(Trivial Puttsuit, Hole 3, had a long line, though.) The Amber holes were as follows: 1. Hilly course, pretty basic 2. 'Air Hockey' (Moving air hockey pieces) 3. 'Trivial Puttsuit' (Actual this-or-that trivia with mini golf) 4. 'Putt Man' (Pac Man themed hole) 5. 'Prize Wheel' (Bonus points for hole-in-one) 6. The vibe here is so fun! We went on a Sunday night and it turned out to be less busy than expected which was nice! We didn't have to wait and basically had the whole course to ourselves. We did have reservations though! The 9 holes are all uniquely designed and so much fun to look at and walk through. Great for photo ops! I do wish the game had lasted longer. We got through it in about 20 minutes. The team members weren't super friendly but they got the job done. After we finished the game we had reservations for dinner. The menu had some really great options to choose from! We both ended up with the OG burger. It was delicious. Fries came with it but it was a very small order. Food was great but our service wasn't. She didn't come back to refill our waters, wasn't smiling, and had us pay our check while I was still finishing my food. Overall, it was a fun experience and we'll definitely be back! We found this place as it was similar to a mini golf pub in WA that we loved. This place though is more high tech which was a great new experience. Because of their popularity it's recommended you book which I went ahead and did but with complications. When I went to book for a table and a game of golf I was including the free game birthday perk. I had it all set but later needed to change my times for both things, it wouldn't allow me to change both it was only allowing me to change one so instead I cancelled my booking so I could try again. When I went to rebook my birthday perk disappeared, so I emailed support and received a response next day and they added the perk back to my account. I went to complete this booking finally and it froze telling me to try again and after 5 min of trying I refreshed and it said my booking wasn't sent and my perk was gone but later I did receive an email with confirmation luckily. The service in house didn't start off very friendly, they made me feel dumb for not knowing what to do. My boyfriend and I went for the first time on dec 14th at 8 pm. When we got there we were a little confused on where we needed to go and no one was helpful. They just kept telling me to look at my phone and were genuinely disgusted that i had questions. Through the experience we had multiple interactions where I would ask someone and questions and they would just point or roll their eyes at me. We arrived on time for the first of two games. Game 1 went flawlessly, the staff was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lovely. We jumped into game 2 on the Amber course and it was a bit more crowded than the first course we played. We made it to the air hockey themed hole and the second paddle was malfunctioning, moving VERY slowly- this was causing a traffic jam. My group waited our turn and played, but elected to skip the hole after the air hockey hole, intending to return after the congestion had cleared from this area of the course, but before our final hole. Upon returning, there was a group of women playing the air hockey hole. We got in line for the hole we skipped, and we were immediately confronted by old woman #1, claiming we skipped them... After explaining that our appointment was before theirs and we had missed this hole initially, old woman #2 jumps in- claiming she works for Puttshack and we were somehow committing a heinous crime. We ignored and waited our turn for the hole while they finished their hole. We finally got to our last hole and OW#2 is yelling things at our group. Once again we ignore... Hopefully this was not an actual Puttshack employee, super unprofessional, not willing to reason with an issue that she clearly encountered herself (slow moving air hockey paddle feature), and passive aggressively avoiding just speaking to us like humans because her entire group were scaredy cats. Very cool concept! It's nice to have a mini golf course that seems to be more for adults. They have a restaurant and full bar. Great date night idea! The course we played was fun. Nothing too challenging, but still hard enough to make you think before making your putt. I really like the way the scoring is kept electronically. You don't even have to think about it. We didn't try the restaurant but checked out the menu. It seems a little pricey, but I have read reviews saying the food is very good. Perhaps we will try it next time. I did have a beer from the bar, and service there and throughout the course was great! My only word of advice would be this: If you want to make this a date night or outing for adults, then you need to visit at night. I believe the guy there told us it is 21+ after 8 pm. We had a group of 10 year old boys near us and they were VERY rowdy. Unfortunately the parents did NOTHING to make them behave. This was NO fault of anyone on staff there. My husband and I came here for a date night. We were lucky to find parking on the street, but you're fit to be tied to find that if you try for too long. You're better off just finding a garage before street parking. It costs $15/person to play nine holes of golf indoors. The staff determines which course you will play. We went on a Saturday night, and we did have to wait for others to play in front of us. It gets a bit crowded, but nevertheless, you do get to talk to other people, which adds to the visit's social aspect. You can drink while here, and they also have a full restaurant attached to the place. We opted to go after 7:30 PM since it was 21+ to get in, and we wanted to avoid having children around for our date night. Otherwise, this is a kid-friendly place where you can eat, drink, play golf, and be merry. This does get costly when you start adding all of the items you part experience, but you can enjoy yourself with your time here. read more

