I Wanted some tequila so I came here they have all the best tequilas on shelf and drinks are half off till 7pm.. came in and was seated right away the inside is very nice my waitress was great with explaining the menu and drinks to us she had good customers skills.. my favorite drink is the azteca margarita so I ordered that with a shot of Clase Azul Tequila then I ordered the steak and shrimp and the meat was tender and had flavor to it I would have gave 5 stars but the rice and beans portions was on the small side for the prices other than that this is a very nice place.. Visited here in Christmas. It was not planned but those spontaneous visits are nice. Our waitress was friendly and full of the holiday spirit. Started out with chips and salsa and ordered my combo plate. The tamal has a little kick it it. Mild kick but made it enjoyable. The taco was better than I had hoped. I will say that the ambiance and the mariachi are the best part of this place. I would give the mariachi 5 stars if I could rate the entertainment and the food separately. But don't come here if you're expecting good Mexican food. All our dishes came out cold, and they lacked salt and were all really sweet, considering it's Mexican food. We had to send back the mole because it was just really bad. Out of the three dishes we ordered, no one loved any of them and we all agreed we wouldn't come back here for the food. I tried calling to place my order. I called this resturant four times until they finally picked up. I placed my four orders over the phone. They told me that they would be ready in 30 minutes. When I got their, they told me to wait another 10 minutes. I ended up waiting 40 minutes. I finally got my food and two orders were incorrect. They told me that they would fix them. That meant waiting 15 more minutes. So I waited. I finally got my food. Went back to my in-laws to eat and had to rewarm two orders. The food was good, but definitely not worth the wait. We had an excellent experience with our party platter pick up. We ordered some chicken, beef and cheese enchiladas, carne asada street tacos with sides of rice and beans. Also comes with an amazing red salsa and house made chips. Overall everything was very delicious. Everything had that good Mexican authentic taste. In the tradition of KFC, BK's and AOC Pancho Villas is now PV's. For those unfamiliar, Pancho Villas is a Mexican food staple here in the inland empire. Mostly known for their fast food tacos and burritos at one of their locations in the area Pancho Villas is trying to step it up with the PV's fresh Grill and tequila bar. This is a step up from there other locations which felt more like a mom and pop Mexican restaurant with all the familiar food you would expect at a So Cal Mexican eatery plus Menudo on the weekends. Here it looks like they are aiming for a different clientele. More like the Patron than Cuervo if you know what I mean. The food unfortunately is a step down from the other locals. They have opted here for middle of the road recipes that have no excitement to them. It's the kind of Mexican food you bring your in laws to when your daughter married a gringo and his parents are visiting from Kansas. They will love it. Don't bring your suegra from Guanajuato here. She will never speak to you again. Now will I go eat there again.. of course I will. I'm hungry and really that's when my wife and I end up there. When we are hungry and can't decide where to go. This was my first time ordering from Pancho Villa and I ordered through Door Dash. My experience was door dash was great but the restaurant completely messed up my order. I ordered 3 bean and cheese burritos, chile verde and grande coctel campechana. On the menu, it stated that the coctel was served with rice, beans and tortillas. We only received the coctel without any sides. We also received a coctel de camaron only. I called the restaurant as soon as we received our food and the girl on the phone told me that the coctel does not come with rice and beans. I know I read the it correctly but she made me feel like I was incompetent. I am attaching pictures of the coctel and my receipt and the menu because I know how to read.
