As a complete desert landscaping novice prior to this project, I spent hours online researching artificial turf and service providers in my area. After learning of Purchase Green's stellar performance - evinced by numerous, glowing reviews, I decided to contact them myself to request an onsite quote. The very same day, Aaron reported to my property to take careful note of the exact dimensions of my yard and to discuss my options in terms of all materials' type, size, color and cost. I most appreciated his patience and the thoroughness of his detailed responses to my numerous questions. Later the same afternoon, after reviewing Aaron's detailed quote, I called his office to sign the contract and request that work please begin as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised that I would be able to be added to the work schedule just a few days later (at the start of the following week). Prior to any work commencing, I reviewed and agreed to all details of the exact scope of work (SOW) over the phone - with the gregarious and thoroughly pleasant Elizabeth (at the main office) - who made the scheduling process quick and effortless. Early the following week, a work detail of 8 landscapers arrived at my home - not just on time, but early, quietly (so as not to disturb my neighbors) and with visible enthusiasm to begin the project. Each of the workers was an extremely professional subject-matter expert who obviously loved his job. Without exaggeration, I can attest to the fact that I have rarely before witnessed such efficiency, celerity, precision, attention to detail (and safety) and/or pride in the quality of work afforded the customer. Communication was clear and concise; zero interruptions were incurred: all materials and tools were onsite, on time and without suffering a single discrepancy or error. Over the course of two consecutive days, the project was completed flawlessly and to my complete satisfaction. I must add that the end results surpassed my already high expectations by a considerable margin. I had the opportunity to speak to Rich, one of the company's owners, while he was onsite to check progress. He was clearly (and rightfully) confident in his employees' skills and uncompromising work ethic. I expressed my personal thanks to him for a job extraordinarily well done. Nothing was left unfinished. All tasks were perfectly executed with precision. Moreover, as a final compliment, the crew thoroughly cleaned up the job site before adjourning each day. In fact, my property was left in far better condition than when th e project began! I have since received numerous compliments from my neighbors on the turn-key work which I paid to have done. It is exceedingly rare that actual work performed lives up to its prerequisite sales/marketing hype; notwithstanding, in this case - in my own personal experience, Purchase Green knocked the entirety of my project clean out of the park. I had this establishment install the grass and finish the backyard 2 years ago. We were told that there's life time warranty but turns out to be 15 years. That's fine too. There were a defect Of the grass and the owner came over!!! and he was giving us the run around saying it has grass burn from the windows. Couldn't be more happier with choosing Purchase Green. Rich guided me through the process from beginning to end. I actually thought I knew what I wanted, but by the 4th revision, Rich was still right there with me and never gave up on me. I purchased some remnants of artificial grass for around my pool equipment and a gap between my block retaining wall and my swimming pool cool deck. They helped me select the right size pieces that I cut up to fit around my hardscape. They also had the 40 penny nails used to hold it down. Lots of videos on their website that show how to do it yourself. They also do installation. Much like a painting project, its 90% preparation and 10% application. So if you are doing a big project then I would recommend you let them handle that sub-surface compacting, etc. I think that adds a nice pop of color without the need to water or mow or worry about real grass clippings ending up in the pool and raising phosphorus levels (which causes algae growth). read more

I had Purchase Green install turf and a putting green in the front and rear yard. Living in an HOA, I was required to get prior approval. Purchase Green told me they included architectural drawings. I called 4 times over the course of weeks trying to get these drawings, and each time they told me they would get them to me. They never did and I had to do it on my own and luckily my HOA gave approval the night before the job started. Their first availability was almost a month out, and I had to call to confirm appointment as they did not contact me. On the day of install, workers who did not speak any English came. The boss came an hour later for no more than 5 minutes simply to tell them where to install. At the end of the day, a worker knocked on my door and handed me his phone. It was boss saying they would not be back the next day (Saturday) because the workers needed a day off. Instead they would be back Monday. There was a huge pile of yard debris in the street, and I was very concerned about it sitting for days and the HOA. I was also upset that I arranged my schedule around what I was told would be a 2 day job only to have it changed midway through with no notice. On Monday, no one showed up. I finally called at 11am, and the boss told me they were at another job so they would be at my home Tuesday instead. I was extremely upset, as I had to cancel Monday plans due to them changing my dates and then they didn't even show up or call. He said they would for sure finish the job Tuesday. Workers came Tuesday and did not finish. They came again Wednesday and once they were done at the end of the day, a worker knocked on my door and handed me his phone. The boss said we are done do you like it, how are you paying the balance. I literally hadn't even had a chance to look at the finished project. Purchase Green was more than other companies, but I paid more because the reviews from this company were very good. I could not be more disappointed. A 2 day job turned into a 6 day job, with absolutely no apologies. The boss spent 5 minutes total at my home. Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.