We complained to the front desk and she said corporate has a mandate to get as many people in as possible. Was likely a fire hazard. Not fun at all. This is such a fun place. Me and my friend went on New Years day and I booked us a game online. So if you want to play make sure you book a course on line. I think they have 4 different courses of 9 holes. It goes by pretty fast. They did have the option for the 2nd game half off on weekdays but I didn't know what to expect so I didn't do it. We wish we did though. We had alot of fun. I did tried their food on another day and it was pretty good. Their cocktails was strong and good. Definitely would go back for another fun day. What a cool space and idea! It is very high-tech putt putt with different holes that include trivia with extra points and hazard spots that take away points. The balls keep track of the points, which is really nice and makes it an easy way to play. I did not try any food or drinks but it smelled amazing! There really are just two different courses, though, and they are still pretty similar. Plus, the holes are short, but the wait times between the holes are pretty long. Like everything in Nashville, it was expensive but the main problem we had was we never had a waitress take our orders while playing, and the place is dirty. Nashville locals seeking a fun night out came out to the Gulch to try this new venue. Will we come back? Maybe - would definitely not come back on a weekend again, though. A lot of the issues we had are probably because it's a busy holiday weekend, and a Saturday night in Nashville. To name a few: dirty restrooms (no tp and no paper towels), dirty play area with dirty glasses everywhere - these areas were kind of gross, tbh. Most of the killer of the promised fun was the looooooong wait times between holes - a pet peeve irl golf, and one that transfers to the experience here. A lot of this wait around at every hole can be attributed to the fact that some of the groups have 5-6 players, which slows down play considerably. We were here for the putt, and I get that there's more than just the mini golf on offer here, but the waiting around in areas crammed wall-to-wall with people, and with dirty glasses piled up everywhere, this kind of killed the fun. Food was ok and reasonably priced. Service was friendly and standard, and was at expectations. We may or may not be back. Would think about taking out of town guests for something different - but would definitely not venture here on a busy weekend night again. Overall, we had good family time, just could have been better. We spent about $250 for a family of four (2 adults and 2 non-drinking youths). For this price, I was hoping for better. (We would head up to Top Golf in Antioch before we tried this again, tbh here). May or may not be back. Three stars. read more

This place is really fun!! I came with a very large group on Saturday at 3:30 and we probably waited in line about 20 minutes even though we had a golf reservation. The guy told us it wasn't usually like this & it was because there were too many large groups, but he was apologetic. Like some other reviews mentioned, I think they still have some kinks to work out especially when it comes to overbooking. I didn't get a drink because they were outrageously priced and my friends tried a few and none were quite right. I can't speak to the food, but we really had a great time golfing! I wasn't prepared for just how miniature the courses were, but each hole was very creative & engaging. Each course is incredibly tight so you are constantly running into people. It was kind of annoying because we had to sign up individually, not as a group, but they were able to put us together once we got there. It took about an hour to get through the game. It was a cute concept and we liked it, but not sure if I would do this often. It seemed a little pricy per head for what you get. We had to wait a few minutes before moving onto the next round because we were always waiting for the party ahead of us to wrap up their round. My family of 4 enjoyed a game of mini golf here on a Tuesday afternoon. It was the day after Christmas and even with a reservation the place was packed. That said, things were running smoothly. While we didn't try any of the food, they offer a variety of cocktails and we opted for an old fashioned and Vodoo Ranger IPA. We were able to enjoy our drinks as we played and tables were conveniently placed at each hole to sit drinks/phones down. The staff was helpful and friendly as it was our first visit but definitely not the last. This place is a great addition to Nashville. Family fun til 8p then it's 21+ Parking is available across the street in the parking garage but reasonably priced. The decor was fun and the place was clean. Overall, my only regret is not booking 2 games initially. Played 18 at PuttShack this afternoon! If you love putt putt but hate always being the one stuck with the scorecard and little pencil, you'll LOVE PuttShack! The golf balls are coded to each player - every stroke is digitally recorded and displayed on big screen TVs above every hole. And most of the golf holes themselves have great risk / reward options.
