Had the worst customer service experience here, specifically with Antonio. I came at 6pm on a Monday to get a check engine light diagnosis and Antonio refused me service due to the fact there were only 2 people working. That didn't make sense to me, but he told me to come back the next day and I confirmed with him that 7:30am would be okay when the manager opens the store. I came back at 7:30am and was refused service again due to the fact that only the manager was there which was more understandable, but I was already frustrated that I took 2 times out of my schedule to come here. He told me I can come anytime in the evening when there's more than one person and that what Antonio had told me was incorrect. So I returned yet again after work at 5:30pm on Tuesday. Antonio was very rude and tried to refuse me service again because there was only him and Luis working (which was a lie). Only after I told him that I spoke with the manager did he disappear into the back and bring out a 3rd staff member, Augusto, to help me. There's no reason why it took 3 separate visits to be able to get this service done, especially given that it literally takes less than 5 minutes. I've gone to other O'Reillys before and have never had this issue. I would definitely not recommend this location and will not be returning. read more

The bestest best auto parts store in the whole wide world! The top radiator hose on my beater 3rd car, a 1990 Honda Accord, blew out/ruptured/exploded on the way to bring my son to hockey practice tonight at the nearby rink. Home Depot, within walking distance, didn't have anything close to being appropriate. This O'Reilly's did, by Uber. They had the actual part I needed. For a car more than 30 years old. Hallelujah! They even had two different kinds, I had a choice! Dang. So I got one, got a screwdriver for the hose clamps, and the guy there helped me with that too, awesome service guy, and I was all set! Uber'ed back to the rink, swapped hoses in no time, and made our way back home after my son was done. By the way, my real car is a 2001 Mustang Bullitt, and my wife of course, has a newer and more expensive Macan S. So I know cars. I like this place, don't get me wrong but my last experience was not properly handle by the assistant manager Jaime. Bought an oil filter and a gallon of oil for my car, spilled all the oil I placed due to a wrong oil filter. Returned the filter and had Jaime confirm if it was the right one before I told him what happened. He said YES and insisted on it. I was not convinced. An associate overheard our conversation, Anthony, out of curiousity he looked it up, sure enough, they gave me the wrong filter. They did post my original purchase, the inputed the correct part number but gave me the wrong one, period ! They replaced the filter but not the oil that was spilled. Jaime didn't want to get involved at all. Anthony was very helpful but one would expect empathy from the manager for their store's mistake and replace ALL the parts involved in good faith. No effort whatsoever. If this was Procedures in place by Oreilly's, then I am very disappointed. read more

Came in due to a possible battery issue. Lucky for me, Eirik was working. He tested the battery, cleaned the connections and tested again to confirm the battery was bad. He provided tools for me to remove and replace my battery on site, saving me a return trip with the old battery. Great service, yet again!! read more

Came in on Wednesday for a serpentine belt that we had ordered on Monday, and the associates who supposedly put it on hold must've forgot to do their job because there wasn't even one in stock. We wasted 45 minutes in the store with the horrible assistant manager who couldn't find the belt, because it was out of stock. Gas Cap on my clunker broke. (luckily it was AFTER I had filled up my empty tank and not prior to filling it up)... Couldn't find easy way (online) to remove it (drilling holes into the gas cap!?! wtf?) BUT, you'd be surprised how may search results there are for "How do I remove my broken gas cap?" Anyway, took quick lunch break to the neighborhood Kragen-O'Reilly Auto-Parts. Eugene, was super helpful (and friendly) and got in in-n-out animal style quick. He even suggested that I roll across the street to the auto service shop and ask them to help me out instead of trying to McGyver it myself. I go to this store frequently and don't want to cause problems but I've worked in retail enough to know I was being disrespected by an employee.
