in for lunch, I was immediately greeted by a guy behind the bar (which is right at the door) with a smile. I proceeded upstairs to the clean and comfortable 'loft' and grabbed a table along the window so I could see out. The interior is clean and simple, open first floor to second floor ceiling. Great music playing, and just a nice vibe all the way around. Andrea, came by with a smile and greeting, asked if I had any questions, and headed off with my order. I didn't get the bartender's name, but he was just as attentive and super nice, as he came upstairs to my table and described some of the beers he currently has available. Small batch craft beers are good. . . Food: The menu is not so 'typical' as you get to select your protein, the sauce or spice for that protein, then your carb, and your veggie (or make it a salad). Nice choices too. My chicken with Korean BBQ sauce, beer batter fries and grilled Brussels sprouts was good, especially the sprouts. My chicken was on the dry side, but I have a feeling it may have been due to the fact they were managing a party of 15 as well as all the other patrons while I was there. A bit hectic for two people to keep up that pace. I definitely recommend coming to the Upper Room.

The restaurant was decorated in the style of a pub. Our server was very pleasant and answered our questions about the menu. We tried the chips and queso for starters. The cheese was very creamy and tasty. For our main course my wife ordered the Cajun pasta. She really liked the spices in it. I had the garlic shrimp pasta which I found creamy and flavorful. The portions were generous; we even took some home! I will definitely check out some of their other menu items when I'm in the area again. Thanks Upper Room !
