You can tell they use fresh pineapple because it has a nice acidity and sweetness to it. Carnitas was solid. Great with a little great sauce. Good crispy bits and juicy meat. Birria was flavorful and tender but not really the long grain meat that you usually associate with birria. They were smaller chunks but very tender. I might say I prefer it this way because you get a little more surface area. The tacos are the tiny tortillas but they had a good bit of meat. I was asked if I wanted one or two tortillas.
