Since then, I've visited a few times and have ordered a few different types of pupusas, all of which have been absolutely delicious. Each pupusa is freshly prepared and served with curtido (pickled cabbage slaw). Each pupusa is a pretty large size - I order two each time, and 1 1/2 in, I'm usually pretty full. Pupuseria Del Valle operates out of a food truck in Common Fields. Unlike some of the other food trucks there, you order directly at the food truck's window. After ordering, you receive a restaurant pager, so you can sit down and wait for your food. The wait time is usually between 10-15 minutes. I'd never gotten a chance to try a pupusa (only gorditas, which are somewhat similar) before eating them here. I'm so glad I tried them for the first time at Pupuseria Del Valle, because they are now one of my favorite foods!

I will admit that this is the only dish I've had here -but I have it a lot! If I'm lucky, I eat here 4x/month. It's my favorite Friday treat! But that's my fault for ordering chicken from a Latino food cart, knowing they sometimes take these chicken shortcuts. The salsa and queso fresco were both bomb. 5 stars on both of those.
