This is the third time we've used them. The first time he came and advised on plumbing matters, but deemed no work was warranted. He did not charge for the call. The second time he fixed an O-ring under an upstairs toilet, and unlike the previous plumber, was able to ascertain that the flange had fractured, and he repaired it and it works well. Today he sent his technician Jordan to our home to replace a kitchen faucet. Jordan was nice, conscientious and did a good job offering to help clean up the kitchen area for no charge. I looked online to find an experienced plumber who could handle installing a whole home water filter system with a pre filter. I wanted 3 valves to be able to turn off the water supply to be able to change the pre filter so it was going to involve some soldering and design work to make it work. When I saw "Purpose Driven" I wondered if Justin had came up with his company name from the book - "The Purpose Driven Life"? So I contacted him feeling I could trust him based on that alone. Justin responded back that my hunch was right. He was booked but he scheduled me a week out and true to his word, he was there on the day scheduled. Justin was recommended to us by a friend, he came out to assess a leak below the kitchen floor. We decided to go with a whole house re-pipe. He made a torturous experience, tolerable. He came out with his crew and re-piped our entire house, quickly! they were done within two days. Cleaned up and walls patched and re-textured. Left everything ready for paint. We had our house tented for termites, and when the gas company came out to turn back on our gas, they would not turn it on due to a pre-existing leak. We needed to have it fixed by a plumber and then call them back out. We called Justin and he came out the next morning with an associate. They spent the time needed to test, isolate, and fix a 'needle in a haystack' gas leak, which can be tricky.
