First time using PurrFurred for grooming our Bichon mix. He got their premium package, wash, cut, etc. He came out looking quite handsome with a nice trim. However, the fur around his snout and his feet definitely still are stained yellow from being in the grass. As those are challenging, I'm not surprised. The only reason for the one star off is that my normally very social and friendly dog just seemed uncomfortable there. He initially growled at the groomer and we had to calm him down at drop off. Again at pick up, he growled at the gentleman who went back to bring him up. To be perfectly clear, the folks at PurrFurred did nothing wrong or unusual. It was just strange seeing my dog behaving out if character like that. We may try it out again and see if it was just the place being new. read more

I don't even know where to start...they are amazing! My dogs are my children. Both were abused prior to me getting them and they have trust issues and anxiety. Having the mobile grooming is fantastic. My dogs don't have to leave the house or sit with other dogs for hours at a shop. Takes about an hour to groom each dog and it's never rushed. Colleen is absolutely wonderful. She is so sweet, patient, and caring with the dogs. She is gentle and understanding of their needs. She has even brought things to my attention that I have missed, so I know she's thorough. My dogs kiss her and watch her leave as she drives away. They aren't afraid of her which shows me they are treated well. Colleen is just the best!? My Bichon and Poochon always come out looking so stinkin' cute, clean, soft and happy. I had such a great experience at Purrferred Pet Styling in Naperville! I have always taken my almost 2 year old cockapoo to petsmart to get groomed but every time I went in they insisted on completely shaving her no matter what what even though she only had a few tiny knots. I went into Purrferred Pet Styling hoping they wouldn't have to shave her. The stylist listened to my concerns but also made sure to have Cocoas best interest in mind. She was able to give her a custom cut that would get rid of some of the uncomfortable matting on her belly while keeping a little bit of her length on her back and ears. Now Cocoa has the best summer cut! It was cheaper than petsmart (without tip) and was perfectly on time. They also have healthy yummy treats to spoil your pet post-haircut! My little shitzu bichon was looking pretty shabby from her quarantine haircuts i tried to give her so when things opened up, I did some googling and decided on PurrFurred. The place is clean, everyone's friendly and the dogs that were getting done (you can see them, which i like) looked content which made me feel relieved. They aren't rushing, you can see they treat each dog with care. They ask if you want a call before the dog is done and ask how far you live from them or after. I chose before and when i got there she was ready to go, looking all cute and perfect. I dropped her off at 9:45 and picked her up at 11:30ish. She's smaller (15lbs) but usually places I've been to before have her for 3-4 hours because they sit in the cages waiting forever before they get started on. (Always hated that part but I also understood because things happen.) These ladies have awesome time management. My baby had no cuts and didn't seem to be in distress when I picked her up. Just wiggly and happy to see me per usual. The price was my favorite. It was $59 for cut, nails, blueberry facial thing, teeth brushed, all of it. I was more than happy to pay that!! I know it's hard work and takes a lot of patience. I'm not one to usually pre-book another appointment but I did because i was so happy and it was affordable. Highly recommend! Also - its kind of hard to find. Just know that it's right behind Naperville North HS in sort of an industrial plaza type of thing. You have to go behind the plaza. I was supposed to be there at 9:30 but my GPS took me anywhere but there, didn't register. read more

My family and I always take our dog Panda here to get her nails trimmed. For some reason, she gets extremely anxious when at the groomers and whines. The staff is always extremely patient, understanding, and gentle with our pup. They handle her paws with care even though she squirms around a little bit.
